We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

Most of the Leonardo Hotel was very good. But during my visit at the weekend, the toilet facilities at ground level left of the Reception were very Bad ☹️ The Gents had a missing Door to One cubicle, so when I needed to use them it was a case of use the cubicle that had No paper or use the cubicle that had paper but No door. It was embarrassing, I was hoping nobody would come in , but a gentleman did so ! Later the same day in the Evening I used the facilities again and went into the same toilets and disgustingly one cubicle toilet was Blocked, so I went to try the Disabled toilet and that was blocked with tissue too !!! I had to go up to the Hotel room this time I did notice that and hourly Rosta board was not visible at this hotel for Regular inspections. Granted it was a weekend, but these needed to be checked frequently !

Todo en todo fue tan sorprendente el fin de semana La única cosa que necesitaba un refrigerador en la habitación, de lo contrario todo estaba completamente bien.

What a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

Very clean and spacious rooms. Good service from the reception team. And highly recommended

The spa is incredible, so relaxing. Ideal location with about 10 mins walk to Harbour and to Meadfoot beach. Breakfast was on the small side but tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, clean, but for 4* I’d expect a bit more like an iron in the room, toiletries, wash cloths etc. Didn’t sleep that well unfortunately as was woken up by people coming back to room as doors are loud and corridor floors are creaky. This let it down, but I’d return for the spa experience!

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

El hotel está situado en una zona perfecta para nosotros. El hotel está muy bien situado y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación era muy espaciosa en comparación con muchas otras habitaciones de hotel que he estado en. Incluso cuando se utilizaron las demás tapas, el duche parecía continuar completamente intacto. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Todo el personal se reunió como amigable, accesible y útil, todos parecían dispuestos a asegurarnos de que nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en The Osborne.
