El hotel no está lejos del centro de la ciudad y el transporte público es muy conveniente. Se tarda 5 minutos en regresar al autobús del aeropuerto. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y también está muy cerca a pie. La suite del hotel es grande, tiene aire acondicionado y está bien decorada. Es muy cómodo para vivir. Hay servicio de consigna de equipaje. Es muy moderno y recomendado.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Gran tamaño con balcón, excelente vista al mar. A 2 minutos de la estación de autobuses y del mercado local. El caballero de recepción es amable y servicial. Reservé el taxi para el aeropuerto de allí.

“Hace poco estuve en una habitación con vistas al mar, que era bastante bonita y cómoda. Sin embargo, me decepcionó descubrir que el baño carecía de comodidades esenciales como un gorro de ducha y acondicionador para el cabello. El área de la piscina tenía cómodas tumbonas que brindaban una gran oportunidad para relaj****, pero la música alta que se escuchaba durante todo el día era bastante inquietante. Fue imponente que eligieran la música para ti, especialmente cuando preferirías algo diferente o el silencio. El servicio de recepción fue aceptable, aunque no excepcional. Las mujeres de la recepción me parecieron más amables y serviciales. El desayuno fue lo más destacado de la estancia, ya que ofrece una amplia selección de opciones deliciosas. La ubicación del hotel cerca del centro de Ibiza es conveniente, pero la calle donde se encuentra el hotel es frecuentada por gente local de clase baja, que puede sentirse insegura después de las 23:00. Si bien el ruido de la calle no era audible en la habitación con vistas al mar, desaconsejaría reservar una habitación que dé a la calle. La falta de ventanas de doble acristalamiento dificulta el sueño, especialmente con un ruidoso supermercado cercano que pone música tecno a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la noche, junto con su ruidosa clientela. Además, el restaurante también era ruidoso. Además, hay opciones limitadas de aparcamiento disponibles. La recepción no proporciona información al respecto y la calle en sí no parece ofrecer mucho aparcamiento, lo que puede ser un verdadero problema si planeas alquilar un coche. En resumen, a menos que planees salir día y noche y no requieras estacionamiento, recomiendo evitar las habitaciones con vista a la calle por el ruido y la falta de comodidad.”

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

La ubicación es bastante buena, todo está cerca, incluidos supermercados, restaurantes, etc. Es muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. Está en el centro de la parte occidental de la isla. We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de
