La estación de tren de Shijiazhuang me llevó a la estación de tren de Shijiazhuang, pero no podíamos ir cerca porque la calle estaba cerrada. Aproximadamente 500m nos caminamos y mi maestro me ayudó a traducir en el check-in, ya que estaba muy cansado después del largo vuelo de Australia que siguió directamente a la 7:00 viaje en tren. The hotel is centrally located. It's only about 8 mins' walk to the Chengde summer palace resort. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they even rushed out from the hotel to help us when we arrived. The breakfast is good.

Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life. We have a wonderful time. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The room have a WiFi. We are suprised that the staff upgraded the room for us without any charging. The breakfast got lot of variety of foods. ☺️

Sólo una sugerencia, el pasaje sin barreras es demasiado empinado y mi madre en silla de ruedas realmente no puede subir... y el desayuno cierra a las 9:30, lo cual es un poco temprano. Comí un poco apresurado durante dos días consecutivos. Todo lo demás está bien y merece la pena quedarse.
