Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, el hotel se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de atracciones populares como las calles Nanping y Old Street, así como del centro comercial Shuncheng. El transporte es muy práctico y hay una amplia selección de restaurantes y cafeterías en las inmediaciones. El hotel presenta un diseño clásico de jardín Jiangnan con un patio interior, paredes encaladas, azulejos negros y celosías talladas en las ventanas, creando una atmósfera única en cada rincón, evocando una sensación de viaje en el tiempo. Los elementos chinos se combinan a la perfección con comodidades modernas, como rejas de madera e iluminación cálida, creando un ambiente encantador y acogedor. Nos alojamos 3 noches en una habitación con vistas al río, limpia y bien equipada. El servicio fue excelente: nos limpiaron la habitación y me ayudaron a imprimir la visa. La ubicación junto al río es tranquila y relajante para ver pasar los barcos. El desayuno era escaso, ya que se quedaron sin comida, platos y vasos rápidamente, y no pudieron cocinar ni rellenar la comida ni las bebidas. Así que vayan temprano a desayunar. El coche de Didi tarda bastante en llegar al hotel. Asegúrense de elegir una ruta que evite los atascos.

Instalaciones: Nuevas, fáciles de usar.
Higiene: Limpio y ordenado.
Ambiente: Excelente ubicación, piso alto, lo que permite un buen descanso por la noche. Justo al bajar está la calle comercial y la calle antigua.
Servicio: Muy bueno.
Sugerencia: Al hacer el check-in, deberían informar a los huéspedes que la calle antigua de Kunming está al norte. Como no investigué bien, ¡no me di cuenta lo cerca que estaba el primer día, jajaja!

How special this place was! Amongst all the guesthouses around, this is a gem. It is nested around a quiet street which can be quite hard to find between the busy walking lanes of the old town. This is a traditional house with an inner patio and everything about the stay teletransport you to ancient times. It’s quite wild how you can find this quality of stay and hospitality (they were always serving tea for us and offering the delicious rose cakes from the region) for this price. Not to mention how friendly the owners were! The were always helping us with good recommendations, tea houses trip and even helped me with giving me herbs to help my digestion. This was trully an unique stay, would 100% recommend ♥️

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy tranquila, con vistas espectaculares. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es perfecta, muy conveniente para movernos por Kunming. El desayuno fue delicioso y variado, con opciones chinas y occidentales de gran calidad. Atendieron todas nuestras peticiones con rapidez y una sonrisa. Pero lo que más destacamos es la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%!

Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, with spectacular views. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect, very convenient for getting around Kunming. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options of great quality. Every request we had was handled promptly and with a smile. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive and helpful. It truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Esta pensión superó con creces mis expectativas. La vista desde el balcón era absolutamente impresionante. No hacía falta ir a otros miradores; se podía disfrutar de los hermosos campos aterrazados desde la misma habitación. Desde la bruma matutina hasta el sol repentino, el paisaje era sobrecogedor e increíblemente relajante. Los fideos de arroz del desayuno estaban especialmente deliciosos, con una generosa cantidad de carne y un sabor excelente. La habitación incluso tenía una claraboya y estaba impecablemente limpia. 酒店坐落在芒市芒晃村，鬧中取靜，早起拉開窗簾映入眼簾是遠處被金色陽光照耀的金塔，小鳥嘰嘰喳喳唱着歌，這時走出酒店漫步村莊，可以獨享傣族村寨風情，退卻白天喧囂。傍晚坐在浴池邊品茶吃水果，看着夕陽從金塔邊慢慢落下，美不勝收。也可以到四樓咖啡廳喝着咖啡欣賞日落。酒店傣緬裝修風格，房間空間大，分區合理，乾淨整潔無異味，衞生無可挑剔，用品高檔齊全細節到位。我們是早餐和下午茶都在酒店一樓用餐，早餐營養搭配合理，精緻美味。對於吃慣清淡口味不吃辣的我正合適。酒店管家服務周到，還提供接送機和行程管家服務，這次出行幾乎不需要額外操心，酒店全程幫我都安排好了，下次來芒市旅行還會選這家！

