La ubicación del hotel era buena, con mercado nocturno, puerto n muchos estaciones locales n restaurantes cerca. El precio de la habitación es razonable. El personal de servicio es muy útil n hablando también inglés. La entrada n fuera fue rápida, pero el tiempo de entrada a las 3:00 es demasiado largo. A la hora de la recepción, el hotel está muy bien situado. Sobre toda nuestra primera experiencia en el hotel Seashell fue una gran. Volveremos para nuestro próximo viaje n recomendamos encarecidamente el hotel a nuestros amigos n familia. Muchas gracias.👍🙏

El hotel en su conjunto es muy grande. La habitación era agradable y espaciosa, pero no limpiaron nuestra habitación de manera adecuada todos los días. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed with. Perfect view that facing the sea with clean private beach. The swimming pool is one for the best one. We also like the high quality services provided by all the staff that always welcome us and make us feel home at Phu Quoc. We were celebrating birthday for our mother and the hotel provided us with decoration and cake which surprised my mother. One of the drawback is the hotel location doesn't have public transport. However, the grab is always available. Really recommended for those who are planning to relax and get away from all the stress.

¡Una estancia absolutamente fantástica! Un hotel precioso, muy limpio y con mucha vegetación. Justo en la playa, que está muy bien cuidada. El desayuno es posiblemente el mejor que hemos tenido, ¡hay muchas opciones! El personal es muy servicial y la piscina es estupenda y está limpia. Hay actividades como yoga gratis algunos días, servicio de traslado al aeropuerto gratis y muchos restaurantes y lavanderías en los alrededores. A 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad en coche. Nos encantó tanto que no queríamos irnos y se lo contaremos a todo el mundo.

Hay que viajar al menos 10 minutos para encontrar Grand World o el centro de la ciudad, que está a 20 minutos, pero está vacío. También hay un mercado de menta cerca del hotel, pero es pequeño. 3. Esto fue serio, pero el masaje dentro del hotel fue muy, muy, muy decepcionante. I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks. I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier. What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~) Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content. The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected. It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy. We plan to visit again!

I booked for 2nights, but decided to stay 2 more days, because it’s really wonderful hotel. I enjoyed everything here: clean hotel, room, friendly stuff, swimming pool, breakfast. We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

We arrived very late on the day. The children are very happy when enter the room until there is one room the air-con is broken and on top of that one of the bed have sand inside. The worst is day after the room service the other bed have sand and they only make bed don’t change the bedding for the room service. The some of the new towels smell of smoke, so becareful when using them. I think just my room I come across like 3. But I don’t know about other. Room service will take 1 hr which is quite standard. The water from the villa maybe is from a tank above the building, I constantly can smell and taste mud from the water, and hot water will run out it everyone use the shower at the same time. There is an accident that they sent us to wrong breakfast area, which is fine but they don’t immediately sent us back to the right one, and let us wait for another buggy. Hair conditioner is run out just after 3 nights (one 1 used it, which mean they didn’t check up and refill) Generally the hotel quality is around 3 stars. However their room services respond very fast. They fix the aircon overnight (even is quite noisy but I think they should make sure the room is okay before the guest arrival) They come in very quickly if you request towels/water. Just the quality is not 5 stars. If you don’t ask them they will not provide you. As for bedding I think they come with sand that why even the replacement still have sand.

No tenía grandes expectativas cuando vi las fotos, pero cuando las visité en persona, la vista fue realmente fantástica. La vista del atardecer desde la habitación era muy bonita, ya que estaba en el centro principal, en el piso alto del edificio residencial. Se sentía un poco como una puesta de sol en el oeste de Estados Unidos. Pasó bastante tiempo hasta que el cielo se volvió púrpura incluso después de la puesta del sol... pero no se captura en la foto. Por primera vez en mucho tiempo disfruté de la hermosa vista abierta durante tanto tiempo. Cuando abrí la puerta de la terraza, el aire acondicionado se apagó automáticamente y quedé satisfecho con el estado general de limpieza de la habitación. Cuando miré el lavabo, el color del agua estaba un poco apagado, pero todavía tenía mucha agua para cepillarme los dientes al lado del lavabo, ¡así que lo dejé! Al principio me llevaba todos los filtros, pero cuando me fui de viaje sentí que era una pérdida de tiempo cambiarlos, así que no usé ninguno. No quiero viajar preocupándome por la calidad del agua y las condiciones de las tuberías. Termino comiendo Chocolate Hour cada vez. ¡Es delicioso para reponer azúcar después de nadar! Había muy poca gente en la piscina del edificio residencial y era espaciosa, lo cual era realmente agradable. Jaja, la hamburguesa del servicio de habitaciones estaba deliciosa, y el servicio de cerveza y cubitera de hielo fue amable.
