«Hotel is a mixture of old and new parts. We were in the original part of the hotel which was very nice, very large bathroom, nice bedroom with air con. The down side was that there was not a lift available and the steps on the stairs to the top floor bedrooms were quite narrow, but overall a lovely hotel with two car parks and the food was very nice. Would definitely stop there again.»

«The hotel was lovely and the staff were professional, although they could have been slightly more friendly. The room did not have AC which was a big disappointment as we were very hot, but overall the facilities and spa was great.»

«Abit cold in room when we got in there. But then it warmed up after some time. Cosy little room with 2 good size double beds just perfect for my family stay. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. Will stay there again if price is good again like this time!!! Thank u»

«Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !»

«Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!»

«Lovely hotel in good location.   Comfortable bed and pillows.   Breakfast was very nice and good selection. Subdued lighting throughout- the only problem was that as a woman I couldn’t see to put my make up on properly.   Parking outside the hotel is expensive - currently £22.50 per day. The parking bays however were right next to the entrance of the hotel which was good for us.»

«Schöner Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange und können dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber nur 10 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Leamington Spa entfernt . Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und erstreckt sich über 16 Hektar weitläufiges Parkland, das zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang einlädt . Das gesamte Personal war herzlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat . Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer und ein Business Center . Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der großzügige, kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort . Und nicht zu vergessen: das schnelle und zuverlässige WLAN . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen!»
