The back of the hotel features a spacious area perfect for strolling and playing, with breathtaking views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. 2. **Family-Oriented:** This hotel is a haven for families. The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. The environment is excellent for a holistic health resort. Wrapped within a forest with lots of trees and organic farming all over the place. Good: Spa treatments were really good. All therapists very professional and I had an extremely good experience. To improve: - it's 2 hour drive from the airport. The resort does not provide shuttle service from airport, I had to find my own transport. Lucky I found a very reliable and good driver. - customer service not up to such a luxury resort level. Some of them are good but some seem to be quite reluctant in answering requests. Like when I make booking, it takes them forever to reply, and no following up. I also sent my health report as requested at reservation, they never read it and still ask me about it when I arrive. What's the point. - food could be better. - decor and songs in the rest very outdated.

the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Thank you, Trip and Anya Resort.

We always spend our New Year here because everything we want to do are here. They have sports facilities, pools, beach and even a playhouse for toddler and kids.

It was an excellent stay,service,cleanliness,my children enjoyed the heated pool. The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. We wished to comeback soon this march for my son's birthday and I hope that my request will be granted. Overall excellent stay and breakfast buffet excellent a lot of dishes to choose from. Thank you twin lakes,mngt and staff.
