The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в данном отеле. Нравится расположение, рядом парк, озеро. Тихий спокойный район. В здании отеля отличный ресторан Асканели. К сожалению, туалетную бумагу выдают только при заселении. Воды в номерах нет, но есть в этом же здании небольшой магазинчик. В целом отель рекомендую.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

La habitación es muy grande, el baño es muy amplio. Sólo dos puntos menores para mencionar fueron los sockets de potencia, necesitaba un adaptador, que la recepción nos trajo, así que es un excelente servicio.Pero el único socket normal tenía un problema si añadí mi cargador de teléfono, no lo cargaba, La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable.

المكان جيد ومرتب كل شي تحتاجه موجود من غساله ملابس وكوايه ومطبخ صغير. االمكان نظيف لكن مو احسن شي. الموقع ممتاز قريب من مطاعم وكوفيهات ومناطق السياحية تروح لها مشي. المشكلة الوحيدة اللي صادفتني انه بعد تنظيف الشقه اختفت بجامتي وسالت الرسيبشن قالوا مو موجوده اللي تنظف ولان الشيك اوت كان بدري الصبح اعطيتهم رقمي يتواصلون معي لو حصلوها. الصراحه الموضوع وترني يعني اذا بجامة انسرقت كيف الاغراض الثانية فتوترت شوي وحرصت ان اصر عليهم عشان اشوف فيه تفاعل او لا لكن للاسف ما اهتم ابداً ولا اعطوا الموضوع اهمية. اذا حجزتوا احرصوا على اغراضكم ولا تسمحون لاحد يدخل ينظف.

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is new and very clean. Overall, everything was perfect.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Новый, современный отель в небоскребе. Очень удачное расположение, рядом торговый центр, до набережной удобно ходить по мосту над дорогой (фото добавлю). Очень важно для нас было наличие стоянки. У отеля свой паркинг бесплатный. Приехали вечером, быстро зарегистрировались, поставили машину и спокойно отдыхать. В номере чайник, холодильник, в ванной тоже все необходимое есть. С водой проблем не было, горячая, напор все в норме. Вид с балкона у нас был на горы, это очень красиво, особенно вечером. Рядом стройка нам не мешала, Батуми в принципе город не тихий. С лифтами тоже не было проблем, их три и они большие. Телевизор есть, Кинопоиск, нетфликс, ютуб. Ребенок вечерами смотрел. Нам все понравилось🧡

Excelente ubicación, todo está a poca distancia a pie. Hay muchos buenos cafés y restaurantes cerca. Teníamos una habitación doble en el 7o piso con una hermosa vista a la Plaza y al Mar Negro en el fondo.
