Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones y una decoración de alta calidad. Por el precio, definitivamente vale la pena. El servicio fue excelente y la recepción me mejoró la habitación. Un pequeño detalle destacado fue el baño de pies gratuito, que fue muy relajante después de un día de caminata. Los jugos del minibar también eran gratis. El desayuno fue excelente y la estancia en general fue fantástica.

Muy bien. El personal fue muy útil y bienvenido. La habitación es grande, luxuosa y muy cómoda. También me gusta el baño. Big big plus for breakfast that is really good and has a lot of different items. El hotel dispone de un autobús de transbordador para ir al esquí y que se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del hotel. La situación es también grande, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas en el centro de la ciudad. 5 estrellas gracias a la personal del hotel :)

非常滿意的入住體驗，樓外表看着很普通，沒想到房間又寬敞又現代衞生，洗手間乾濕分離，智能馬桶。 還有停車場，很方便。 自助早餐也很豐富。 還配有有氧機，雖然我們這次沒有用上。 位置也很方便，在塔縣的中心，周邊都是吃東西的選擇。很方便，早上退房後去逛了古石頭城。

The personnel were great and helpful with fixing my luggage issue. The hotel looks very good. Breakfast was a buffet, and good. Wi-Fi speed was good for streaming. One of the entrances to the Ancient city of Kashgar is about a 20 minute walk. A park where people gather is around the corner of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining
