Mi estancia en I'm Hotel fue estupenda, el check-in fue rápido y fácil, totalmente transparente. El hotel atendió todas mis solicitudes y me proporcionaron una gran sala totalmente equipada y impecable. Me gusta su dispensador de agua donde uno puede llenar sus botellas de agua gratis. El personal es absolutamente encantador, servicial y alegre, lo que contribuye al aire de positivismo y profesionalismo. La ubicación es magnífica. Lo mejor de todo fue el desayuno y el spa. El bar de la azotea tenía excelentes vistas, vibraciones y comida. La vista de la ciudad de la habitación era espectacular. Gracias y esperamos quedarnos allí pronto. Salud

Everything is okay but no bathrobe when I am going to swimming I have to use a towel instead. During staying here somewhat noisy because there are many parties . Breakfast is various and good , recommend to stay here.

Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.

Es un hotel bien equilibrado en general. Me he alojado aquí varias veces, pero esta es la primera vez que tengo el desayuno incluido. Estaba delicioso. Estuve de viaje con compañeros de trabajo, y como éramos 6, habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones dobles, pero cuando fuimos el día del viaje, nos dijeron que habría una habitación doble y las otras habitaciones. Serían camas extragrandes, ¿y qué? se han convertido. Como había hombres en la habitación, les dije que sería un problema, así que decidí tener dos habitaciones dobles, pero eso fue lo único que fue un poco decepcionante.

This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor. The rooms are all spacious. and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

The hotel location was great! Infront is greenbelt and walking distance from Glorietta. Everything is within easy access. The food in the hotel was varied. We went for the buffet dinner and breakfast the next day. We enjoyed our stay.❤️

Este hotel era increíble, excelente. Me he alojado en hoteles de 5 estrellas y este hotel superó todas las expectativas. El personal aquí está altamente capacitado para satisfacer todas las necesidades que pueda tener un huésped y hacerlo con profesionalismo y respeto con un grado extremadamente alto de habilidades que no se pueden igualar en ningún otro lugar. Este hotel y la gerencia aquí podrían brindar capacitación a las mejores marcas sobre cómo administrar un hotel. Al hospedarnos aquí, todas las personas con las que entramos en contacto nos trataron como a la realeza, desde el portero hasta la cadena, superaron las expectativas en todos los niveles. Este hotel nunca te hizo sentir como si fueras un huésped más. Te recibieron en el check-in con bebidas refrescantes sin siquiera pedirlas. I booked Makati Shangrila with high expectations. The room was great--I booked an executive room and it was so large and spacious. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, and two sinks. The design of the light over the bed triggered my phobia for spots though... Check-in also took VERY long (40 mins) and we kept waiting at the lobby with limited seats. Had to keep going back to front desk to ask if ready to check in. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. I initially booked this hotel because of the breakfast assortment. However food quality was really poor. Yogurt was in a semi-chilled display but not even cold. Bacon lacked flavor and was not crispy. The Danish pastries did not taste fresh at all and probably even underbaked. The waffle station where i requested a freshly cooked waffle... I Had to follow up... And at the end of it all, she gave me a cold waffle which i decided to just heat at the bread heater instead of waiting again. The ”ginataang bilo bilo” was so thin and did not even have bilo bilo. I barely finished any of the food, it was so disappointing. Even the coffee maker looked busted, sputtering awful coffee. The food wasnt served hot, and the servers werent paying attention if the used plates were piling up on the table. The only good points at the buffet were the fresh kiwi, taho and biko. Sad considering this is a five star hotel. I do not recommend paying for breakfast at this hotel. I have learned ny lesson. The head chef needs to take action otherwise this will smear the Shangrila brand. The sauna and jacuzzi were the good points during my stay.

Robbie es tan maravilloso en el mundo del cine que mi hija y yo quedamos conmovidos. El atrio se extiende hasta el tercer piso, brindando una sensación de amplitud y lujo. La vista desde la habitación también es maravillosa, con rascacielos a lo lejos al fondo y una villa en medio de una zona verde natural en primer plano. Pude experimentar una nueva sensación a través de la fusión de lo nuevo y lo viejo. La vista nocturna también es genial. (Para las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal opuesta, la vista desde la ventana es del edificio, así que tenga cuidado si es exigente con la vista). La habitación no es nueva, por lo que se recomienda para quienes gustan de las antigüedades retro modernas. El desayuno tenía mucha variedad, así que aunque me quedé 3 noches, nunca me cansé y tomé un desayuno diferente y delicioso cada día. Me gustó especialmente el mango, el melón y el helado. El perro de seguridad en la entrada era muy inteligente y lindo, lo que me hizo sentir a gusto. La península es cara en Japón, por lo que quedé muy satisfecho con la experiencia de lujo a bajo precio.

