I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. Ubicación excepcional , al lado de la estación Central y del metro. A cinco minutos del Tivoli y 10 minutos del centro y la zona de compras.  La recepción y cafetería tienen un toque modernista, sillones cómodos ideales para descansar mientras tomas algo. La habitación es amplia, baño completo y limpio. No tiene moqueta, cosa que se agradece.  El hotel en general me ha parecido ideal para este tipo de viaje.

Un buen hotel. Muy bien situado al lado de la estación de tren. Nuestra habitación era bastante cómoda aunque el baño era muy pequeño. El buffet del restaurante está bastante bien aunque si vas a estar varios días, la oferta no varía y se hace muy repetitivo. Nosotros estuvimos 6 días y se nos hizo un poco cansino. Pero la oferta es completa...solo echamos en falta el salmón ahumado al natural, que es bastante habitual en cualquier país nórdico. Hay una buena variedad de panes, frutos secos, yogurt, fruta, embutido, salchichas, huevos, ensalada y algún q otro plato de cocina. El personal es amable y tratan de ayudarte con cualquier información que necesites. Muy recomendable por relación calidad precio!

La habitación en la que nos alojamos estaba en el piso 17 y tenía una vista estupenda. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca de la estación de tren y hay varios restaurantes y supermercados a poca distancia a pie. La habitación no era muy grande y la iluminación era insuficiente, por lo que resultaba un poco oscura por la noche. Me gustó mucho la idea de ofrecer aperitivos y pan gratis en la recepción, sobrantes del bufé del desayuno. Es una forma considerada de reducir el desperdicio de alimentos.

Desde que reservamos el hotel, todo ha sido muy bueno; la atención es excelente, el equipo es muy acogedor, la habitación estaba limpia y la ubicación del hotel es excelente.

L'hotel è perfetto: pulito, moderno, con ottima colazione e vicino alla metro. Ci ritornerei certamente.

Lo bueno es que puedes cocinar tus propias comidas. Hay dos supermercados cerca. El quinto piso está bellamente decorado, con un diseño mucho más cuidado que las habitaciones, lo que sin duda causa una buena primera impresión. Las habitaciones son de aglomerado, pero los grandes ventanales que van del suelo al techo son agradables. La puerta del baño y la del dormitorio en nuestra habitación estaban mal diseñadas y chocaban entre sí. Lo primero que noté al entrar fue una grieta en la puerta del baño debido a un golpe, y no entendí por qué hasta después de alojarme allí, cuando me di cuenta de que había un defecto de diseño. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel bonito y peculiar, pero lamentablemente carente de la comodidad esperada por el precio. Recepción amable, pero: Habitaciones muy mal equipadas: ducha con una puerta de cristal completamente transparente frente a la cama, sin privacidad. Servicio mínimo (hay que preguntar en recepción por cualquier cosa que falte, como bebidas del minibar o artículos de aseo), sin servicio de limpieza si la estancia es inferior a 3 días, y sin bandeja de cortesía. Habitación abuhardillada tranquila y muy grande, pero cuidado, uno se choca constantemente con las cosas. Desayuno buffet muy caro; mejor salir y evitar el bar, donde sirven un mini cóctel sin alcohol por 110 DKK. En resumen, demasiado caro para jóvenes a los que les guste la decoración, e insuficiente para personas con recursos.

I had to arrive late and was very tired. The front desk staff upgraded my room and I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was big and the breakfast was healthy.
