這家酒店真的給了我超出預期的體驗，必須認真寫個好評。 先説環境，酒店整體裝修風格現代又温馨，大堂通透亮堂，綠植點綴得恰到好處，一進門就讓人覺得放鬆。房間更是讓我驚喜——面積非常寬敞，兩個人住一點都不侷促，窗户很大，採光極好，視野開闊。關鍵是 乾淨程度 可以打滿分，從床品到地毯，從洗手枱到淋浴間，每一處都一塵不染，連角落都沒有灰塵，住着特別安心。 再説基礎設施，真的是 “衹多不少” 。除了常規的燒水壺、保險櫃，居然還配了 小冰箱（冰飲料超方便）、體重秤（出差旅行也不耽誤管理身材）、厚實柔軟的 浴袍，穿着在房間裏活動很愜意。洗漱用品品質也不錯，吹風機風力足，拖鞋分室內外兩種，細節很到位。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有不同高度可選，一夜好眠。 但最讓我感動的是 門口的保安大叔。我們開車到門口時，他立刻小跑過來，主動詢問需不需要幫忙停車。因為周邊車位緊張，他一路小跑帶着我們繞了一圈，耐心指揮我們停進一個很窄的位置，還反覆確認不會剮蹭。下車後，他二話不説幫我們把兩個大行李箱拎到前台，全程笑呵呵的。更貼心的是，我們問他附近怎麼去夜市，他不僅仔細畫了路線，還特意帶我們走到路口，指着標誌性建築反覆叮囑“回來時認準這個燈箱”，確認我們記住了才回去。全程熱情、專業又有分寸，真的被暖到了。 退房時他又主動幫我們把行李搬上車，還提醒我們前面路口有施工，建議繞行。這種發自內心的服務意識，比很多五星級酒店的標準流程更打動人。 總之，無論是硬件還是軟件，這次入住都無可挑剔。下次來這個城市，我一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給所有朋友。真心希望酒店能看到這位保安師傅的付出，他值得被表揚！

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfying. It would be nice if they could also offer juice. We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance. They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.

Por lo tanto, no me sentí frustrado al registrarme en mi habitación en este hotel. Hay dos cosas que recomendaría al hotel para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes: 1. En China hay muchos fumadores, muy pocas prohibiciones de fumar y muchos no respetan las normas antitabaco; por lo tanto, esta es mi recomendación al respecto. También recomiendo que el hotel coloque más letreros de ”No fumar” en las zonas comunes, ya que solo vi algunos en los ascensores y en la planta baja. 2. La secadora es muy lenta. Decidí secar la ropa al aire libre durante varias horas después de que estuviera dentro dos horas, porque lavé la ropa tarde por la noche y necesitaba dormir. Al despertar, no toda la ropa estaba completamente seca, lo cual fue frustrante. Recomiendo encarecidamente que el hotel adquiera mejores secadoras, aunque les cueste más dinero, para solucionar este problema y recibir menos quejas.
