¡Este viaje improvisado a Dali resultó especialmente exitoso porque elegimos el Yanyun Seaview Resort Hotel! Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, cada detalle hace sentir la atención y la calidad. 1️⃣ La vista al mar es excelente, y el paisaje curativo te permite sentarte en el patio y disfrutar de las nubes flotantes en la montaña Cangshan y el resplandeciente lago. Especialmente al atardecer, el resplandor del atardecer llena la sala, y cada foto que tomas es un éxito rotundo. Es tranquilo y cómodo sin necesidad de ir a otros lugares donde se aglomeran. 2️⃣ El servicio del mayordomo es tan considerado que resulta repugnante. ¡El servicio de los mayordomos Qiufeng y Yangyang merece ser alabado por su nombre! Desde sugerencias de planificación de itinerario antes de llegar a la tienda, hasta recordatorios diarios de los horarios de apertura de las atracciones e incluso ayuda con la fotografía de viajes y las reservas de restaurantes, no tiene que preocuparse por nada. 3️⃣ El desayuno es tan rico que no querrás levantarte. ¡Hay muchísimos tipos de desayuno! Fideos de arroz chinos, huevos fritos y tocino al estilo occidental, frutas frescas y café recién molido están disponibles hasta las 10:30. La fiesta perezosa está extasiado. Recomiendo especialmente los fideos de arroz con puente cruzado al estilo Yunnan, ¡la base de la sopa es tan deliciosa que puedes beber dos tazones seguidos! 4️⃣ Instalaciones de apoyo orientadas a los detalles El té de la tarde y la sopa dulce de buenas noches se entregan a tiempo todos los días, y las bebidas en el refrigerador son gratuitas el día del check-in. 5️⃣ Huevo de Pascua oculto: ¡Las galletas hechas a mano son divinas! Las galletas que me dieron al momento del check-in eran tan cremosas y fragantes que compré una bolsa grande de ellas como recuerdo antes de irme. El mayordomo incluso metió a escondidas un paquete extra en mi maleta, diciendo que era un ”regalo para el viaje”. Este lugar no parece un hotel, sino más bien un mayordomo de vacaciones que te comprende. Ya sea que estés recostado para mirar el mar, tomando fotografías y registrándote, o recorriendo Dali en profundidad, Yanyun puede brindarte una experiencia perfecta. I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy. The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything. If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at!! Suye provided really great service, they even arranged free transport to and from the railway station. I also booked 扎雅土司 through them, and they provided transport there and back as well. The customer service was really amazing, and I loved all the complimentary toiletries. The hotel amenities were also very good, especially the Kohler shower head and Laifen hairdryer, which made the stay super pleasant and comfortable. The room was also very high-tech, and I love that they provided VIP access for movies/dramas so we could actually have a movie night in the hotel room 🥹

Este hotel, con sus edificios rojos y exuberante vegetación, me hizo sentir como si estuviera en el sudeste asiático. Tiene un diseño muy logrado y el servicio es excelente. Por la noche hay una fuente y durante el día es una piscina; la fuente musical es realmente hermosa. La habitación estaba impecable, con domótica en todo el espacio, y los colores eran los de Hermès, lo que le daba un toque de sofisticación. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí. Very quiet, clean cut design which I loved it. young men and women running this place, they are sweet . But the first day was annoyed by the water tanks at the roof top, very noisy due to the room was just right below. But after telling the person in charge, the problem was solved immediately. You have to walk a distance to Dali old town, motel little shuttle service will send you to & fro at designated point. It's actually quite convenient.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en MuKa Pastoral Manor durante nuestro viaje a Yunnan. El hotel tiene un auténtico ambiente de resort, complementado por un servicio de mayordomo excepcional. Al registrarnos, nos añadieron a un grupo exclusivo de WeChat con el equipo del hotel. Como no hay teléfono en la habitación, los huéspedes pueden enviar cualquier solicitud o pregunta a través de WeChat, y el personal responde casi al instante. El hotel también utiliza el chat grupal para compartir recordatorios diarios sobre el horario del desayuno, el té de la tarde, la sesión de fotos de cortesía, las sesiones de té y las actividades nocturnas alrededor de la hoguera. Esto hizo que la comunicación fuera muy cómoda y personalizada. Una experiencia que nos impresionó mucho fue cuando tuvimos que salir antes del desayuno para una excursión temprana. Preguntamos si podían prepararnos algo sencillo, y con mucha amabilidad nos empacaron pan, huevos duros, leche y aperitivos locales. Fue un gesto inesperado que agradecimos enormemente. Nos alojamos en una habitación dúplex en el segundo piso con dos dormitorios y baños independientes, ideal para una familia o un grupo de cuatro personas. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y estaba equipada con un sistema de suministro de oxígeno y un deshumidificador. El mayordomo se tomó la molestia de explicarnos cómo usar el sistema de oxígeno y nos dio consejos útiles para controlar el mal de altura, especialmente después de conocer nuestros destinos anteriores y futuros. El té de la tarde y la experiencia nocturna de la hoguera se celebran en la quinta planta, que también cuenta con una acogedora minibiblioteca. Aunque la mayoría de los libros están en chino, los huéspedes pueden hojearlos y disfrutar del espacio. Disfrutamos especialmente de la tradicional experiencia del té con mantequilla de yak alrededor de la hoguera por la noche. Si bien el establecimiento se encuentra a unos 20 minutos en Didi de la Ciudad Antigua de Shangri-La, el transporte es muy conveniente y hay servicios de transporte compartido disponibles. El hotel también ofrece traslados gratuitos desde y hacia la estación de tren de Shangri-La, lo cual fue una ventaja adicional muy apreciada. Lo que realmente distingue a MuKa Pastoral Manor es su excepcional hospitalidad y su hermoso entorno natural. La granja, el patio y los espacios abiertos crean un remanso de paz en plena naturaleza. Me pareció algo decepcionante, con opciones occidentales muy básicas (pan, huevo, mermelada) y opciones asiáticas (Mi Xian), además de leche, café y jugo. El jugo tampoco parecía recién preparado, sino envasado.

