A pocos minutos de la playa y bien equipado con una maravillosa piscina que nunca está ocupada. La sensación del hotel es completamente zen y realmente te obliga a descansar. Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

The location is great, at the entrance to the main road in Oia, with beautiful views. At night, the moonlight reflected on the sea level is very romantic. We were looking forward to the cave house and were very satisfied.

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.

Este hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Oia. Hay un sendero para burros frente al hotel, que huele un poco a excremento de burro todos los días. Sin embargo, el ambiente interior es agradable. Cualquier hotel de Oia está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. Sin embargo, el servicio de este hotel no está a la altura de su precio de gama alta. Mi peor calificación es para el servicio del hotel. Ante situaciones especiales, el personal de atención al cliente no tiene la autoridad para atender los problemas de los clientes con la mayor rapidez posible, lo que supone una larga espera y un gasto de energía para los clientes. El servicio del hotel es muy deficiente. Cuando el botones llevó mi maleta a la habitación, como la levantaron y la pusieron al hombro, la palanca de la maleta no se bajó ni se levantó. La palanca se movió recta, lo que provocó que la maleta quedara torcida. Como mi maleta es tamaño queen, el peso se transfiere a la parte superior de la palanca. Hay una gran distancia desde el lugar donde se lleva la maleta hasta el hotel. Como el hotel está en un acantilado, es necesario subir y bajar escaleras constantemente. La palanca de la maleta después de llegar a la habitación no se puede bajar normalmente. Cuando me enteré, lo reporté a la recepción del hotel lo antes posible, pero el hotel no se ocupó del asunto, diciendo que el gerente vendría a verlo al día siguiente. Después de que el gerente vino a verlo al día siguiente, no hubo seguimiento. Más tarde, supe que el gerente del hotel informó a la oficina central del hotel, pero la oficina central del hotel no estaba dispuesta a compensar. Si no volvíamos al hotel, no nos compensarían por una maleta normal. ¿No es esto intencional? Sabían que teníamos mucho que hacer y que no podíamos regresar, pero nos dijeron que nos compensarían con una maleta de decenas de euros que se vendía en una tienda normal y corriente, sin ninguna marca. Sin embargo, ya habíamos reservado billetes de barco y hoteles a otras partes de Grecia, así que no podíamos renunciar a nuestro próximo viaje por una maleta. Gastamos cientos de dólares en comprar nuestra propia maleta, y tuvimos que asumir que fue mala suerte que el asa estuviera dañada. Si no hay ninguna necesidad especial, sigue siendo una buena idea alojarse en este hotel. Si hay alguna necesidad especial, no esperen un servicio de alta calidad ni una alta eficiencia en la gestión de problemas.

Este es el mejor lugar para permanecer. Utilizaremos este lugar de nuevo si viajamos a Zakynthos. El personal es amable, el desayuno es delicioso, las instalaciones son limpias y la piscina es hermosa. Descansar bajo la sombra de un olivo fue como un sueño. Gracias por todo.

La habitación está en Iaa, todavía está un poco lejos del aeropuerto, pero el paisaje de Iaa es hermoso. Esta es adecuada para la familia para vivir, hay dos camas y luego el desayuno es bueno, la única desventaja es que el cuarto tiene un gusto.

立地は夕日が一番綺麗なイアキャッスルからは15分程度歩く位置ですが、メインストリート沿いなのでお店もたくさんあるし満足でした。 部屋からは建物と海が同時に見える感じで景色がよかったです。 内装も綺麗で清潔感がありました。

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!
