Una playa de historia separada y piscina. Los rescates son muy atentos e inspiran un sentido de seguridad. Siempre en el puesto, siempre asesorarán y buscarán orden. Lo que son agradecidos, estos chicos son muy buenos. El hotel es hermoso: habitaciones limpias, comida deliciosa y territorio verde.

Excelente hotel, ¡sin ninguna queja! ¡Todo es maravilloso, práctico y cómodo! ¡Gracias por cuidar de sus huéspedes! Un extra: ¡té con bollos a las 5 p. m. en el vestíbulo! La habitación es cómoda, las camas son cómodas y los baños están limpios. ¡El spa es limpio y cómodo!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. Booked for a Christmas holiday as a holiday escape. Service and facilities are generally good as expected. Many thanks for all the staff. Friendly garden cats as well.  Food is outstanding. The grill and breakfast is top tier. Loads of children food options as well - even has infant purees. A main drawback is the indoor children play centre at the garden didn't open all the time, and no clear reason was given. This is a bit of shame as the decision of my booking was made on basis of the children facilities. 

En nuestro viaje reservamos en el Kamelya Aishen, pero este hotel está cerrado, así que nos dieron una habitación en el Kamelya Selin, que está bien. El todo incluido es ideal para viajar con niños: comida, bebidas y helados ilimitados. El bar y el restaurante son fantásticos, con una gran variedad de opciones. Gran ventaja: El edificio está cerca de la playa y cuenta con dos piscinas, una interior y otra exterior. Además, el miniclub y la discoteca abren todos los días para niños. - El hotel no proporciona cepillos ni pasta de dientes, así que en recepción nos dijeron que fuéramos a la tienda a comprarlos. - El servicio de limpieza es muy ruidoso, ya que limpian las habitaciones desde la mañana hasta la noche, lo que resulta muy molesto.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel nos dejó una impresión interesante, en la que podemos rastrear la dinámica de satisfacción y frustración de necesidades. Desde el principio nos sorprendió gratamente la hospitalidad del personal: a pesar de nuestra llegada temprana, nos ayudaron con el papeleo y rápidamente nos instalaron en una habitación cómoda. Esto creó una sensación de cuidado y apoyo, satisfaciendo la necesidad básica de seguridad (según Maslow) y reduciendo la ansiedad asociada con la adaptación a un nuevo lugar. El ambiente en el hotel era propicio para la relajación y el descanso, lo que ayudaba a reducir la tensión interna y a sumergirse en un estado de agradable regresión: la oportunidad de “regresar” brevemente a un estado sereno de confort. Sin embargo, la falta de una zona de playa funcional debido a las obras de renovación añadió un elemento de frustración. En este caso, el choque de expectativas con la realidad pudo haber causado una irritación o decepción inconsciente, que tal vez fue compensada por el ambiente acogedor del hotel. En general, un hotel puede verse como un espacio que crea condiciones para escapar temporalmente de los factores estresantes externos. Sin embargo, la zona de playa cerrada nos recordó los límites de lo deseado y lo posible, lo que podría ser una metáfora simbólica de las vacaciones ideales no siempre alcanzables.

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!
