Reservé una suite de hotel para ver el río Wuyang. Llegué con grandes expectativas, ya que la reserva indicaba que tenía 88 metros cuadrados, pero me sorprendió que me asignaran dos habitaciones: una con vistas al río y otra con vistas a la ciudad, situada junto al pasillo. Como somos amigos y compañeros de trabajo, no entendía por qué una suite constaba de dos habitaciones separadas. Tras quejarme al hotel, nos asignaron dos habitaciones con vistas al río en la segunda y tercera planta. El hotel estaba justo al lado del río Wuyang y quedé satisfecho con las instalaciones, el servicio y las comodidades, incluida la bañera de la habitación. Al abrir las cortinas, la vista nocturna del río era increíblemente hermosa. También había muchos restaurantes cerca, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la suite de 88 metros cuadrados no existía desde el principio. Esto es algo que definitivamente debes tener en cuenta al reservar.

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

Me conmovieron especialmente los tres recepcionistas, que fueron muy amables. Xiao Ren me ayudó con mi equipaje hasta la habitación y me dio algunos consejos para viajar a Fanjingshan, incluyendo el número de contacto del autobús directo de Tongren a Fanjingshan (solo 35 yuanes, y te recoge en el hotel). Cuando regresé, estaba un poco mojada por la subida y tuve que volver al hotel a buscar mi equipaje. Aunque ya había hecho el check-out, Xiao Man me ayudó proactivamente a encontrar una habitación donde pudiera usar un secador de pelo y lavarme el cabello. Además, Xiao Tan, en la recepción, siempre fue muy amable, ofreciéndome té de jengibre y proporcionándome información sobre el hotel y el autobús directo. El restaurante del hotel era limpio, higiénico y con precios razonables.

😍❤️❤️❤️ Wujiang Zhai es un hermoso y bien conservado antiguo centro turístico chino, con numerosas actuaciones artísticas durante todo el día, prácticos talleres de artesanía, buena gastronomía de Guiyang para deleitarse, bares con música relajante. La espaciosa habitación que nos asignaron en Zhu Lan Shui es muy limpia, con una cómoda cama con dosel, aire acondicionado/calefacción, TV, baño moderno, duchas de agua caliente, inodoro con asientos, un buen y saludable desayuno chino y un servicio excelente. La vista desde el balcón es simplemente magnífica. Lo visitamos en diciembre, fuera de temporada alta, con menos turistas.

El servicio fue excelente. La ama de llaves Xiaolong nos recogió en la puerta norte con antelación, llevó nuestro equipaje durante todo el viaje, mejoró nuestra habitación, nos envió una guía de viaje, nos entregó un baño de pies en la habitación por la noche y el desayuno también se entregó directamente a la habitación. La vista desde el balcón era muy buena y se podía disfrutar directamente del paisaje de todo el pueblo Miao sin tener que ir a la plataforma de observación. La mañana del check-out también nos prepararon el desayuno con antelación.

Las habitaciones del hotel estaban limpias e higiénicas, con todas las comodidades y un desayuno abundante. La ubicación es muy conveniente, lo que facilita el acceso a atracciones como el Pabellón Wenchang, la Torre Jiaxiu, la fuente, el Mercado Qingyun y el Parque de la Montaña Qianling. El personal del hotel fue profesional, atento y amable. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación familiar. Sin embargo, debido a las prisas para tomar nuestro vuelo, olvidamos nuestras gafas en la habitación. Afortunadamente, el personal del hotel se puso en contacto con nosotros rápidamente y nos las envió por mensajería urgente esa misma tarde, lo que nos permitió usarlas de inmediato. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos! 🙏🙏🙏

Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

Me siento muy bien El hotel está situado a media montaña con una magnífica ubicación geográfica. Se puede ver todo el pueblo Miao.
