El hotel es bastante cómodo, el servicio es amable y servicial, y las camas son bastante buenas, la verdad. Sin embargo, faltan demasiados servicios que esperaría de un hotel de este rango de precios o que tienen un coste adicional. Lo más importante es que el acceso al spa tiene un coste adicional, al igual que la botella de agua. Que el baño no estuviera muy bien limpio (¡había pelos de anteriores huéspedes por todas partes!) fue probablemente una casualidad, pero aun así no debería ocurrir en un hotel de este rango de precios. Por otro lado, la proximidad a la estación de tren, un corto paseo al casco antiguo y la gran cantidad de buenos restaurantes cercanos hablan a favor del hotel (lo que también permite pasar por alto el desayuno, que es bastante caro). En resumen: una experiencia muy variada. Probablemente seguiría buscando otro lugar la próxima vez que vaya a Amberes.

EXCELLENT location and SUPER staff at reception. The rooms are of a good size, TV with all the channels you need, coffee & tea facility and clean bed and bathlinen - there is also nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion in the en-suite bathroom. The only two things that could make it even better are: put a fridge in the room OR invest in an ice machine and, have the rooms cleaned before 3pm (mine was cleaned at 5 pm when i returned from a whole day’s work and had to wait) OR recruit more cleaners. By all means, I’ll return and thank you for a great stay.

Los números pares e impares de las habitaciones eran increíblemente incómodos, y daba la sensación de estar deambulando por un laberinto. Tanto la recepción como el personal fueron amables, pero el aspecto anticuado del antiguo hotel era inevitable y resultaba muy anticuado. La habitación, en particular, carecía de una sola lámpara de techo, lo que la hacía muy oscura. La reservé porque estaba en pleno centro de la ciudad, pero el camino hasta mi habitación era tan largo que se hizo aún más arduo.

An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel.

¡Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación central de Amberes, autobuses y tranvías, así como del Meir! Tener una cocina bien equipada ayudó a ahorrar dinero en salir a comer; puede resultar muy caro. Tiendas de comestibles a 2-3 cuadras. Las instalaciones de lavandería en el lugar fueron muy apreciadas. Camas cómodas. Buen nivel de limpieza. Me he alojado aquí antes y definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente en mi próxima visita a Amberes.

Great that the hotel is super clean and quiet, with good food and good services. Not to mention the outstanding interior design. Felt like living in a museum. Special experience.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too. The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks

The hotel is very central and a short walk from the main station and street filled with restaurants and bars! We enjoyed staying here so much , we extended our stay! The hotel is nice and clean and has the necessary amenities. It is a short walk to the historical old town.

Stay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat. The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK! Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.
