Robbie es tan maravilloso en el mundo del cine que mi hija y yo quedamos conmovidos. El atrio se extiende hasta el tercer piso, brindando una sensación de amplitud y lujo. La vista desde la habitación también es maravillosa, con rascacielos a lo lejos al fondo y una villa en medio de una zona verde natural en primer plano. Pude experimentar una nueva sensación a través de la fusión de lo nuevo y lo viejo. La vista nocturna también es genial. (Para las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal opuesta, la vista desde la ventana es del edificio, así que tenga cuidado si es exigente con la vista). La habitación no es nueva, por lo que se recomienda para quienes gustan de las antigüedades retro modernas. El desayuno tenía mucha variedad, así que aunque me quedé 3 noches, nunca me cansé y tomé un desayuno diferente y delicioso cada día. Me gustó especialmente el mango, el melón y el helado. El perro de seguridad en la entrada era muy inteligente y lindo, lo que me hizo sentir a gusto. La península es cara en Japón, por lo que quedé muy satisfecho con la experiencia de lujo a bajo precio.

Reservé porque me atrajeron las aguas termales. Está cerca de la calle Burgos, así que se puede usar con un bar. Las aguas termales son al aire libre, y al menos no fueron diseñadas por un japonés. El suelo es resbaladizo. Te caerás fácilmente. Es peligroso. Los escalones que llevan a la bañera son demasiado altos. No se permite la entrada a personas mayores. Allí también te caerás. La sauna está bien, pero no hay baño frío. Tienes que ir a la piscina en bañador. Los baños solo abren a partir de las 12 del mediodía, así que no puedes darte un baño por la mañana ni antes de la salida. Hay un escalón desde mi habitación hasta el baño. Me golpeé el dedo del pie y lloré. Este hotel no es apto para borrachos ni personas mayores. ¡Cuidado al pisar!

Nice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).

This is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. The hotel review: My experience at this Shangri-La property was not as good as others in the region. The building and facilities feel noticeably older, which affects the overall stay. In the room, the air conditioning was not adjustable. I do appreciate that the team promptly sent a technician to check it, but the unit remained very loud throughout the night, cycling on and off every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. Traveling with another friend, her room also encountered an issue with the bathtub water appearing brown, which technician conclude that is due to sediment buildup. Overall, I would recommend choosing the Shangri-La in BGC instead, as it offers a better experience.

Este hotel es un hotel de 5 estrellas y más allá. Desde el momento en que entras en el hotel puedes caer el lujo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas y super limpias. La cama es tan cómoda. El servicio es un hielo y más allá. La zona de la piscina es muy limpia y tiene un maravilloso bar y música. El servicio y la comida también es excelente. La piscina tiene sol todo el día desde aproximadamente 11.30am hasta al menos 5pm. El café es muy agradable en la tienda de café y el salón. El hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno buffet es hasta 10.30am y es muy agradable también. Tgere es una gran selección de comida También incluye todas las selecciones de café en el desayuno. Se recomienda totalmente este hotel en makati .

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is
