Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Gyeongsang del Sur, Corea del Sur

Only setback I experienced is that we were given a family room with only 1 double bed. As for my child, he had to sleep on the floor with the thin mattress provided by the hotel. This is definitely a ”no-no” for me but we were left with no other options but to accept the room. We were told that we had a late check-in and there is no more family rooms w double bed. I am not very happy as I had make sure that I booked a family toom w double bed. The hotel website also did not mentioned this either. Other than this, this hotel has a very nice view of the sea. Room is clean and spacious for a family room. Hotel has a nice cafe place, Starbucks, screen sports, supermarket, etc. There are also several restaurants nearby.

Estaba en el centro de Dongjinhai, cerca de Dongjinhai Interchange y en una ubicación ideal para fines internacionales o comerciales. La zona circundante es el antiguo centro de la ciudad de Gimhae y el mercado Buwon Dawn está cerca, por lo que es satisfactorio en términos de comida y vistas. La reputación no parece muy mala desde el punto de vista de los tripulantes de líneas aéreas de bajo costo que se quedan en Corea, y parece ser el único hotel multifuncional en Gimhae City. Estaba satisfecho con el defecto del asiento de baño en la habitación que me asignaron por primera vez, pero me confirmó en la habitación justo delante del ascensor, por lo que fue inadecuado, e incluso el grado de la sala de revisión. No quería comerlo, así que lo puse ahí. Debido al efecto corona, el desayuno se entrega a las cajas de almuerzo a partir de las 7:30, pero es muy incómodo para los viajeros de negocios que llegan más de 10 minutos tarde y comienzan a trabajar temprano por la mañana porque sólo hay un personal de entrega. La habitación era caliente y húmeda, el efecto del envenenamiento, si la cama era cómoda o debido a la temporada, me dormiba muy cómoda.

기분 좋은 23년 마지막을 위해 가족 여행지를 찾던 중 고즈넉한 남해 아난티로 결정하였는데첫 남해 방문이었지만 가족과함께 행복한 하루를 느끼게 해준 직원의 친절한 안내와 서비스에 놀라며 따쓰한 해안산책로와 바다풍경에 행복하다를 느꼈네요. 이터널저니 편집샾엔 다양한 옷둘과 샐활용품들이 한 눈에 들어오며 아이들을 위한 키즈존과 바로 앞쪽으로 잔디 광장에 아이들도 뛰어 노는 모습에 기분이 좋아졌답니다 석식으로 뷔페 아니면 이태리 양식 고민하다 이태리음식이 이번에 리뉴얼 됐다하여 먹었는데 식전빵의 퀄리티에 놀라고 피자와 오늘의수프, 파스타의 맛에 놀랐네요. 다음날 남해 광광지룰 둘러보면서 올해 행복하고 완벽한 가족여행이였네요.

가격대비 투숙객 수영장이 너무 비싼거 같아요 보통 초등학생까지는 싱글트원 가능하던데, 안되서 추가금 지불했어요 ㅜㅜ

Thank you for the excellent experience during my stay in international hotel, it was accessible many restaurants , convenience stores, coffee shoes and more. It was memorable thank you so much and I hope to stay there again in my future travels.

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.
