The hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk. The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read. The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly. The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold. The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours. Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice. The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well. The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

Servicio: La recepción me dijo que la mejora de habitación no es gratuita. Puede agregar 99 yuanes para solicitar una tarjeta Huazhu Club Gold, que le proporcionará desayuno y una mejora de habitación. Nostalgia S was the best hotel we stayed at during our short 10-day holiday. They took the time to consider what guests would need for a comfortable stay.   The rooms are designed with an Asian aesthetic and feature modern amenities, such as a Japanese toilet with a heated seat and built-in light. This feature is excellent during winter and eliminates the need to turn on the lights when visiting the bathroom at night.   Additionally, an automatic night light activates when you approach the bathroom. The room includes three mirrors: a vanity mirror with lights, a small round magnified makeup mirror with lights, and a full-length mirror in the open wardrobe. The provided tissues were of high quality, and the thicker disposable washcloth next to the sink served well as a face towel. The bed was comfortable and firm. The air conditioning and heating systems functioned perfectly. Do note that the bathroom is not enclosed, the toilet has a door and shower has a door but both are not enclosed in a room on it’s own, meaning no bathroom door.   The room's drinks and snacks were complimentary, and there was free porridge available for supper in the dining room. Other essentials, such as earplugs, band-aids, and feminine pads, were available at the lobby if needed.   One of the best perks was the complimentary laundry service. We could drop off our laundry and pick it up at reception later, which allowed us to continue our activities without interruption.   Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and I enjoyed the wonton soup every day. One of the reception staff spoke English, and they were all very lovely and helpful.   The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to Qing Hefang Ancient Street, accessible through a nearby tunnel. We also utilised the hotel's private two-day tour, which took us around Westlake and Wuzhen Watertown. This service was far better than using DiDi, as we had a driver with a good car for the entire day, who waited for us at each scenic spot and took us to the next destination.   Also note that the hotel is fairly new, opened in 2024, be careful when you order a DIDI to get to it as there is another Nostalgia S in West lake. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Este lugar es realmente familiar y su personal es sumamente amable. Especialmente Rookie y sus colegas, que se esforzaron al máximo para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable. Está cerca del transporte público y del Family Mart. La vista del buffet de desayuno es fantástica, ya que está en el último piso del edificio y ofrece vistas de toda la ciudad mientras desayunas. Su selección de desayuno es excelente y deliciosa, a diferencia de otros hoteles. Lo que más me gusta es que te ayudan a lavar y secar la ropa mientras haces tus cosas de turista, ¡GRATIS!

El ambiente del hotel es bueno. El servicio brindado por los chicos y chicas de recepción es muy bueno. Los problemas se resuelven de forma proactiva. La habitación es tranquila, higiénica y limpia. El desayuno es muy rico. La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel está justo afuera de la calle imperial de la dinastía Song del Sur y a unos minutos a pie de la calle Hefang. Está muy cerca de Damanong y del Lago Oeste, y el transporte público también es muy conveniente. También hay un robot de reparto en el vestíbulo y café gratis. El clima es muy agradable en esta época. Es realmente recomendable viajar a Hangzhou. La temperatura es la adecuada, ni demasiado caliente ni demasiado fría. También hay un aparcamiento en la puerta trasera del hotel. Recomendado, definitivamente me hospedaré aquí, y lo elegiré la próxima vez que tenga oportunidad.

The services apartments aren’t bad. They have everything you need and the rooms are very clean. However, there seem to be a bunch of businesses that operate out of the hotel rooms, or at least it appears that way. As a result you spend ages waiting for the elevator. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, they should really enforce their non-smoking policies. People from one of the businesses on our floor smoked constantly, and the smell often drifted into our room. It’s pretty disgusting for people who don’t smoke.
