We have not been back here for over a year and got a newly renovated room on the 25th floor But guys, you can do better with the windows cos its all mouldy and unable to see clearly the beautiful view. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 1245pm. Their customer service is also commendable. The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. (A separate price, just below Tower 2) We also loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure!

We booked two twin rooms for my son's birthday staycation. Always tot that their bed and toilet was the best in JB. Till todate they still don't disappoint. Still comfy pillow, bed and best rainshower. Towels were thick, clean and fluffy. Room was huge and clean and no smelly areas. Loved their shower and shampoo and lotion scent. Made my hair soft. Thanks for the mini cakes in both rooms. A nice treat. Parking was free in red lots and safe with guards on duty. All Staff was friendly. Would definitely be my top hotel whenever staying in Jb.

This is my 6th stay in Amari Hotel. We did a 3 Days & 2 Nights Stay over here. We were well received by the hotel staff as per usual. The service and ambience did not failed us at all. But we find that the hotel room which we are staying is near to the lift but l find it a bit cramp especially the door passage way which leads to the room. The toilet was a bit smaller than what l have expected it to be. And the flushing system has a bit of issues at times. But for the overall ambience of the hotel reception was good as it was beautifully decorated with the Christmas festive mood and the experience was perfectly good and fine. Both my mum and myself like it so much which also makes us come back here once again for our JB StayCation on an often basis. We have enjoyed the breakfast for the 2 mornings too. We will consider to be back for our next stay once again very soon. Thank you for having us once again.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

Stayed in the newly renovated and expecting a good and positive stay but -.-z Requested for babycot and this is what exactly I received just babycot with no mattress 🙃 How do I even placed my newborn baby in without any mattress and not able to shift it up. It is unreachable to even place my baby there. The room and bed was so dusty that I can’t even have a good sleep on my 1st night. Non stop runny nose flowing to start my day. Called for in-room dining and took so long to answered the call. Call was being transferred for more than 3 times. Ordered and waited for 1hr + for the food that never came. Tired of waiting so I cancelled on the orders. Breakfast spread was ok nothing much.

Service: The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already Room: The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch. Bed: The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort. Room Smell: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected. TV Channels: The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available. Location: The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya. Carpark: The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk. 5-star hotel should have usb sockets on the wall

Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. My family and I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently in Oct. We came to JB for Legoland. Booked here because of the reviews and true enough, I have only wonderful things to say. Very very satisfied with our 1 night stay here. Room & bathroom were clean, bathtub was a plus point, toiletries were also provided. There was even a washer&dryer but we haven’t had the chance to use it. Breakfast was amazing, they had a lot of choices and my favorite part was their freshly pressed juices, I mean you don’t get those at most hotels anywhere. Food was delicious. Check in & check out were a breeze. We’re so satisfied that we just booked another stay here for end of this month, this time for 2 nights. Can’t wait to visit again! :)

The contact person was responsive. We arrived early and asked if the room was ready, they responded timely to inform abt the key retrieval. We had hiccup on the wifi, they instructed what to do. Very ideal for my family. Loved that the room have a view. Hope to stay again here.

Beautiful rooms and resort! The infinity pool facing the sea was gorgeous! Our room and toilet were beautiful! The private pool was great but the water can be cold. It would be great if there could be a heater for the pool. There were a lot of insects (but it is understandable due to being surrounded by rainforest) so if you hate insects, do not stay in the rainforest room. We took the ocean room and it was already quite much lol. Our stay was AH-MAY-ZING. It was so private and luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and everyone showered our baby with so much love! We were deeply impressed and if you asked if we were ever going to stay there again, i would say “in a heartbeat!”. Thank you everyone for the amazing stay!

Beautiful rooms and resort! The infinity pool facing the sea was gorgeous! Our room and toilet were beautiful! The private pool was great but the water can be cold. It would be great if there could be a heater for the pool. There were a lot of insects (but it is understandable due to being surrounded by rainforest) so if you hate insects, do not stay in the rainforest room. We took the ocean room and it was already quite much lol. Our stay was AH-MAY-ZING. It was so private and luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and everyone showered our baby with so much love! We were deeply impressed and if you asked if we were ever going to stay there again, i would say “in a heartbeat!”. Thank you everyone for the amazing stay!
