⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

When it comes to location if you are holidaying in Ayia Napa, it doesn’t get more central than this. This resort is close to every possible location in Ayia Napa, that if you are up to the task (save for the heat), you can walk virtually anywhere. The front desk has the kindest people you can think of, who help with everything. Breakfast and pool amazing too. Unfortunately, it does have an old look to the rooms and the hotel in general. It could really use some renovation especially compared to other hotels in the surrounding area. The second issue would be WiFi. It only worked in the lobby. This is quite inconveniencing especially if you are one that likes to communicate with others from the comfort of your room. Several times a day, one would find others in the lobby simply to use the WiFi. Tv channels don’t have wide selection, and no option for Netflix or YouTube. (Although, to be fair, if you are spending most of your time outside, none of these things would matter). Overall: Pros: centrally located, amazing staff, great breakfast and pools Cons: old, needs renovation, poor WiFi

We arrived at the hotel early, well before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled time and the sullen clerk answered us sternly that it was impossible. We asked for towels for the pool in the meantime, and again we were told no. Some time later, another, nicer clerk arrived and explained that she would do everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible, and we did get the room early. The same sullen clerk continued to make a face every time we passed by the reception. The room we got was a room by the pool, overall a nice room, a bit small and mostly dark. On the plus side, we would like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the room. We asked for extra towels and got them. The food is not bad, quite varied. We really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There is parking at the hotel and we used it. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the walking path along the beach. The hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants.

We would like to come again. Cozy family hotel, good for calm weekends, but not for young companies. Pluses: the room was ready before the check in and they noticed one of us have a Birthday so they gave fruits and bottle of wine as a compliment, wifi as well. The room was nice and clean. We had amazing view. Enough differences kind of food at the restaurant, even breakfast so many options to eat. Generally every meal was great, at the dinner they have a seafood as well. Indian personal sometimes don’t understand if they mention rude jokes and then expect good conversation with them. But after some jokes I lost any motivation to speak with them generally. Unfortunately there is no toilet in pool area and you have to use one near reception, this is uncomfortable and you have to wait till you get dry. The drinks 50/50, beer is good, wine we didn’t like.Also there is no bottles of water, so you always have to ask a glass of water at the bar. Pool is super big this is really cool because everyone have enough space for games and chill.

La noche que llegamos el recepcionista dijo que no había nada en el sistema para nuestra reserva pero dijo que podíamos quedarse en una habitación y podíamos hablar con el gerente el día siguiente y el día siguiente le dimos nuestros detalles y se ordenó y nos dieron un extra el almuerzo junto con la cena, el personal era agradable y útil la piscina era agradable también el desayuno era horrible y no lo comió

The facility was good food was ok but at dinner u have to pay for soft drinks and for water!!!!!

La ubicación era muy buena, cerca de varias playas. Los servicios de spa (por ejemplo, masaje, exfoliación y hidratación, etc.) fueron muy submersivos y no valían el precio. El baño tenía las costuras de pelo de los huéspedes anteriores en la pared de la ducha y moldeado en los crevices de la tija - una persona fue enviada a “limpieza” después de una llamada a la recepción. La piscina era agradable y el bar estaba justo al lado con bebidas y snacks rápidos (por ejemplo, saladas, sandwiches de club, envolturas, etc.).  En general, la estancia fue buena, pero los servicios de limpieza y spa deberían estar realmente centrados en la instalación.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked during peak season so naturally the price was higher. I unfortunately do not think it’s worth the money. The room was okay, but bed was quite uncomfortable. There were also ants in my room as well. The basic room is not really a huge problem, but my biggest gripe is probably the noise. The walls are thin and I was awoken multiple times during the evening by loud neighbors coming back from a night out. And I’m generally fine with a little noise but this was excessive. I feel bad writing this because the owner was very nice, but I did not get any sleep at all. I understand it’s a Friday night and it’s a party town, but maybe having a quiet hours policy would make the stay more enjoyable for guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location was ideal – close enough to the main square and the Strip to walk there easily, but far enough away that it was quiet at night and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the air conditioning. The hotel had set a minimum temperature that couldn’t be lowered, so the room never got as cool as I would have liked, especially during the warmer nights. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient yet peaceful location.

We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice. All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after. Will be going back in June.
