Un hotel con un diseño diferente Este hotel está en uno de los parques naturales más famosos de Tailandia, el Khao Yai. Más que un hotel es un resort y a mi me pareció super original el diseño. Los jardines son preciosos, la recepción super original, el servicio super agradable y profesional, el desayuno, aunque un poco repetitivo, muy completo, y las habitaciones enormes y con todas las comodidades. También tienen piscina y spa que es un plus. Está a 5min de la entrada del parque y a 5min del pueblo, así que super bien comunicado. No tengo nada malo que decir. Estuvimos 3 noches y lo repetiría de nuevo.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Movenpick, donde se encuentra el hotel, y el hotel está situado en el centro de Movenpick. Los niños aman este lugar, así que definitivamente consideraremos volver (esp si hay un trato más barato). El desventaja es que tendremos que ir al lobby principal para comida, etc, así que imagine si estaba lluviando, entonces todo lo que es la salchicha exterior es una inconveniente. De lo contrario, este lugar también es ligeramente más allá de las atracciones de Khao Yai, pero acabo de amar la tranquilidad del medio ambiente

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful hotel is pretty clean and tidy but a little annoy me is about security area relevant due to hotel have mny space area and some area not well manage such as this the service area near my room need to be secure but now well manage i already toll hotel staff for improve it hope it will upgrade this security as hotel standard with highly concern. Other is thing is really good and i love it so. Surround area is calm and relax bice place for spend relax time here.

Hotel is set in a large resort with plenty of amenities including its own vegetable plantation. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. Our two bedroom suite is large but the furniture and furnishing shows signs of ageing and several surfaces were a little dusty. Easy to call for the golf buggy to get around the resort.

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience. The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Location is perfect cause it is near all the acttactions.. but a pity there is no gym and the infiniti pool is actually a 8 shape pool and very narrow and shallow, at one glance I thot it is just a water features behind the restaurant ( which make it no privacy for people who would want to take a dip..in fact, I did not see anyone go into the so call infiniti pool during my 4 days of stays.. However, the service is excellent... we have this lady called Wiew who not just speak English ( and a little bit Chinese) who assisted us with all we need. Especially when my husband is down with food poisioning ( cant tell if it is from hotel buffet cause it is one day after we arrived) , she got the kitchen to prepare plain porridge for him and gave us some drink for dehydration...and when we feed back that the aircon is very noisy in our room, she quickly make a check for another room and help us make the switch to a better room.

Sala Khaoyai fue una visita muy esperada y estuvo a la altura de las fotografías. El ambiente era fantástico, complementado con el clima agradablemente fresco. La destacada piscina infinita, rodeada de exuberante vegetación, fue un punto destacado. El chef merece una mención especial: todas las comidas fueron deliciosas. Dada la ubicación remota, comimos la mayoría de nuestras comidas en el hotel y fue una experiencia culinaria satisfactoria. Las habitaciones eran magníficas, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje en pareja fuera una experiencia verdaderamente alegre y memorable.

This was our best trip feel like we were in Italy.The breakfast was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and coffee was not bad.The room is what completes a great stay. Nice and clean with big showers and comfortable bed.Great experience ✨️
