Staying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.

New hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule). Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on. 1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements. 2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service. 3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra. 4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold. 5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel. Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise. Some services however need more attention to details.

El hotel recién inaugurado es muy adecuado para viajes independientes. Instalaciones: bastante completas y mejorando poco a poco. Higiene: Muy buena.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in a one bedroom villa. We were assigned a 4 bedroom villa which was a very big compound. As were were only using 1 bedroom, the other 3 rooms were locked up. Everything was very clean and every morning a whole team would come for the housekeeping (groundskeeper, pool cleaner, etc). There was a separate kitchen/dining/living room which had a tv, tall fridge, stove top, hot/cold water dispenser and kitchen utensils. During the day with the fan on it was nice and airy. The pool was quite big and very clean. There was greenery everywhere and it's very quiet so you feel rather peaceful. Air conditioner was only in the bedroom and it was comfortably cold. There's also a mini fridge and tv in the bedroom. Besides local channels (which usually lost signal) there's also Youtube or you can log in to your Prime or Netflix. Wifi signal is fantastic as I think it's a dedicated signal for each villa. Bathroom had a tub and toiletries were provided in heavy stone jars instead of those small bottles that you usually get in hotels. Which was nice but they didn't replenish the conditioner which ran out a day before we checked out. Not a major thing but perhaps something that could be improved. Loved the toiletries fragrance though. One thing we really appreciated is that we could smoke in the open areas of our villa, an ashtray was provided upon request for us to smoke by the pool. Contact with the front desk is through WhatsApp. Any request you have they will attend to promptly. They do provide a shuttle service if you want to go anywhere within the premise. They will even bring you to the 24-hr convenience store which is not that near and will wait for you while you shop for your snacks and drinks. Our villa #15 was not too far from their one and only restaurant which is beach side (fantastic view) so we would just walk there. Breakfast was ok. Room service was good but limited menu. Their restaurant has themed nights on Tuesdays (Bali dance), Thursdays (live acoustic) and Saturdays (not sure what's on). We had dinner there on a Tuesday. Dine in menu had so much more choices. We tried the grilled seafood platter that tasted delicious. Other than the restaurant there's nothing else in the immediate vicinity. I think you can arrange for spas, transport and activities but we didn't try for any of that. It's about an hour's journey from the airport. Check in and check out were a breeze. Throughout our stay the staff there was so wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even before our arrival they were very prompt in answering my email queries. We will definitely do a return visit.

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.

It’s not a bad hotel. To summarize I’ll write pros and cons- Pros- service, quiet area, amazing staff, very helpful. Specially Dewi, Arira or similar best staff ever. This hotel people only come for the service but everything else is just below average. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But this experience made me do so. Cons- Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Even after asking the IT guy who said he’ll do something but actually didn’t do anything. As it had speed or 3mbps and kept on dropping. - Buffet breakfast - very average, the staff tries hard to please you. But the food is very very average. I mean not even 1 proper bakery items. Balinese coffee just doesn’t cut it. I’ll give it a rating 3/10. - Rooms are basic, pretty old, beds make squeaking noise, suites have nice view but everything looks old. - There is no afternoon tea although there is a sign in the lobby that states there is. - shuttle only runs twice a day 11am and 4pm. This hotel is about 8kms away from Ubud main shops. And the shops around the hotels aren’t many. - Spa at hotel - OMG don’t even try it! I had booked and got this oldish lady “Ayu”. Who basically was just touching my body and not even putting any effort. I literally had to leave the massage after telling her about 10 times to put more pressure. And then she tried to charge me for the whole hour which I disputed and then she said ok I’ll charge you for 30mins. I asked her if she has another staff which I did see when I started the massage. And she says no we don’t have anyone. Worst massage ever!!! - You must rent a bike to enjoy if you do decide to stay in this hotel. - Food and beverages are expensive compared to shops around the place but the service is amazing. For example an Ice coffee is $5.50AUD which is what I get in Australia. And veggie Pizza is around $10. Bring your wall plug converter if you are staying at this place. Villas were amazing as due to great staff I got to see inside them. Suites- are just standard bedrooms with balconies. Rooms have jet pumps to wash ur bottom, has hair dryers, small empty bar fridge. House keeping staff are amazing. The shuttle to Ubud shops you must book them before hand. There is a river that runs but you won’t be able to see it as the small trees that grew around it has blocked all the view. Pool is small but nice, there are towels and hot shower options. - TV only has channels which aren’t in English and the network is so bad that you can’t even watch it. Very old TV’s in suites. - you can rent small scooters for about 100k IDR from hotel.

Overall, it was a good experience staying at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua . Here's a breakdown of my experience: Positives: Spacious and Clean Villas: The villas were roomy and well-maintained, with plenty of living space and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Private Pool: The private pool was a major highlight of the trip! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical weather. Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed. They have a strong network to assist visitors and went out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay in Bali. Breakfast included: The breakfast was okay, but the menu could have been more diverse, especially for guests staying for a longer period. The Location: The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Areas for Improvement: Limited Dining Options: While breakfast was ok, the room service had a limited menu for other meals. We had similar menu for breakfast(partly because of halal) through out our stay there. It would have been better to have more dining options especially for those who stays longer. Halal Food: It is extremely important that 'Halal' food is served to Muslim visitors. We had an incident during our stay where bacon was served even after reminding the staff of our request upon checking in. Minor Maintenance Issues: We encountered a couple of minor maintenance issues in the villa, such as a flickering light. Although the staff promptly addressed these issues, it would be ideal to have more thorough preventative maintenance to avoid such inconveniences. Insect Issue: We experienced an issue during our visit with the ”ulat seribu kaki” season, where the pools and ground floors were frequented by these insects. In Conclusion: I had a great experience at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas were spacious and clean, and the private pools were a great addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere and made my stay truly memorable. However, the ‘bacon incident’ made us a bit upset and cautious about the food being served. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously, especially for future Muslim guests. Thank you.
