Hace poco me alojé en el Hotel Venice Waterworld en Shijiazhuang y, por desgracia, no cumplió mis expectativas. El hotel se siente bastante anticuado y necesita una renovación. Las habitaciones eran oscuras y viejas, con muebles desgastados y desgastados.
Uno de los mayores problemas era el aire acondicionado: era viejo y carecía de un termostato adecuado, lo que dificultaba regular la temperatura. Además, se permite fumar en todo el hotel, lo cual fue una gran desventaja para mí, como no fumador. El olor a tabaco era omnipresente en los pasillos y las zonas comunes, lo que hizo la estancia menos cómoda.
El desayuno carecía de comida para los huéspedes. Según los comensales del restaurante, no se les reponía. Si bien la ubicación puede ser conveniente para algunos, el estado general y las políticas del hotel lo convierten en una mala opción para los viajeros que prefieren un alojamiento limpio, moderno y libre de humo. Si vuelvo a Shijiazhuang, sin duda buscaré otro hotel.

Muy buen hotel, aparcamiento gratuito (debe avisar al encargado del aparcamiento que se aloja en el hotel). Ubicado en el Mercado Nocturno de Liuzhuang, el transporte público está muy bien organizado. Al norte, se puede llegar a Haitianyisese y al Parque del Nido de Palomas, y al sur, al Área Escénica de Nandaihe. Detrás del hotel hay una calle de aperitivos y la piscina exterior del hotel. ¡La recepcionista y su hermano son muy amables! Cuando usé la tarjeta de crédito como tarjeta de la habitación y no pude abrir la puerta, ¡la recepcionista vino personalmente a abrirme! Muy buena recepcionista, volveré la próxima vez. We have a wonderful time. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The room have a WiFi. We are suprised that the staff upgraded the room for us without any charging. The breakfast got lot of variety of foods. ☺️

Mi estancia en Ruimeihua fue agradable y sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y contaban con una gran variedad de comodidades. El personal, desde recepción hasta cocina, limpieza y demás, siempre fue atento y servicial. El desayuno ofrecía diversas opciones. Lo recomiendo.

Nuestros viejos dos viajen a menudo. Aquí estamos en un hotel que nos sentimos muy baratos y estamos aquí durante tres años consecutivos. No es un hotel de alta calidad de estrellas, pero las instalaciones están completas, limpias y cómodas, el servicio está entusiasta y atento. El proyecto característico del hotel ”la cena de noche” es muy bueno. Aquí a pocos minutos llegan al Parque de la Primavera. Los pájaros de la primavera están viviendo aquí durante más de un mes, atraen a los amantes de los pájaros y recomiendan vivir aquí. El único punto de insuficiencia es que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Se sugiere que el hotel pueda colaborar con el restaurante de cocina adyacente, y que además de ofrecer desayuno, también pueda ofrecer comida sencilla a mediodía.

UUsuario invitadoRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Then service was really great, Xiao Wang and Xiao Fan did a really great job and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also really good with western and Chinese choices. The cook was such a lovely and friendly guy. The room was perfect and we could see the while mountain resort and hammer rock in the distance.
We would definitely stay again here.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

UUsuario invitadoI spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Puedes tomar el ferry Princess caminando por la costa, hay que pagar las termas y las piscinas para entrar, y es solo un boleto por el día. Pero el precio no es caro ** puedes comprar un boleto. El tipo de habitación que reservamos también tiene sopa privada. Lo más importante es que puedes pedir para llevar 🍗, y puedes recoger pedidos rápidamente donde quiera que vayas. La falencia es que el desayuno tiene pocas variedades y mala calidad🤦♀️espero mejorar

Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family
Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle
Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start
The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children.
SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools.
Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves.
Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy
Question is, will I stay again, YES!

En primer lugar, me gustaría agradecer al personal su excelente servicio, en particular, me gustaría que la dirección reconociera mi nombre es Meijiaxue por su ayuda. El hotel tiene una cuenta de chat disponible para extranjeros para una traducción fácil. Ella se fue de su camino para ayudarnos a reservar un coche, ordenar comida y comprar productos.
El hotel y los terrenos son hermosos. Las habitaciones son increíbles y se sienten muy altos, lujosos. El edificio es nuevo y bien mantenido. El champú, la jabón y el condicionador es un hermoso lavender y menta, producto natural.
A la llegada se le darán entradas para la alimentación alpaca y la dibujación de DIY.
El desayuno buffet fue bien hecho y más que suficiente comida para sólo 24 habitaciones, principalmente comida china, pero algunas comidas occidentales.
La ubicación fue la única caída. Pensé que estar a sólo 15 minutos del centro y la playa no sería problema para un taxi. Sin embargo, era casi imposible conseguir un taxi o Didi. No hay nada más en la zona, así que no hay coches en la zona. La noche que queríamos ir a cenar, esperamos una hora tratando de conseguir un coche, antes de que finalmente se renuncien. El personal nos ayudó a ordenar en la comida en lugar. Si usted puede conseguir un coche, sólo alrededor de 20mmb a DT, cuando podíamos conseguir un coche.
En general, me gustaría visitar de nuevo y recomendar, Idealmente con un coche.
