I had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement: 1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool. 2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent. 3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

Great price for the hotel. Some of the rooms need refurbishment, but after request on first day we were moved into one of the refurbished rooms and,was spotless.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience. The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Grande servicio. La habitación era espaciosa y acogedora. Me encanta la variedad de desayunos. Mi madre y papá realmente lo disfrutaron. El paisaje aquí estaba hermoso rodeado de lagos y grandes montañas. Qué estancia perfecta!

El mejor hotel. Recomendamos este lugar cuando usted viene a Khao Yai. Nos quedamos en otro hotel con la misma gama de estrellas que La Casetta, pero nunca puedo recomendar a otros más que este lugar. El ambiente.

Nice hotel and New facilities. This hotel really fit for couples but not family. There's a lot of restriction for child, not allowed for some room type which we need to carefully read the policy and swimming pool at the club is prohibited for children. Breakfast is good taste but small utilization space.

Great hotel, nice theme! Good breakfast and very spacious rooms, super kid friendly too! The staff dont speak english well and also almost said i didnt booked the correct dates and wanted to ask me to book again
