Overall, a Good Stay with One Issue The hotel overall is quite good, but the only downside to our stay was the heater issue in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather during our visit. Fortunately, the hotel management addressed the issue by upgrading one of our rooms to a different one, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast of the hotel is good too.

Classic, old style. This place is a big but comfy pool villa for those who look for a place to chill for a night or two. Every thing in here is gigantic, sofa, bed, or a pool! The view from Rm 927 is nice and quite private. There are so many spots you can sit and chill, both indoor and outdoor. There’s also a huge whirlpool bathtub inside in case one outdoor pool is not enough. Breakfast was food. Service was excellent.

Pros: el servicio es definitivamente la primera y muy atenta a cada familia y constantemente solicitando comentarios... El mantenimiento de casa es cotidiano y la comunicación WhatsApp es una idea 👍 especialmente para el turista. La comida es maravillosa, ya que se sirven caliente y minimizan los residuos, el café definitivamente golpea el lugar! No hay mucha gente en absoluto y el lugar es realmente muy bonito con muchos cerdos y peces y bicicletas para alquilar (probablemente también tienen algunos asientos para bebés) Los lugares están un poco lejos, pero se disponía de un servicio de bugs. Cons: El hotel tropical sería un hotel que esperaría insectos, pero no esperaría tantos mosquitos del nivel 1. La hija fue amputada 4 veces durante un 2 horas de Nap y al menos en total 5 bits de mosquitos para cada miembro. Tenemos feedback varias veces al personal y hacen algo que apreciamos mucho 🙏 pero honestamente esperamos que se pueda hacer más en el mantenimiento del hotel dado que es un hotel de 5 estrellas Nos dio una piscina privada, pero está llena de aves **** que no nos esperaba. En el final no utilizábamos la piscina y la zona exterior debido a las aves ****s y mosquitos. La ubicación está un poco lejos de algunos de los lugares de interés conocidos.. que me perdí durante el planeamiento. Probablemente necesita estar preparado con lo que la naturaleza nos traerá..

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience. The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Location is perfect cause it is near all the acttactions.. but a pity there is no gym and the infiniti pool is actually a 8 shape pool and very narrow and shallow, at one glance I thot it is just a water features behind the restaurant ( which make it no privacy for people who would want to take a dip..in fact, I did not see anyone go into the so call infiniti pool during my 4 days of stays.. However, the service is excellent... we have this lady called Wiew who not just speak English ( and a little bit Chinese) who assisted us with all we need. Especially when my husband is down with food poisioning ( cant tell if it is from hotel buffet cause it is one day after we arrived) , she got the kitchen to prepare plain porridge for him and gave us some drink for dehydration...and when we feed back that the aircon is very noisy in our room, she quickly make a check for another room and help us make the switch to a better room.

ประทับใจมาก บรรยากาศคือที่สุด ถึงแม้จะเดินทางไกลหน่อย รวมถึงการเดินจาก lobby ไปที่พักหรือไปสระน้ำขนาดใหญ่อาจจะเดินเท้าเหนื่อย แต่คุ้มค่ามาก ส่วนห้องพักคือสวยสุด facilities ครบ ร้านอาหารก็ดี

Breakfast selection is very limited and boring. Pillows are too soft. I won't go back again just because of the pillow. We woke up many times .... Restaurants are empty throughout the two days we were there and everybody seem to drive out eating instead because Michelin star restaurants are cheaper and just not too far away. I am glad that the TV is smart TV and we enjoyed some quality time watching movies. Internet is not very fast but sufficient for streaming movies online. Staffs are very very friendly and able to communicate in English. The farm staffs can't really speak English. We drove from Bangkok so it is not too bad but without your own transport, it can be a pain to going around. The whole environment is super quiet and perfect for both couple and family short staycation.

Hotel is set in a large resort with plenty of amenities including its own vegetable plantation. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. Our two bedroom suite is large but the furniture and furnishing shows signs of ageing and several surfaces were a little dusty. Easy to call for the golf buggy to get around the resort.

Toilet shower floor is moldy, does not maintain well especially with 5-star hotel room price. There is no space to put personal lotions in the toilet. There is shuttle bus, but requires to wait during peak hour. Many tourist taking photos around the hotel. Little choices for breakfast. When we check out, we were informed to charged 45 baht for a cookie which we did not see or eat.
