The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!»

«A pretty good hotel centrally located near the Changchun train station. Great for one night if you flew into Changchun and have a train to catch the next day.
Room was clean and spacious and equipped with drinks, toiletries, robes, and slippers. The heat was very high though and I could not figure out how to lower it. The lighting system was a bit confusing. There was no window but that was mentioned in the listing. The walls were too thin and I could hear my neighbors but that was solved with earplugs.
Breakfast was pretty good.
Overall a decent stay and good value for the price.»

«Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.»

Hotel is very nice & clean. There are hot springs indoor & outdoor pool. Every staff is very nice and helping us a lot. They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

nurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Ubicación:
La ubicación del hotel es fácil de encontrar según la navegación. Puede verla cuando entra desde la carretera Yanjiyou y es obvia porque hay una zona de juegos para niños en la planta baja. Se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar andando al teleférico y entre cinco y seis minutos en coche. El hotel tiene un auto que puede llevarte hasta allí, pero como no es temporada de nieve, no parece demasiado lejos caminar hasta allí y disfrutar del paisaje~

La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila. La decoración del hotel era relativamente nueva. Era la primera vez que llevaba a mis hijos a hospedarme en un hotel. Originalmente traje sábanas y edredones desechables, pero fue inútil cuando vi que la ropa de cama. era nuevo y limpio. También hay pantuflas para niños, pero todavía son un poco grandes para un niño de 2 años =^Ü^= El baño está completamente equipado con tapas de inodoro desechables.
Wifi:
La señal general en el complejo no es buena, pero hay wifi que está bien ~
Valor por dinero:
La relación precio/rendimiento es excelente. Con niños y tía, es más caro alquilar dos habitaciones. Es demasiado caro alquilar una suite en la mayoría de los hoteles, pero el precio de esta suite es muy bueno. Los más pequeños se lo pasan genial jugando en el parque infantil de la planta baja ~ muy adecuado para salidas familiares o con amigos.
Juntos. Hay un supermercado y una olla caliente en el primer piso del hotel. Afuera hay una tienda de gachas.
Hay una barbacoa a pocos pasos (el restaurante de sopa Gada es bueno, aunque muchos restaurantes cierran temprano o no abren fuera de temporada, en general pueden satisfacer las necesidades básicas). Será más divertido cuando el clima se caliente dentro de un tiempo ~
En resumen, ¡me quedaré en su casa cuando vaya a Songhua Lake Resort en el futuro!

Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away.
We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

Bed was comfortable. Roomy shower and toilet. English movies for free. Big enough room. My biggest complaint is the breakfast buffet that had very few western food options. No bacon, omelets, nor pancakes. The croissants were filled with cream. The holey donuts were filled with jelly, which was a highlight. McDonald’s is next door. I suggest going there for breakfast.
