This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Very central hotel. Stayed in a twin Cosy room. Looked out to train station. Walked in and first impression was poor as the one window was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. Room was clean but very basic. Tea & coffee in room which I like. Iron and ironing board which was good also. Parts of the hotel look dated a but tired, not like what is shown in the tv advert. Room was very hot but there was a fan in the room which was helpful as it was needed. Breakfast was delicious, I would stay again because of the location. The staff at check in were very helpful especially when I arrived and there was no space in the car park. Although we didn’t eat in the hotel it looked like they served lovely food. Live entertainment in the bar of hotel on Saturday night. Lovely courtyard area if you want to sit outside or have a walk around. All In all it was pleasant enough, I’d go back just a real shame about how filthy the bedroom window was couldn’t look out to enjoy the view.

Calificación de todos excepto servicios basados en el sitio web. calificación de SERVICIOS basado en la experiencia Por razones totalmente fuera de control, tuve que cancelar mi estancia 24 horas antes. Ligué a dejarlos saber. Aconsejaba que tuviera que cancelar y la respuesta era (word for word) ”Ok, eso es todavía cargable”. NO 'Lo siento escuchar eso' NO ”tal vez podemos encontrar otra fecha para que no pierdas tu dinero” ... no ' no podemos reembolsarte pero quieres un crédito en la cuenta”. Si hubiera llamado 12 horas antes, mi dinero habría sido devuelto o podría haber cambiado mi reserva. La culpa fue puesta en TRIP como me dijeron ' que usted reservaba a través de ellos y no le ayudarán. Así que voy a evitar este lugar cuando subo a mi viaje, y recomendaría a otros que eviten lugares con personal tan poco interesado como aquí.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic. The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas. These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

Espectacular estancia en el alojamiento, muy contento con la atención de los empleados, debo destacar los postres de la chef Española Blanca, los mejores dulces que haya probado jamás, la atención del Chef Español Ángel, que salió para explicarnos el menú, buena gente, y también quisiera hablar del trato de Jack, que quiso invitarme a un chupito y la gentileza de Zeni, siempre queriendo aprender el idioma español para comunicarse con nosotros, el lugar es idílico, precioso, pero el agua de la piscina está bastante fría.

The signage to the Leonardo Beautique Hotel, Perth, Scotland along with the directions in the hotel literature both need upgrading with accuracy. Sadly the website details of room layout design and amenities are not reflected in reality. We stayed in a room that was very basic and the bathroom was disgraceful with ecrement stains on the WC, dirty shower curtain in badly marked bath. The paintwork needed refreshing and the mirrors and wash hand basins required upgrading. The worst aspect was a drip all night through the ceiling that kept us awake. The general manager knew about the problems and although we had complained to him the evening we arrived, we were still placed in a dreadful room and bathroom. We were refunded 50% but felt misled and ill done to considering the condition of the facility. I would never recommend ths hotel to anyone as it is very far from the 4.4 star standard stated.

I have been going to this pub for 47 years on and off. On Sunday I went for lunch with my son and after we shared our starters, pigeon breast and Scotch egg, I was disappointed with the pigeon as it was very tough and came cut in cubes?? The pork parcel thing wasn't much better with what can only be described as baby sick over pastry and dry pork. I complained that day, we ate what we could palate and I paid the £86, they didn't charge for the one sweet, whoopee. So late that night my son calls me and says he's ill, I was also stuck to the toilet house spewing. After a visit to a doctor I was given meds for food poisoning. I called the Meiklour Arms 4 times and left emails but after 4 days I received no reply. So I drove the 20mls to see someone face to face. All I was met with was the rudest woman ive ever encountered who said there was nothing wrong with the food and its funny how nobody else fell ill? What? Did we all share the same pigeon? Yet she was adamant there was nothing wrong with the food cause they checked it! Hahaha so you ate some of it too to just check it? No, I'm sorry this is not how you treat customers who have been going to your place spending lots of money and never had a complaint before..ignorant, stuck up snobbish BS! Avoid this place, Fawley towers at its best.
