Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Elbe und kurzem Fußweg zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Elbe.
Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und im Sommer wird es im Zimmer sehr warm. Ein Standlüfter verschafft aber etwas Erleichterung.
Das Frühstück wird in einem großen Pavillon serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig und es alles vorhanden, einschließlich Eierspeisen.

Paid €25 more than the price shown on Google, and breakfast was not included. Facilities are dated, but the location is excellent. Overall, about 3.5–4 out of 5.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, hay un autobús en la puerta, un autobús 1, 2 autobús 2 para las principales atracciones. También es conveniente ir a la estación de tren. El personal de servicio recibe con entusiasmo y la habitación es limpia y cómoda.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und der Fußgängerzone, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, sodass der Tag perfekt starten konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt und sehr praktisch. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

FFabio BaraniEl hotel está a las afueras del centro, pero es excelente. A solo 5 minutos en coche se encuentra la estación central, donde podrá aparcar y comenzar su visita a la ciudad.
Un hotel de negocios clásico, pero impecable. Habitación amplia y baño perfecto.
Desayuno magnífico. Personal excelente.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

RRPSMThe INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

UUsuario invitadoNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

CCerberus799El registro fue rápido, con aperitivos y bebidas de bienvenida. Cupones de bebidas gratis por persona y noche si no se ofrece limpieza diaria. Se pueden cambiar las toallas y solicitar artículos de aseo en recepción. Microondas, platos, cuencos y cubiertos se llevan a la habitación si se solicita.
Personal atento, servicial y diligente. El hotel es fácilmente accesible desde la estación Dresden Neustadt Trn, a 15 minutos a pie. Los tranvías 3 y 13 van al centro, a Theatreplatz.
Lidl, a 400 m bajando del hotel. Netto, a 700 m subiendo. Comprar comida, pan, leche, bebidas y fruta es facilísimo. Se puede usar una tarjeta de débito Visa/MC sin preocuparse por el cambio de divisas.
Recomiendo este hotel. Está limpio, la habitación es amplia. La distribución es buena: puertas dobles, una que da a la habitación y otra que separa el dormitorio del vestíbulo/baño. La tarjeta ya está conectada a la toma de corriente principal, no es necesario usar la tarjeta de la habitación.
Uno de los mejores hoteles de 3-4 estrellas en los que me he alojado.

Ssalvalasilvia El hotel está cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y el centro de la ciudad.
Cada monumento importante está a pie y la ciudad es hermosa.
El personal, especialmente en la recepción, es hermoso.
También hay máquinas de inscripción que le ayudarán a registrarse y a imprimir sus tarjetas clave.
No soy un fan de carpeta, pero la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia con un hermoso baño.
También hay una buena caja de equipaje, desgraciadamente sólo una en una habitación para dos, pero es espaciosa.
Apreciamos las aguas complimentarias.
