«Perfecte plek in het centrum van Antwerpen, op steenworp afstand van het centraal station, maar met de auto is het ook goed te doen, je kan onder het hotel parkeren, echt top, de bar in het hotel is goed en vooral in het weekend gezellig, maar het meubilair is wel aan vervanging toe, erg versleten voor een 4 sterren hotel, wel een heerlijke kamer met alles erop en eraan, hele fijne douche en en echt goed bed, voor een citytrip naar Antwerpen is dit echt een aanrader als hotel in het centrum.»

«Two things can be improved: 1) The bathroom door is made of see-through glass, which is weird. Not everyone is comfortable to use a toilet in front of everyone - even if it's a partner. Also, the door doesn't close well, which means that the smell may seep into the room itself. A glass door is really a bad idea. 2) There is no fridge in the room, which is inconvenient. Other than that, the location of the hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean in general.»

«Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful. Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities. We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms. Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality. Overall a great experience in the dead heart of Antwerp old city.»

«El hotel está a 15 minutos a pie de la estación central. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy ruidosas debido a la calle. Algunas instalaciones de mi habitación estaban estropeadas, como los cubos de basura que no se abrían automáticamente y la estructura de la cama que se movía un poco. Se lo comuniqué al personal, pero no lo solucionaron ni le dieron seguimiento. La limpieza era pésima; incluso encontré ropa interior ajena al registrarme… Si volviera a Amberes, probablemente no elegiría este hotel de nuevo.»

«En general, la experiencia del check-in fue muy buena, pero había demasiada gente, así que la cola era bastante larga. El aparcamiento del hotel es para escanear matrículas. Si necesita entrar y salir varias veces, puede solicitar directamente en recepción un ticket de 24 horas. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, así que tendrá que conducir si quiere ir de compras. La habitación es amplia y limpia, y es muy cómoda.»

«A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.»

«My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.»

«Moderno hotel pegado a la preciosa estación Central de tren en el Barrio de los Diamantes, el judió, a 30 minutos andando de la Grote Mark, lo cual en una ciudad grande como Amberes es céntrico. Habitación muy amplia con vistas, moderno y animado bar, sin parking pero con uno público bajo el propio hotel. El personal super amable, repetiría sin dudarlo.»
