It was one of my best vacations so far. My family was relaxed and enjoyed a lot during the stay. We booked the family villa and had our own private onsen. Villa was clean and tidy, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. But take note that other facilities like mud bath and public onsen come with charges which confused me at first. Otherwise, everything else is good. I have to give an additional star for the after service. My mom forgot her jewelry after we leave, and we managed to contact the receptionist and return the jewelry back to my mom. Thanks a lot, and we will definitely come back next time

It was the most relaxing holiday for me. Everything from airport pick up until the day I checked out went smoothly. Thanh was the best driver and made sure we arrived at the hotel and airport safely. Ms. Cristy was amazing! If you come to this resort, you can message her anytime and she will reply to you quickly. She is very caring and attentive to all your needs. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was really yummy. Ms. Cristy even had take away breakfast prepared for us because we went to the airport early. Everyone at Vedana were so nice and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The room I had was so relaxing. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset and go swimming while looking over the lake. You can even choose what colour you like your pool to be! If you come to Vedana, don't miss out on the free massages and try their room service menu. I also tried the floating breakfast and it was perfect. You can order as much food as you want. The lady who gave me the massage was very good. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! There are also restaurants just outside the gate if you're looking for seafood. They also offer free transportation to go to Hue City. My second day at Vedana was birthday. They really made me feel special. Everyone knew it was my birthday. Ms. Cristy prepared a birthday cake for me during breakfast and even invited me out for dinner. She works really hard to make sure all the guests are happy. Thank you Ms. Cristy, Thanh and all the staff at Vedana. My experience there makes me want to come back again!

Second time back at Angsana Lang Co! Very relaxing and quiet, loved the pool, the ocean is super refreshing, good pool bar with good happy hour deals. Service in Rice Bar could be slightly improved, but had a wonderful meal and experience at Water Court with complimentary appetisers and welcome drinks. Also went to a happy hour drink at the bar above and that was also great for a night cap. Room was good, clean and comfortable but not completely sound proof from the hallway so a bit noisy if you are trying to sleep in with the early risers getting up. Great place for families or couples, but keep in mind that it is quite far away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you are looking for.

First night stayed the sink drainer is broken, water is not drain away, so standing by the tub to brush teeth. Service fix right away after notify. Second stayed, at night water spray by the toilet leaking and dripping sound is so annoying causing hard to sleep, we close the door, but woke up in the middle night to use restroom and forgot to close the door after using it, have to stand up back to close the door. It was late night and we were tired so decided to tell the service next morning instead. When we went out to lunch, walk into the elevator saw the lock operation box hanging openly, then came back 4 hours later it's still open, we was wondering if the elevator would stop suddenly.The sky bar is very hot, not open rooftop, feels suffocating with winds from the fan. The whole night only able to get 1 drink, server doesn't go around to ask if we anything, we have to go look for the server inside the bar to ask for checkout. Overall, the hotel area is centralize, very nice hotel, clean, and great hotel service.

Exquisite hotel / villa complex in enclosed grounds with reasonable access to Hue sights. Well appointed room with balcony and good quality furniture. Two separate swimming pools. Two excellent restaurants with good ambience serving Vietnamese and French food. Attentive and welcoming staff. Exceptional value accommodation

酒店泳池不錯 可以看到日麗河。酒店的Spa也非常好，按穴位很到位。不錯的酒店 下次來也會住這裡。地理位置很方便，酒店大門右手邊就是街市。

The whole stay was amazing!! We were there for 3 days and 2 nights, it was raining the entire time but it wasn't as bad as it sounds. The location was pretty much in the middle of nowhere but I don't think anyone who stayed here was planning to leave the resort anyway. Our villa was so nice, loved the bath tub. Special shoutout to Man - our host, very attentive and responsive, Ken (not sure if we got his name right) - our archery/ ATV instructor, the 1 hour ATV ride was the highlight of the trip and Loc - our Destination Dining host, went above and beyond to get my boyfriend a chocolate cake replacement for the lemon tart they had offered (nothing wrong with it, he just wasnt a fan of lemon). All staff were super friendly and polite. Cant wait to come back when the weather is great.

¡De vuelta al Edén! ¡El destino perfecto para una escapada en pareja! ¡El personal es muy, muy amable! ¡La piscina es imprescindible para todos! La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa y el spa nos hizo quedarnos dormidos. ¡Muy recomendado! ! !

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!
