Great experience staying there. The hotel front desk is very helpful and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for our family trip. The front desk gave us two connecting rooms, which are very considerate. The breakfast is very authentic and a combination of western and Chinese style food. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to Joker Street.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Check in and out was smooth, although there was a queue for check in, probably as it was a long weekend. Very accomodating to.our requests (we had a total of 6 rooms). Room was clean with usual amenities. Good water pressure and cold aircon, except for one room which was at the end. That one was a bit warm so suggest don't take end rooms unless you get cold easily. Walking in you'll find a mini sitting room with a couch & tv. Partial glass partition between this and the bedroom. Breakfast was alright, quite a big space and nicely done up. Appreciate that the mains were double sided so people were spread out. A bit slow on the plate clearing but understood it was a busy period. This is a non-smoking hotel so if you need to smoke will have to go to front of hotel or to the 9th flr car park. There's a 7-11 on the ground floor as well as a nonya restaurant and a 'kopi tiam' sort of eatery with nice nasi lemak. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Sin embargo, es una lástima para el baño, no hay una pequeña botella de champú que se traiga de vuelta como recuerdos y tengo un simple deco complimentario para el aniversario como un deco de toalla pero quizás ignoraron mi petición de correo electrónico pero The Lisbon Make up for the errors sin ver dando un desayuno gratuito para 2 personas SARAPAN El hotel ofrece numerosas opciones de desayuno, aunque se sirven en una cantidad menor, probablemente basándose en el factor de número de huéspedes. Para los que tienen niños, no ignore la sección de alimentos para niños, listo con pinturas coloridas si están cansados. PESQUEIRA Es un buen lugar para adultos y niños, pero es un lugar muy pequeño y muy visible. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and family-friendly environment. However, I would not recommend staying during peak season due to the long waiting time for room allocation. Although check-in was at 3:30 PM, we only received our room between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. While guests were allowed to enjoy the facilities and complimentary light refreshments while waiting, the delay was challenging, especially for young children who were already tired after travelling. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was below expectations. It appeared that housekeeping was rushing to prepare rooms. There was visible dust and small pieces of rubbish on the floor, the shower gel bottle was completely empty and had not been refilled, and the balcony had not been swept. Most concerning was finding a Charlie ant near the curtain. That said, I would like to compliment the hotel manager for the prompt response when we requested additional bottled drinking water. The service recovery was appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were excellent, making the hotel highly suitable for families with young children. In conclusion, the housekeeping standards and room waiting time require significant improvement. However, the food, parking, and facilities were excellent. The location is slightly outside Malacca city centre, with most tourist attractions approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.

Cleanliness of the room was superb. King size bed is really comfortable. View is amazing! Definitely will stay at Hilton again. Highly recommend!!

We came for a 2 night stay at Dusit Princess Melaka to compare the hotel standard with the building past occupant being Ramada Renaissance.  Dusit Princess Melaka had certainly improved much on the grandeur of the hotel building.  Its welcome perk was a 50MYR food voucher to spend at its eateries and valid only for the day of issue.  Eating at the cafe and Long Feng Chinese restaurant were equally pleasant.  The food menu choice and cooking at Long Feng were excellent but somewhat pricey.  This hotel location would be comfortable for persons familiar with the old town of Melaka.  Room was spacious, bright, neat and clean.  The elevator worked well and fast  enough and would need the room card to access on going up.

The accommodation clean and comfortable.Kitchen with full equipments and washing machine is provided.The check in progress in simple and convenience.The location is near with new area call Tracor Park.Overall is a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great choice for both families and leisure travellers. A special mention goes to Roger, who was exceptionally helpful during our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to assist with our requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The facilities were well-maintained, the rooms were spacious, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you to the team for the pleasant experience. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Melaka!
