One of the best hotels that I stay at is Genting, The service was nice and easy to check in, I just have to go to the mailbox and take one access card. Before entering the security guard will guide us where to access and be so friendly. When I enter the lift. No need to press because it might not appear your number just scan and lift will automatically go to your floor. If they can provide more plastic garbage for those staying 2 nights will be easy for us. Other than that, nice view. Comfortable bed and provide cookware too so it's so convenient for those who want to cook. I will definitely be coming back when I come to Genting Highland.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The guards are very helpful as well. Very easy communication with the host as well. The apartment was fully equipped with multiple additional futons. We had extended family for a night and they loved the place. The only small hassle is for people travelling without their own transport. If you're planning on daily trips downwards to Genting Premium Outlets, you will need to go upwards to Genting Resort before going back down. This trip might take a while (30 minutes from my experience). There is also no free parking. Overall, a very comfortable stay for families planning a relaxed staycation, enjoying the apartments amenities at their own pace.

Aprecio la elegante decoración del lobby y el personal de la recepción fue muy amable y amable. El club de niños es maravilloso, jugábamos PlayStation y hicimos algunos colores. El hotel es muy amable, y mis hijos lo amaban todo. Mi habitación estaba limpia, y el equipo de mantenimiento de la casa hizo un trabajo fantástico con la limpieza. El desayuno es delicioso. ❤

This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations.

Excelente servicio del amable equipo del hotel. ¡Fueron muy amables y serviciales! La habitación con vista al mar era agradable y estaba limpia. Hay una gran variedad de cocinas para desayunar, y me encanta que incluyeran una variedad de kuihs malasios, ¡lo cual me trae un toque de nostalgia! El servicio de habitaciones es un poco caro, pero vale la pena. La playa y la piscina también están limpias. En general, una estancia muy agradable y relajante.

Recientemente se quedó aquí y fue cargado RM28.50 en checkout para una forra y una cuchara desaparecidos. Acepté la tasa porque no comprobé ni fotografié el inventario cuando me inspeccioné, por lo que no tenía manera de comprobar si los artículos ya estaban desaparecidos antes de mi estancia. Un amable recordatorio a los futuros huéspedes: si se queda en una unidad con utensilios de cocina, toma una rápida foto del inventario al entrar. Lo que me preocupa es que a menudo se supone que los huéspedes son responsables cuando un objeto está desaparecidos. Sin un control documentado del inventario al check-in, es difícil saber si el objeto fue mal colocado por un huésped anterior, accidentalmente retirado durante el mantenimiento de la casa, o realmente perdido durante la estancia actual. El hotel mismo estaba bien, pero espero que pueda haber un proceso más transparente de verificación de inventario para evitar malentendidos para futuros huéspedes.

Had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff provided efficient and attentive service throughout our stay. It was also very convenient to have a convenience store nearby, making it easy to get essentials at any time. Clean, comfortable, and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very good facilities, swimming pool until 10pm. Direct access to beach. Good view straight to East so can see sunrise. Sgi good service even raya they serve us nicely. However, night time vibe changes alot. Some weird thing happend. Baby cry very loud and my niece even stand in front of the window. So need to take note if you are sensitive towards those thing need to consider. But will thinking of repeat again.

Resort muy estricto con el máximo de huéspedes para la capacidad de la habitación. Así que asegúrese de cumplir con los requisitos ya. Pero el proceso de registro es muy diferente al de otro resort. Es como si estuvieras comprando un bolso Chanel y esperando al asesor de ventas. El vestíbulo de registro está en el área de estacionamiento, por lo que controlarán la entrada y salida de los huéspedes y también el automóvil. La villa es tan única y espaciosa. Perfecto para unas vacaciones. Sin embargo, el restaurante no es un concepto de buffet donde puedes tomar cualquier cantidad de plato o lo que quieras para mezclar y combinar la comida. Pero el personal del restaurante es muy bueno en la etiqueta. La playa también es buena, pero no sabe nadar. Muy relajado disfruta del sonido de las olas.
