Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, which made the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

Estaba aquí muchas veces desde que se abrió. Nuestros servicios son muy buenos y la limpieza de la habitación. Cerca de CIQ, y atacado a SKS. Aunque no tan variados como el valle central o KSL, todavía hay bastantes buenos tiendas como rnc, chagee. La habitación es amplia y tiene una mesa grande para comer.

First time staying in this room. I have no problem with the amenities here. The bed is really wide. It is for 2 pax. But can fit 3 pax. Prolly my 4th or 5th time staying in this hotel. Breakfast buffet is the same variety, everytime I'm here. Slowly getting jelak.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Resort & Villas Desaru. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful beachside escape. Highly recommended!

Quiet, tranquil hotel with a great beach front. Staff are mostly polite and courteous. Railings at my room corridor are rusty and chipboard at entrance was flaking - not great optics but didn’t affect my stay. Room interior & furnishing was very good. Bed was comfortable but rather soft. Check out that day happen to be very slow and the staff insist on collecting tourist tax from my wife tho I have paid via Trip.com when I booked (I was driving up from the car park so my wife was returning the door cards). So the staff insist it wasn’t paid & my wife paid again. Result is we had to ask for a refund.

Loveee everything about my stay. I booked two rooms and requested for the rooms to be next to each other and they managed to accomodate my request. Also love the cleanliness, the good smell of the bedsheet, biggg room, nice golf view and acceptable spread of breakfast. Will definitely repeat my stay. Its just one of my room a bit gloomy due to broken foyer light. But too tired to change the room haha nvm thank you.

It was a fun and memorable stay! The service was excellent, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Although the walk from our room to other parts of the hotel, such as the restaurants and Roxy Club, was quite long, we actually enjoyed it because it gave us the opportunity to take in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back again.
