Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

I like how the room and location is. Nonetheless, the concierge/reception area that checks you in will determine the 1st impression. The staffs at the front desk aren’t that friendly and they do give me an attitude (in a bad way). It was until the next morning , when I was checking out that I felt that the front desk manager was really very helpful and warm with customers. It’s a shame that the first impression is not what I’ve expected. The breakfast spread is comprehensive. Atmosphere is also set to be English. I like the cultural aspect. Room is comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again but less the unfriendly staff at the front desk.

Si bien el hotel está directamente bajo el patrón de vuelo del aeropuerto local, nunca hemos oído aviones a menos que estuviéramos fuera. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran las escaleras ocultas y las escaleras ocultas. El lugar parece ser un niño amigable. Hay un fabuloso campo de juegos adyacente a la propiedad. Asegúrese de comprar comida de puerco para los locales. A solid stay with all the essentials you’d expect from a standard hotel. Check-in was simple and efficient, making for a smooth start to the stay. I appreciated the nice coffee machine on the second floor—great for a quick caffeine fix. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff provided good service throughout. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience.

A super convenient location, and a simply stunning hotel offering stunning views over Manchester to the Pennines. The room was immaculately clean, and the small details were all so impressive and thoughtful, with top quality toiletries in the bathroom and snacks and bottled water provided. A short but sweet stay, hope to return before long!

Nice and clean hotel .  Good location and excellent breakfast.  Only somehow the staf at the reception never greats you when you enter the hotel , they rather look at their screens . Its bit funny

Nos alojamos una noche y en general estuvo bien. Salió de la estación Manchester Piccadilly y está a unos 20 minutos a pie desde allí. Aunque está cerca de la estación Manchester Victoria. Definitivamente no es el estándar de Radisson, pero no está mal. La habitación tenía manchas en la alfombra y la bolsa del secador de pelo estaba cubierta de pelo. El baño no se había limpiado adecuadamente. Había una persona en la recepción por la noche y era difícil comunicarse porque estaba apresurado. El desayuno estaba bien, pero las empanadas y los yogures con sabor se acabaron muy rápido y no se repusieron. Herida me quedo allí de nuevo, probablemente no. ¿Deberías quedarte allí? No hay nada de malo en probarlo usted mismo. Como dije, no está mal.

Location is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain. Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor; In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)
