The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Quedé sumamente satisfecho con mi elección de residencia en Batumi. La ubicación es excelente; nunca estás a más de 100 metros de bancos, restaurantes, centros de entretenimiento, el mar, etc. El personal de Bellevue es simplemente excelente y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. The lobby is modern and well-equipped with lifts that work efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, during our six-night stay (originally booked for four nights and extended by two more), we encountered a significant issue with the cleaning service. Despite being informed that cleaning was conducted every third day, we were left without any cleaning for the entire duration of our stay. When we inquired about the lack of cleaning on the fourth day, we were told to wait as if someone would come to clean later during the day. However, when we checked out after 6 nights stay, we still didn’t see any cleaning service. To make matters worse, when we ran out of toilet paper, we contacted the reception, but we were told to wait and someone would bring them to us. Despite our repeated requests for cleaning, the toilet paper remained unavailability until we checked out (two days later). Additionally, the towels were never changed during our stay. The lack of cleaning service was the most significant issue we encountered, as it forced us to take out the trash ourselves and repeatedly ask for toilet paper, shower gel, and other amenities. The absence of a phone in the room meant that we had to go down to the reception to raise any concerns, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, while the hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, the lack of a reliable cleaning service was a major drawback that affected our overall experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — right in the old city, with many highly rated cafes and restaurants nearby, including plenty of places serving local Georgian cuisine. The room was comfortable, modern, and surprisingly quiet. The internet connection was also excellent — I measured over 200 Mbps at one point. Breakfast was decent and quite similar to what we experienced in other hotels across Georgia. The staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, this is a very good option for staying in Batumi, we would stay here again.