Definitely my go to hotel when I have to transfer at Kunming airport. Contact via WeChat is easily and prompt reply. As soon as I landed the hotel provided the driver to pick me up immediately and he helped my carry with the luggage. (Unlike other hotels I had experience with) .
The room is really clean and big enough . Bathroom is huge. Free water bottle also provides in the room and each floors. Gym and laundry opens 24 hours.
Before I checked out , I spilled coffee on the bedsheets. Leaving cash and notes to apologize in the room but the hotel messages me later said that they would give me back some of my money. I am very appreciated that even though it’s my faults. Your services is beyond 4 stars rated on the app.
Thanks again to made my trip very impressive from the starts 🙏🏻

El hotel es cómodo, con camas funcionales y calefacción. Está cerca del punto de recogida de Didi. Está cerca del casco antiguo, pero hay que subir y bajar un poco. El anfitrión fue muy amable y respetuoso con nosotros. Nos ayudó a llevar el equipaje al hotel y siempre nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo.

La limpieza de la habitación es limpia, la decoración es sencilla, el ambiente es delicado y es adecuado para tomar fotos con tarjeta. Los productos de cama son suaves y con la piel y el descanso es muy cómodo. La secundidad del baño, el diseño de la casa de baño, la intimidad y la experiencia de vivir en general son especialmente cómodas.
Normalmente tengo un hábito de fitness. Estoy sorprendido de que el hotel tenga una sala de fitness 24 horas en el 7o piso. El lugar no es muy grande, pero el equipo de fitness diario debe estar completo. Al lado de la sala de fitness hay una pequeña terraza, el deporte de noche termina el viento de la noche, relajado y agradable, y la experiencia es buena.
El autocarril es especialmente conveniente, el hotel cuenta con un estacionamiento gratuito, con una cabina de carga rápida y lenta, el nuevo autocarril de energía es muy seguro y la facilidad de viajar es muy alta.

AaLexxasStaying at Suye Suye Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay in Shangri-La was one of those rare travel experiences where everything — comfort, location, service, and human connection — comes together so naturally that it stops feeling like accommodation and instead feels like being gently welcomed into a home you didn’t know you had.
The homestay itself is beautifully designed, calm, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are extremely comfortable — the kind of space that immediately slows you down the moment you step inside. Nothing feels excessive, yet everything feels intentional. It was so cosy and well set up that we almost wanted to stay in rather than head out, simply because being in the room itself felt restful and grounding.
A particularly reassuring feature was the oxygen support available in the room, along with access to professional-grade medical equipment for altitude sickness at no extra cost. This level of care is rare. On my first day, I experienced mild AMS, and a short session with their equipment made a noticeable difference. By the next day, I felt significantly better and fully adjusted. That alone reflects how thoughtfully the place is run.
Location-wise, it is also very convenient — close to Shangri-La Old Town and easily accessible via ride-hailing for other areas. Despite this, the property still feels peaceful and slightly tucked away, striking a balance between accessibility and retreat.
What truly defines this homestay is the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff and owners greeted us warmly every time we walked through the door. They consistently checked in on us in a genuine, unobtrusive way, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It never felt transactional — more like being looked after by people who truly cared.
They also handled transport with great ease. The staff personally picked us up and later sent us to the railway station, removing all stress from logistics and making arrivals and departures seamless.
Over time, the experience became even more personal. The owners are incredibly humble, and we often spent hours sitting with them over tea. These weren’t formal conversations but slow, relaxed exchanges about travel, life, and everything in between. On one occasion, they shared how they once spoke with a non-chinese speaking guest until 3am using Google Translate — a reflection of how open and curious they are.
During these tea sessions, we also met other guests naturally, leading to spontaneous conversations. Language was never a barrier; the owner was comfortable bridging gaps with translation tools, and that openness made everyone feel included.
One of the most charming parts of the stay was their dog, Wu Bao (Five Treasures). Friendly and full of personality, he quickly became part of daily life. The owners even allowed us to take him out for walks, which added a lighthearted touch.
As the days passed, the relationship with the owners naturally deepened. It slowly shifted from host and guest to something closer to friendship. On one evening, they brought us out for supper and drinks, turning into one of the most genuine nights of the trip — full of laughter and effortless conversation.
In return for their kindness, we brought them some food one night, only to be warmly invited to join a home-cooked dinner. That meal felt less like hospitality and more like being part of a family gathering.
One regret is that we were so immersed in the experience that we forgot to take photos with the owners and staff — a reflection of how present everything felt.
By the end, it was clear this place is defined not just by its rooms or amenities, but by its people. The sincerity, warmth, and ease of connection are what make it unforgettable.
If we return to Shangri-La, this will be the place we stay again — not as guests, but as people returning to familiar faces, shared tea, and a place that genuinely felt like home.

