The hotel room is clean, but window view is not so good. It is looking at parking space. Breakfast is nice, and restaurant looks luxury style. We are happy to have breakfast in this restaurant. Therefore, we came back have afternoon tea in the Leaf restaurant again. The kids tea set so unique, it is specially have fun for my child. We love it.

Perfect for me as it’s right across from the office but probably not so great if you wanted to be in the city centre although it’s only an £8 taxi ride or £2 bus ride. Opposite a Beefeater which was handy but I would prefer an on-site bar and restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable on check-in to be asked if I was a smoker (I’m not) and if anyone would be joining me later 😳. Didn’t like the bed being made up with sheets, blanket and counter pane as it’s quite uncomfortable particularly on one of the hottest days of the year although the mobile air conditioning unit helped (first time I’ve had sheets and blankets for over 30 years since the day I got married despite extensive business (weekly) and leisure travel (4-6 times a year)). Hotel was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. A bottle of water would have been a welcome addition to the room particularly in such hot weather. Not sure who to recommend the hotel to as it’s neither a corporate hotel with all the amenities or a home from home. Breakfast was on offer for an additional £15 and I decided to wait until I checked in to see. As I wanted to be in the office for 8am and there was no menu available, times of service or visibility of a dining room, other facilities or even other guests, I decided it may be too intimate and opted for a cold sandwich I had stored in the office fridge ‘just in case’. Was similarly priced to the executive room I had in the Novotel last week which had a full buffet breakfast included.

Elegimos quedarnos en el Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 principalmente por conveniencia, ya que teníamos un vuelo a la mañana siguiente. Hubo algunos altibajos principalmente debido a la impresión inicial de la recepción (muy grosero e inútil). profesionales - Sala limpia - Espacioso - La cama era cómoda. - Vista decente - Ayudó con la impresión del papeleo para nuestro vuelo. - Servicio de traslado al aeropuerto disponible* Contras - La recepción fue muy poco acogedora y grosera (tuvo problemas con el check-in, debido a algún problema con el pago del representante de C-Trips que no funcionaba; aunque pagamos y aseguramos la habitación a través de C-Trip varios días antes, lo que incluía una factura y una confirmación por correo electrónico; Frente El escritorio no ayudó y no quiso ayudar con la actitud de ”arreglarlo usted mismo”)＞ muy angustiante ya que potencialmente tuvimos que pagar nuevamente por la habitación (lo que nos hizo pagar dos veces). - Servicio de transporte al aeropuerto cada hora disponible, pero tuvo que pagar (debería haber informado al huésped, en lugar de enterarse cuándo subimos al autobús y tomarnos por sorpresa, ya que hubiéramos preferido reservar un taxi) - Un poco apartado

El nivel de un hotel de negocios normal no es ni bueno ni malo. El aparcamiento conlleva un suplemento de 15 o 16 libras por 24 horas. La cama grande➕cama individual que pedimos es en realidad una cama doble de 1,5 metros➕cama individual de 0,8 metros. El desayuno termina a las nueve y media.

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday. The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child. There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me! We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us. I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building. Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay. I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

El hotel ABC mantuvo los estándares de limpieza, pero el tamaño de la habitación era menor de lo esperado. El hermoso decoro compensaba las limitaciones. Con el fin de llevar a los niños a la escuela cercana para una entrevista, se quedó una noche, por lo que no hay mucha demanda para el hotel. Las instalaciones de la habitación son generales, las camas están juntas, no son muy cómodas, la salud está bien, el desayuno es demasiado pobre, ¡la sensación general no es aceptable para las vacaciones! La decoración de la recepción es buena, cálida y elegante.
