El hotel es bastante rígido con el horario de check-in. Estrictamente a las 3 de la tarde, ni siquiera 10 minutos antes. La barrera del sonido es mala: se pueden escuchar pasos de truenos y movimientos de muebles desde arriba todas las noches, y gente hablando mientras pasan por las habitaciones. Nos alojamos 5 noches, no cambiaron sábanas limpias en todas partes. En general la estancia estuvo bien. No hay nada espectacular que felicitar, pero la próxima vez elegiré quedarme en otro hotel.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

The service provided was remarkable. A pin was got struck on the front left tie. Mr. Alvin Jung, a frontline staff was proactive to help me. He provided me the nearest address of ties repairing company. I appreciated him for his kind assistance.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Ubicado en una zona nueva de la ciudad, a poca distancia de restaurantes y hoteles Lotte City, centro comercial DFS, Twin Towers, casino Grand Hyatt y centro comercial DFS, y con fácil acceso en transporte público. Tiene un desayuno buffet bastante bueno a 30.000 o 25.500 para los huéspedes del hotel. Tiene un casino, pero estaba relativamente vacío cuando entramos a echar un vistazo a las 21:20 h. Sorprendentemente, tiene un horario de funcionamiento muy corto, de 14:00 a 21:40 h, lo que hace que el entretenimiento después de la cena sea casi imposible. Tiene un servicio de transporte en autobús gratuito desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto y está limitado a 3 viajes programados al día a partir de las 9:30 h... no es muy útil para aquellos con vuelos más tempranos. El precio por noche de las suites era muy competitivo, dado que son muy espaciosas, con más de 40 m². Ten en cuenta que el aire acondicionado no estaba encendido durante nuestra estadía de 5 noches, del 30 de marzo al 4 de abril (temporada de primavera), y puede ser sofocante. Nos recomendaron abrir las ventanas y nos proporcionaron un ventilador para facilitar la circulación del aire. Si bien eso funciona bien, generó contaminación acústica para la otra pareja cuya habitación da a las calles principales y a los lugares de entretenimiento.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran los niños. Hay algo para todos, y la ubicación está cerca de muchas de las atracciones más importantes de Jeju, desde museos a playas y hermosas pistas de trayecto. La piscina y el parque acuático son una necesidad para los niños y el centro comercial de los niveles inferiores también son convenientes y divertidos.

Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area

The hotel is stunning and the rooms were really nice. Special mention to the bathroom which was so clean and so luxurious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed to face a price to access the sauna and nothing to eat or drink offered in the room for such a high-standard hotel. The swimming pool was nice but so stinky that we weren't comfortable going in it. The outdoor pool was not heated enough to swim in it during winter. The hotel had so many things included (24-hour convenience store, multiple restaurants) you could basically live there. Beware that there are a lot of families, therefore kids and you can hear them from early morning. If you go there it's good to have a car but the village next to them has many different restaurants and a large nice beach. The big minus: we booked a room for 3 on Trip.com but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was only for two and we had to pay an extra per night quite high. In short: I highly recommend the place.

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.
