Everyone was super friendly and helpful right from the moment I checked in. The breakfast buffet was great! I really like a soft bed, but honestly, this one might be a little too soft. Still, if that's the only thing I can complain about, I'm totally happy!

Заселились ночью перед вылетом. К обслуживанию и завтраку вопросов нет. Сожно выбрать подходящую не острую еду. В номере есть жидкое мыло, одноразовые зубные щетки, фен, тапочки
А вот чистота хромает. Были в 607 номере видно что полы не мытые были, а постельное белье нас убило. Спали в одежде.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

at first they gave me wrong room which is downgraded from double to singgle room, i check in at 2 in the morning is quite disappointing bcs i can't sleep at all bcs the bed are way to small for both of us, i want change the room immediately but they said it's no available for double deluxe room (type room that i booked). and the next day finally they change our room but still you have to pay attention next time about this things. water heater didn't work i can tolerate bcs the weather are still hot any way, the breakfast are good, friendly staff quite location and safe. thx

El hotel es muy limpio y el servicio era excelente! Todos hablaban bien inglés y era muy cortesía incluso los guardias de seguridad que abrió la puerta para usted. Tengo un problema con mi cama y lo repararon rápidamente. La ubicación está bien. En Dhaka, pero debido a la construcción de las carreteras, cuando viaja por coche, tienes que hacer un gran bucle para llegar al edificio. Nos dijeron que se movía el agua 15 minutos después, pero todavía era algo amarillo y el resto de la estancia.
El diseño de la ducha es terrible. No hay ganchos cerca. Tienes que caminar por el baño para conseguir las toallas y no hay lugar para colgarlas. La cabeza de ducha está atacado a unos 4 pies de altura, de modo que dispara en el pecho o puede usar la cabeza de ducha de lluvia donde se desploma directamente.
La habitación era muy buena, pero no era fresca y los buenos artículos no se rellenaban con frecuencia.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm attitude and quick service. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