My stay at Lisiman was the perfect conclusion to my Yunnan adventure across Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-la. While each accommodation on my journey served a different purpose, I chose Lisiman specifically because I desired tranquility and a close connection to nature. Location and Atmosphere: Location-wise, LISIMAN ranked incredibly high for me. It sits right within the Napa Hai (Yila Grassland) while remaining close to town, and I highly appreciated their complimentary shuttle service. The view from dawn to dusk offered shifting, beautiful vibes. In the distance, I could watch cows and horses grazing on surrounding farms, while within the hotel compound itself, I loved watching the free-roaming animals, including black swans, ducks, Alaskan dogs, deer, sheep, and a donkey. Exceptional Service and Staff Recognition: I am deeply grateful for the warm reception and care I received. The staff showed incredible initiative and responded expediently to all my queries to ensure I felt comfortable experiencing Shangri-la ”the Lisiman way.” I was highly impressed by the collective teamwork, sincerity, and professionalism of the store manager and specific team members: 麦克, Alan, 小罗, and 小钢. My Experiences: Thanks to thiis team keeping me updated on the daily lineup of programmes, I enjoyed an unhurried yet incredibly fulfilling vacation. During my stay, I was able to: - Interact closely with the in-house animals. - Enjoy a delectable afternoon tea on my sun deck while soaking in the fresh prairie air. - Decorate a candle with flowers. - Stroll along the grassland for photography. - Snap sunrise hues and animals from my room. - Indulge in a photoshoot. - Count the stars at night. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with a family, LISIMAN has something for everyone.

Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

Oh my goodness I have never stayed in a place like this! We live in a noisy city and come here felt like being in heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved trying to catch fireflies in the night. We took a walk quite a distance from our cabin towards the hills and came back whrn it was pretty dark. We were able to see the milky way galaxy across the sky and so many stars that the only other place we ever saw tjat many stars was back in my country in the village with no light pollution. Words cannot describe the tranquility of this placed the magnificence of nature and the peace and quite. The nights are so dark and quiet, felt like being somewhere in wild savanna. I heard some sounds of animals I had never heard before. We will seriously make this place our frequent holiday detination for peace and quiet, nature and mental healing. There were quite a number of activities for the kids but our kids were too young to participate. We were just quite happy going for walks and watching the stars at night. The grass looked so inviting and we wanted to roll down the hills hahaha but it was all fenced, which makes sense for safety. We heard there was a heard of elephants nearby. We also loved in when it rained, the sound of raindrops on the leaves outside and on our leaves. It’s definitely a place for poets and writers, artists and creative people. I was truly inspired and I mostly sat outside when the babies were napping, and read my Lord of the rings book that I took with me, as that place reminded me of hobbit-land and magic. Coffee lovers must go, we had as many cups of coffee as we liked. They also offered us hotpot for dinner and lunch.
