«Tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones son excepcionalmente bonitas. La vista nocturna y la diurna son completamente diferentes. Para visitar la aldea Miao, es imprescindible alojarse en una habitación con vistas de 270 grados y balcón: ¡es sencillamente espectacular! Otros hoteles solo tenían ventanales de suelo a techo en un lado, o sus balcones eran demasiado recargados para sacar fotos y resultaban un poco agobiantes. Tras comparar varias opciones durante varios días, este fue mi favorito. Aunque mi mejor amiga y yo nos alojábamos por separado, elegimos este hotel, ¡y sin duda no nos decepcionó!
El servicio de mayordomo estuvo siempre disponible. Me contactaron con antelación para organizar la ruta, me ayudaron con el equipaje y, cuando me sentí mal al día siguiente por un golpe de calor, me preocupaba dónde comprar medicinas. El mayordomo me trajo el desayuno y las medicinas a la habitación. Ese tazón de gachas y algunos remedios herbales me reanimaron de verdad, dándome la energía necesaria para continuar mi viaje. Incluso me consiguieron un coche VIP para salir de la zona turística, ahorrándome mucho tiempo y molestias. Este nivel de servicio es digno de elogio; ¡compruébelo usted mismo! «We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home.
Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time.
The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city.
Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22.

«Esta semana, traje a los niños a jugar en Guizhou, vivió varios hoteles en diferentes ciudades de Guizhou, absolutamente sorpresa, mejor que algunas de las experiencias de hoteles de cinco estrellas de escudos.
La ubicación geográfica es inexistente, justo al otro lado del antílope, y se puede ver antílopes en el cuarto. El edificio es una variedad de áreas comerciales, la calle de la comida es muy conveniente y el camino al edificio de la Axis está completamente bien. No es temporada de otoño cuando llegamos, pero cada vez que pasamos por la piscina de la camioneta hay un poco de hambre. En comparación con las piscinas de agua, el problema de los coches de estacionamiento sería mejor.
El diseño y las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevos, y todos los detalles son muy personalizados y la experiencia es muy buena. El aislamiento de sonido, el calzado inteligente, la salida del baño, la higiene, el desayuno también son muy buenos.

La cama era muy cómoda. 😌 La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la calle peatonal.
Está a poca distancia a pie.
El desayuno era bastante bueno, con casi todo lo que necesitaba. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Guiyang. Incluso me regalaron imanes para la nevera, lo cual fue un detalle muy considerado.»

«I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout.
Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive.
I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time.
It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.»

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind.
When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.)
Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town.
We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch.
The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special.
On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget.
We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle bus is convenient.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, good value for money and highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel en sí está impecable y muy limpio. Los detalles de la habitación son preciosos 😭😍 y el recepcionista me ayudó mucho con el equipaje.

JJLYN LOHI stayed in this hotel for 5 nights after my 6D5N group tour in Guiyang. Excellent front desk staff, especially the front desk manager. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean and odor-free. Good housekeeping too. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water fountain where the shopping centres are. 5 minutes walk to the food alley. Highly recommended. I would definitely book this hotel again.

PpeggieyeMe siento muy bien El hotel está situado a media montaña con una magnífica ubicación geográfica. Se puede ver todo el pueblo Miao. La habitación está muy limpia, las instalaciones son bastante inteligentes y la distribución de la habitación es bastante especial. Se nota que el dueño es muy atento. ¡La habitación también tiene una gran terraza con una vista estupenda! Además, el servicio también fue muy atento, ¡especialmente gracias al chico que ayudó con el equipaje! ¡Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que tenga oportunidad!

UUsuario invitadoWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed.
The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant.
The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station.
The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine).
The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

GGan Yung ChyanGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

WWorldexplorer91Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.
A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special.
My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels.
The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep.
The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office.
The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

AAngeloTOur stay in Qingyan felt like stepping into a quiet, hidden world where time slows down and everything is designed to soothe the senses.
The setting is simply stunning. Surrounded by greenery and a peaceful lake, the property blends perfectly with nature. Sitting by the water under the shade of a large umbrella, with the soft sound of leaves and reflections dancing on the surface, was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. It feels intimate, almost like having your own private garden.
The rooms are equally impressive — modern, warm, and beautifully designed, with large windows that open directly onto the landscape. Waking up to that serene view made every morning feel special. The balance between minimal design and comfort is perfectly executed.
We also loved the common areas: elegant indoor spaces with curated details, tea served in a refined and cozy atmosphere, and outdoor areas that invite you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, never excessive, always harmonious.
Breakfast was enjoyable and nicely presented, and the BBQ experience was fun and well-organized, creating a relaxed and social moment.
If we had to mention a few small points for improvement: a scale in the room would be a useful addition, the chopsticks provided at breakfast could be of better quality, and while the BBQ experience was great overall, the selection of meat did not fully match our personal taste.
That said, these are only minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This place is truly special — a perfect combination of nature, design, and tranquility. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refined escape.
