The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в данном отеле. Нравится расположение, рядом парк, озеро. Тихий спокойный район. В здании отеля отличный ресторан Асканели. К сожалению, туалетную бумагу выдают только при заселении. Воды в номерах нет, но есть в этом же здании небольшой магазинчик. В целом отель рекомендую.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description. The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Очень красивый новый отель. В самом историческом центре - на площади Европы. Близко до набережной. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, обмен валют, аптеки, магазины - в общем, все что может понадобиться. Площадь «активная», постоянно: торговля, музыка, экскурсии. Надо отметить, что звукоизоляция в номере довольно хорошая при всей этой активности. Конечно, финал чемпионата мира по футболу мы слышали, но в целом, достойная звукоизоляция. Матрас средней жесткости, подушки хотелось бы помягче (мне это важно, поэтому езжу со своей пуховой подушкой, которая помогает компенсировать неудобные подушки). Две бутылки воды 0,5 и чайные пакетики на номер каждый день пополняются. Уборка каждый день - вопросов нет. У нас был номер с террасой - очень рекомендую его. 605 и 606 смотрят на более тихую часть площади, 608 - боковой с огромной террасой (красивый вид на горы и порт). Есть утюг и гладильная доска, весь набор для ванной, халаты, тапочки. Персонал доброжелательный, многие говорят на русском. Завтраки слабоваты (все по минимуму есть, голодным не останешься, но прямо минимуму и ничего не менялось за 2 недели). Такому отелю точно надо поработать над завтраками и кухней в целом (ужинали однажды, понравился только салат по-грузински, лосось был кислым, очень впечатляющий внешним видом золотой десерт - очень жирным и безвкусным). В общем, это единственное, что точно надо поднять на тот же уровень, что и сам отель. Красивейшие виды, подсветка башенок, прозрачный лифт и приятный номер в очень хорошем месте - все отлично!

Прекрасное место! Это турецкий квартал. Рядом мор.вокзал, канатка, всё необходимое поблизости. Чистота! Каждый день убирали и меняли полотенца. Завтрак- шведский стол. Номера с прекрасным видом на море, указали в приложении, что хотелось бы хороший вид Мы были в мае, перед сезоном ремонтировали дорогу ,при закрытых окнах ничего не мешало. В нашем номере была стиралка и сушилка,оборудованная кухня. Персонал- вежливые и приятные .Англоязычные. С удовольствием остановимся снова!

Данный отель посоветовала подруга, решили довериться совету. Хороший отель, соотношение ”цена-качество”. Местоположение прекрасное, вроде практически в центре, но было спокойно и не шумно. Понятное дело, мы были в несезон. Сам отель красивый, современный. Комфортные номера, кровать удобная. Брали с завтраком, довольно разнообразный и до 11 утра, что так же является плюсом. Удивило отсутствие зубных щеток и зубной пасты в номере, чистота на 4 из 5 . Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Номер не снимала, только вид из окна и центрального входа)
