Location is very good. Easy to get around by buses to most city attractions. Nearby to many shopping malls and restaurants. The front office is very helpful. Room is spacious and has separate bath and toilet. Only issue we had was the walls are a bit thin we can hear even when next room is using the bath or toilet.

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

Antes de irme a Hohhot, investigué varios hoteles y finalmente elegí este por su fácil acceso a la antigua calle Saishang. Al llegar, me di cuenta de que era la elección correcta. El hotel estaba muy bien equipado: lavadoras y secadoras desechables, lavadora-secadora, plancha, secador de zapatos, detergente y suavizante. Me fijé bien en las gomas de la lavadora de carga frontal cuando fui a lavar la ropa esa mañana. Estaban impecables, lo que indicaba que el personal limpiaba con regularidad. El único inconveniente fue que la secadora que usé no secó bien la ropa. Me pregunto si fue porque el tiempo de secado fue demasiado corto. Dale tiene un sentido de diseño demasiado grande. Una casa es como un bolso mongoleño. Hay muchas ventanas pequeñas en la habitación. Una vista de salida es hermosa. We stayed here to enjoy the unobstructed view of the volcano and to experience the space-themed rooms. Visiting during the low season at the end of March, we didn't expect to be the only guests, but despite that, we received exceptional treatment. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The night views were absolutely spectacular and truly made our trip memorable. Although the location is about 1.5 hours from town, we were glad we chose this place for its unique charm and stunning scenery. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers visiting the area. Additionally, there's a large spa / hot springs just a few meters away to relax and make the stay extra special! Again, would highly recommend.

El té de la tarde me pareció un detalle amable. Nos dijeron que estaba disponible de 14:00 a 20:00. Fuimos sobre las 16:00 y no nos habían reabastecido los bocadillos. Había una galleta seca, un trozo de tarta que parecía que alguien se había comido la mitad, un par de mandarinas maduras, nada más. Pero teníamos una buena selección de té, café y zumos. Aunque lo ofrecieron gratis, parecía que estábamos comiendo las sobras de alguien y no nos sentimos bien.

All staff that we met were very friendly. We made some complaints on the smell of cigarette and they quickly arranged for us to check another room and helped us change rooms. I appreciate the quick response. They sent the new key up with a robot. The breakfast selection is good and there’s a supermarket, bakery, and cafe located at the hotel.

There were a few frustrating issues with our stay here. First off, the property is in a neighborhood that is accessed through a guarded gate. Hotel instructions after booking said to reach out to them to inquire about car parking and accessibility. I e-mailed the hotel a week prior and didn't hear back. I e-mailed again 2 days before our stay and did not receive a response. That was already frustrating. Once we arrived at the guard gate on the day of the check-in, the guard ordered us to drive away. He had absolutely no interest in even looking at our reservation or helping. The least helpful person we have met in China so far, he just basically yelled at us. I ended up having to walk to the hotel, where a staff member had to phone the guard to eventually let us in. Overall, this was a totally wasted, frustrating hour. Once we got assigned a room, it was evident a large dog had stayed there for several days. The room smelled very bad, which even the staff member agreed with. So, we had to ask for a room change. The new room was ok - the bed was nice and soft, however it lacked in some cleanliness (toothpaste splashes on the bathroom mirror etc.). The staff was definitely nice and tried their best to rectify all the issues, however, we would probably choose another hotel in the future. Not the 4* experience one would hope for.