Before sharing details about our stay, we would like to give special recognition to several team members whose outstanding service made such a positive impact on our experience: 麦克, 小钢, Alan, 小罗, and 小雨. Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. We are writing this review in large part because we hope management is aware of their incredible efforts, as they truly represent the very best of the hotel’s hospitality.
Even before we arrived, the team created a WeChat group and warmly welcomed us, making us feel cared for from the very beginning. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Upon arrival, the staff helped carry our very heavy luggage to our room and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time at the hotel. After check-in, 麦克 gave us a detailed tour of the room and thoughtfully explained how to use the oxygen supply, which immediately put us at ease. He was also incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit and things to do in the area. His advice, including reminding us not to shower on our first night due to the high altitude, helped us acclimatize comfortably and avoid altitude-related discomfort.
We also had the opportunity to make flower candles during our stay, which was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to 小钢, who patiently guided us through the activity and even carefully packed our finished candles so beautifully that all we had to do was pick them up and bring them home the next day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of the attention to detail that made our stay so special.
One of the highlights was the beautiful property and the adorable animals on-site. Alan even took the time to cut fresh carrots for us to feed the goats, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hospitality never stopped, no matter how late it was. We returned to the hotel around 11pm one evening after a long day of exploring, and 麦克 prepared comforting hot dessert soup for us (despite it being past the time for dessert soup). It was exactly what we needed and such a memorable gesture that made us feel truly cared for.
Another moment that stood out was late one night when we realized we needed extra towels and pillows. 小罗 responded quickly and kindly helped us get everything we needed despite the late hour. His willingness to assist us so promptly made us feel incredibly well looked after and was yet another example of the outstanding service we experienced throughout our stay.
We were also especially grateful to 小雨 for helping us navigate a Taobao return during our stay, which could have been quite complicated without her assistance. Several other staff members also kindly helped with collecting my package. Their teamwork and willingness to assist with something beyond the usual scope of hotel services truly impressed us.
As our trip came to an end, Alan kindly drove us to the train station early in the morning and gave us a warm send-off. It was the perfect ending to an already wonderful stay and reflected the genuine care and hospitality we experienced throughout our time at the hotel.
The warmth, attentiveness, and sincerity shown by every member of the team made our experience in Shangri-La truly wonderful. Every interaction reflected a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find, and their genuine care played a significant role in making this trip so memorable.
We are incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La. We will definitely be back!

UUsuario invitadoAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

UUsuario invitadoBest stay in Yunnan, they deserve a 10.0 rating!!! The owner has a very good taste, the rooms and common area are both well designed. Just renovated 2 years ago. None of the corners is not instagrammable. The yulong view is perfect, you can see the view from the room and common area. Never forget to mention about their service. I didn’t get the names of the receptionists (a guy and a lady), both are really friendly and helpful, love their smiles. They provide free rides to shuhe and dayan guzhen

Los huevos son la máquina que salen! ¿Por qué toda la cocina no puede ser un huevo de mano?Tres mañanas, no importa lo que pedimos, ni siquiera lo que ella nos pide que nos veamos! ¡La línea de Tommy no tiene ni una lío! ¡La mesa sólo tiene un sabor de ácido en una botella, especialmente cariñoso!

También nos ayudó a llevar nuestro equipaje al alojamiento, ya que no se puede acceder en coche. Al estar en la ciudad antigua, solo pudimos ir andando. De regreso, nos llevaron el equipaje al punto de recogida del coche. Nos brindaron un servicio excelente. Si vuelvo a Lijiang, sin duda me alojaré aquí.
