這次入住體驗真的太棒了！首先，前台小姐姐特別熱情，主動為我們免費升級了房型，房間寬敞明亮，採光特別好。房間的衞生也無可挑剔，床品乾淨整潔，浴室一塵不染，細節處都能感受到酒店的用心。 第一天入住時，酒店還貼心地贈送了咖啡券，因為旅行有些累了，我們請工作人員幫忙送到房間，沒想到咖啡不僅送到了，還特意拉了花，真的讓人感到驚喜又暖心！而且房間裏還準備了多種飲品，種類豐富，數量也足夠多，完全不用擔心口渴的問題，這些小細節真的讓人倍感貼心。 酒店的地理位置也非常優越，附近就是和田二街，步行即可到達，沿街有很多特色小店和美食，逛起來非常方便。雖然附近景點都有公交車站（雖然我個人不太推薦坐公交車😅），但步行或者打車都很便捷，出行完全不用擔心。 酒店的工作人員服務態度也特別好，無論是前台、客房服務還是餐廳員工，都面帶微笑，隨時準備提供幫助，讓人感到賓至如歸。 總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都超出了預期，強烈推薦給大家！下次再來一定還會選擇這家酒店！

酒店位於古城旁，出門後右拐走幾步就到彩虹巷入口了，還蠻方便的。定了普通的房型，前台給我們升級了觀景雙床，體驗感不錯。但是建議房間內設施該換的還是要換一下，智能馬桶的馬桶圈非常明顯的大片的黃漬，擦不掉的那種，雖然我們會習慣性套一次性馬桶墊，但還是感覺看着那黃漬很不舒服。另外洗手池的水龍頭也有很多水漬，也屬於擦不掉的那種，其實可以用去水垢的洗劑認真清洗一下的，或者乾脆換掉。總體來説，設施設備有點陳舊了。另外半夜兩點多很明顯的流水嘩啦啦聲，被吵醒後打前台電話讓看看是不是他們什麼設備漏水了，別影響整個酒店，前台也派人來了説是下水道聲音，但我們是頂樓怎麼會有下水道聲音從樓頂傳來，前台也説幫我們換房間，不過太晚了也懶得換，累了一天容易入睡，聲音響了半個多小時後睡著了。

這次來喀什旅行，體驗了喀什古城美倫酒店，真的太滿意了，必須給個五星好評！ - 衞生：房間一塵不染，床鋪整潔，布草乾淨無異味，衞生間也沒有任何污漬，住起來超安心。 - 服務：從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到入住期間貼心的詢問需求，還有幫忙規劃遊玩路線，服務人員都細緻周到，讓人倍感温暖 。 - 位置：酒店就在喀什古城東門附近，與古城隔路相望，步行僅需3分鐘，周邊還有香妃園等著名景區，出行和遊玩都超方便。 - 設施：房間配品都是高標配置，入住體驗感拉滿。酒店還配備了早餐廳、健身房、洗衣房，滿足各種需求。 - 環境：店內採用新疆當地少數民族設計元素，盡顯少數民族建築特色，住在酒店，就像沉浸式體驗當地特色民族文化風情。 來喀什旅遊，選喀什古城美倫酒店準沒錯！

El hotel tiene un buen sentido de alojamiento, la habitación es limpia y cómoda, y el equipo es muy completo, y el punto de venta es el robótico enviado a la habitación. También está cerca de la antigua ciudad, el servidor es muy entusiasta, el servicio de la hermana de la recepción también nos ha dirigido la próxima ruta. Volví a la noche y pensé que la recepción era muy fría y el hotel tenía agua caliente limpia y agua dulce gratis, muy cálida. La bella recepción también envió dos botellas de agua mineral gratis por la mañana. Me gustaba mucho este hotel y vivía la próxima vez.

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度特別好，很熱情，還有贈送好喝的糖水，房間衞生也很乾凈，床很舒服，位置就在古城東門的對面，逛古城特別方便，周圍還有好多特色民族小吃，房間裏面還是智能的，性價比很高，已經是第二次入住了，特別好，感覺很舒服 ，再來還會住這裏！

Got back to Kashgar after traveling around in the region …I really enjoyed it! And always nice if a familiar hotel and staff are there ready to help you settle comfortably… I stayed in this hotel before. Friendly helpful staff! And a great location right next to the peoples square with a statue of chairman Mao overlooking looking the peoples square and park.. A short and pleasant walking distance to the old town and other attractions.. easy to get taxis and public transport. A big warm hug 🤗 to all the staff for their help and friendliness… big smiles and happy faces… and costumer care!
