La ubicación es muy práctica: se tarda entre 10 y 15 minutos andando en llegar a la estación de metro, atravesando la zona principal de Ximending, lo cual es ideal para pasear y mirar escaparates. Además, la parada del autobús directo a la Calle Antigua de Jiufen está a solo diez minutos a pie. El ambiente y las instalaciones están bien; de hecho, me he alojado aquí más de tres veces en los últimos diez años. Sin embargo, el servicio de respuesta es algo lento. Llamé a recepción dos veces y, después de 30 minutos, el agua aún no había sido entregada.

Love the hot spring water in the room. Bathroom very spacious, with a separate shower. Will visit again if I have the chance. Dinner at the hotel is average, can be better. Lots of veg, however，I suspect the vegs are not properly washed, entire 1/8 cabbage wedge was served. I will not eat like that at home.

Cuando me desperté la primera noche, me dolía tanto la espalda y la cintura que parecía que se me iban a romper y se me crujían los huesos. De hecho, la razón principal es que la cama es demasiado dura y la persona en general está muy mal. Esta es la razón principal. Si no fuera por esta razón principal, el descanso sería tolerable. My stay at T-hotel in Taichung was a breeze. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El primer piso es Ximending La estación principal de Taipei está a 10 minutos a pie. Hay un gran 7-11, que es conveniente para comprar bocadillos de medianoche. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

I love the hotel offer of tub inclusive shower room, giving me the maximum comfort after a long day of touring through taipei! Even further, the hotel offers the bath salt for relaxation that reduces my muscle stress. Moreover, it offers a small baby chair for me to take shower with full convenience! This is 100% Amazing Grace!

Nos alojamos en el City Suites Main Station Taipei y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia agradable. La ubicación está un poco lejos a pie de la estación principal de metro de Taipei (salida Y21 a Y1), así que recomendamos tomar el metro Beimen; está mucho más cerca si se camina en metro desde la salida Y21 a la Y28. Nuestra primera habitación tenía una fuga de aire acondicionado, pero el personal fue muy atento. Tras contactarlos a través de Trip.com, nos cambiaron de habitación rápidamente y sin problemas. La habitación en sí estaba limpia, moderna y cómoda. También hay tiendas de conveniencia 7-Eleven y FamilyMart a la vuelta de la esquina, lo que lo hizo aún más práctico. ¡Una excelente opción para una estancia corta en Taipéi!

En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel era excelente. Había un 7-Eleven justo afuera del vestíbulo, y justo enfrente estaban el distrito comercial Ximen, una farmacia y un Family Mart, lo que lo convertía en un lugar ideal para salir y divertirse. Sin embargo, había un aspecto negativo: las condiciones sanitarias del hotel. La habitación que nos asignaron originalmente tenía moscas muertas en el baño y en la cama, e incluso había algunas moscas volando y posadas en las paredes. No me gustan mucho los insectos, así que le pedí a mi esposo taiwanés que se quejara en el vestíbulo y conseguimos otra habitación del mismo tipo. Sin embargo, esa habitación seguía teniendo basura en el suelo y el baño olía un poco a moho. Volví a quejarme, pero me dijeron que no había otras habitaciones disponibles, así que desistí. El personal fue muy amable, pero no creo que vuelva a alojarme en este hotel. Me sorprendió un poco la calidad de la habitación por la que pagué 46.000 yenes.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Humble Boutique Hotel from March 30 to April 5, 2026, for our first sightseeing trip to Taipei. We would like to express our genuine gratitude for the hospitality we received during our six-day visit. Commendable Service & Hospitality The true highlight of our stay was the staff. From the concierge and housekeeping teams to the gym and restaurant staff, everyone worked diligently to ensure the hotel ran smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the team’s English proficiency; communication was seamless, making us and the many international guests we encountered feel very much at home. We would like to extend a special thank you to: * Kaley, Tina, and Mary at the restaurant for their attentive service. * Our dedicated housekeeper (the kind lady from Vietnam) who looked after our room on the 9th floor. Excellent Facilities & Location * Prime Accessibility: The hotel’s location in the central district is incredibly convenient. Being just steps away from the MRT station made our sightseeing effortless, and the 30-minute shuttle ride from the airport was very efficient. COMPACT GYM: It’s compact but contains most of the equipments I need including treadmill, stairclimbers, Multi- purpose gym stations and dumbbell.  WARM SWIMMING POOL: nice, long and warm - the water is kept at a temperature of 28 degree. Towel will be provided. Make sure to bring your own swimming hat if you prefer to swim. * Accommodations: Our corner King Room on the 9th floor was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a very cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. * Wellness & Dining: We enjoyed the well-equipped, compact gym and the lovely heated pool, which was maintained at a comfortable 28°C. Furthermore, the semi-buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor was a daily highlight. Each of the five main course options was delicious and well-prepared. Constructive Reflections In the spirit of helpfulness, we noticed two small areas for potential improvement. First, the installation of a few coin-operated laundry machines would be a wonderful convenience for long-term travelers. Second, as the hotel is so centrally located, there is some audible road noise even on the higher floors; however, this is understandable given the prime location. FINAL We would rate our experience a 9.5/10. Had there been laundry facilities, it would have been a perfect 10. The Humble Boutique Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Taipei. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable.