El servicio de mantenimiento de la casa ofrecido por el Sr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attentant fue excelente. El fue rápido en sus deberes, mantuvo la habitación super limpia y bien informado sobre los servicios disponibles en el hotel. Es un conversor competente. Su supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro, se aseguró de que su personal también sirvió (muy bien en supervisar su personal). En general, el hotel satisface mis expectativas de los guardias en el piso (muy agradable), concierge (los asistentes fueron más útiles) y recepción (el personal era amigable, eficiente y útil).

Este fue mi hotel favorito en Filipinas. Hasta el último viaje, cuando nos culparon por fumar en la habitación, algo que el personal claramente te dice que puedes hacer en el balcón. Al hacer el check out, vieron una colilla de cigarrillo en el bote de basura y luego me cobraron diez mil pesos adicionales. Al preguntar por la política sobre fumar, en ninguna parte se indica que la habitación no puede tener colillas de cigarrillos y cosas de esa naturaleza dentro de los contenedores de basura. Después de preguntar al personal sobre la multa, el personal me dijo constantemente que podía fumar en el balcón, pero no en la habitación. Pero luego siguieron acusándome de fumar en la habitación, a pesar de que el detector de humo no se activó. Pensé frente a ellos sobre el problema. Y me dejaron sentado en el vestíbulo durante más de una hora y media para que un gerente se comunicara conmigo. Las habitaciones también carecen de ciertos elementos que afirman. Algunas tienen lavadoras y otras no. Tenga cuidado con el baño y la ducha, son geniales. Alto y súper peligroso para subir y bajar. No estoy seguro de quién lo diseñó, pero necesitan volver y mirar la arquitectura. Por alguna razón, la primera vez que he visto en mis cuarenta años de vida, alguien decidió poner la cerradura del baño en la parte inferior de la puerta. No estoy seguro de qué decidieron lograr con esto, pero incluso cuando intenté cerrar la puerta con llave, se podía desbloquear. Sin embargo, las vistas son hermosas y la piscina de abajo es bastante agradable. Sin embargo, el spa apesta, porque tienes que tomar 2 viajes en ascensor para llegar a donde vas corriendo por el hotel en bata de baño... La habitación niega y el diseño es bueno. Ruido hablado, pero con los problemas recientes con una multa de diez mil pesos Sin culpa nuestra y el personal dejándome colgado mientras huía y no enfrentaba el problema. No me volveré a quedar en Oakwood.

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

Una gran decepción para una cadena de supuesto prestigio como Raffles. El hecho de compartir edificio con Fairmont es un error de base considerando que influye negativamente en el servicio que ofrece Raffles. 1. Hicimos check in a las 20 horas y vino una persona del Fairmont.. no había nadie en la recepción del Raffles... Una situación totalmente anómala y daba sensación de dejadez. 2. Tuvimos un problema con la cama extra y vino el duty manager que era de Fairmont nuevamente... No supo gestionar en absoluto la situación y nos culpó a nosotros sugiriendo que teníamos que dormir 3 personas en una cama por no solicitar expresamente una cama adicional (habíamos indicado expresamente antes del check in que necesitábamos una habitación triple...). 4. El colofón a nuestra estancia, el día de nuestro check out (16 de abril) el restaurante del desayuno del Raffles (Mireio) se llena de golpe de 30 clientes de FAIRMONT y arrasan con el buffet, se forman colas larguísimas, tenemos que esperar media hora para que nos sirvan...... absolutamente inadmisible para lo que pretende ser Raffles.... Sinceramente no creo que volvamos nunca más a un Raffles.

First time staying in this hotel. The hotel is not linked by the covered bridge from the airport (T3)but you can take a complimentary shutter service from ‘Runway Manila’ to the hotel. However you will have to ask on which is the specific vehicle. There is a MacDonald and a 7 Eleven beside the hotel and Newport world Resort is opposite the hotel. Hotel service is excellent.

I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

solo para pasar una noche antes de nuestro vuelo siguiente y fue todo un acierto. Personal súper atento y comida y estancia sin quejas. Hicimos la cena en el buffet de la planta superior y no estiman en lujo y detalles, found at de chocolate, marisco, ostras, todo tipo de pasta….El desayuno bastante completo y en la última planta tiene un bar en la terraza de la piscina con música que es bastante agradable. Precios más caros que la ciudad, pero muy baratos para ver el hotel en el que te alojas. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable. La decoración es espectacular
