What a lovely hotel. The room was lovely and a good size, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed that the room was right by the lift and so was a little noisy at busy times but somebody has to be there.  We did have a problem with the toilet seat being broken but once we informed them it was repaired in under two hours. Also mentioned the noisy room and they did offer for us to move but we had unpacked for a three night stay so decided we didn’t want to pack everything up again.  The pool was lovely and although small was just big enough. It does get busy at times so do book ahead for gym and pool. The gym had enough equipment in it for a quick workout so we found it good enough.  We didn’t eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and always helpful. We would definitely stay again. 

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent shared bathroom. Jamie was the perfect host, very helpful and friendly. An excellent place to stay whilst visiting friends in Somerset.

Hotel and staff were really lovely. There was an issue with the booking when we arrived and despite it showing we had booked 2 rooms there was a system error somewhere betweeeb trip.com and the hotel, the receptionist however dealt with the situation very professionally and promptly and also gave us free breakfast for the next day for the inconvenience. Would stay again

Me gusta mucho el estilo de decoración de este hotel y el servicio del hotel también es muy cálido. Sin embargo, la primera noche me asignaron la habitación 503 en el segundo piso. La habitación era pequeña y la vista desde la ventana no lo era. Bueno, la clave es que afuera de la ventana está la enorme campana extractora del restaurante del hotel. El trabajo era tan ruidoso que mis amigos y yo no pudimos dormir en medio de la noche, y la campana extractora no paró hasta las tres. en punto de la noche. Al día siguiente fuimos al hotel y pedimos cambiar de habitación. El hotel dijo que lo sentían y que harían todo lo posible para organizar un cambio. Al mediodía, efectivamente me había cambiado a una habitación en el segundo piso que daba a la calle. Era más grande y tenía una mejor vista. La clave era que ya no tenía que preocuparme por el ruido de la campana extractora. El personal del hotel también nos ayudó con entusiasmo a reservar billetes de autobús de larga distancia en el ordenador. El desayuno del hotel también es muy bueno. El desayuno inglés requiere reserva el día anterior. Además, el hotel cobrará un depósito de 50 libras por día al momento del check-in. Espero que puedas obtener un reembolso dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a tu salida del hotel. Han pasado tres días y no he recibido ningún mensaje de reembolso.

Great hotel and very close to town and train station. Superb staff very polite, respectful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. However it’s usually very busy in the mornings so being a wheelchair user it was very difficult to get a suitable tablet. However one of the staff members did come to my help but it was a little bit late. Non dairy milk was also provided but being self service the wait was quite long and I ended up leaving without any hot drink. The room also didn’t have a window and it was also a bit small to manoeuvre my wheelchair. Bed was comfortable but the air conditioning kept coming on which was not good for my health.

I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

Me he alojado en cientos de hoteles. Ahora intento evitar los de lujo, como los de cristal y cromo. Utilizo hoteles económicos para una noche. Sin embargo, esta vez fue una escapada de cinco días para celebrar el 60 cumpleaños de mi pareja. El hotel era maravilloso, un edificio histórico bien conservado. El personal era encantador y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno, preparado al momento, y la cena, impecablemente preparada, fue excelente, y nuestros camareros fueron mejores que en la mayoría de los restaurantes. La habitación estaba perfecta, la limpiaron cuando la necesitamos y la ubicación es perfecta. Hay un autobús a la ciudad cada 15 minutos, que está a solo 3 paradas. Si visitas Bath, este es el mejor hotel donde alojarte.

Competent hotel with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice bar, didn’t try the food. Not happy to pay £10 for parking, but not knowing the town gave us little choice. Location is generally not good because the town of Bridgewater is really pretty dire. Would not return for that reason.

Special thanks to Manager Emilia and the team at Holiday Express for making our stay wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the price was very reasonable. It’s a great place for families – our kids loved the swimming pool – and the bar was a nice extra for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely return!

很不錯的酒店，離巴斯市中心兩三英里的距離，酒店的浴室特別大，不銹鋼的大浴缸驚艷到我了，房間的冰箱和迷你吧枱提供了各種免費的飲料和糖果餅乾，很貼心。 公共區域的自助酒吧也很有特色，裝修也很漂亮，是非常值得推薦的酒店，唯一覺得需要改善的是房間挺大的，足夠選用寬點的床，攜程上面寫的床寬是一米八，但實際衹有一米五，而這邊King size的床就是一米五，估計是攜程自己搞錯了。
