The hotel was clean, and the room size was not too small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Most of all, I was satisfied that we could have a healthy breakfast at this price. When we signed up for the Vessel membership, we received an Orion beer as a gift, and perhaps because we stayed in a Ryukyu room, they also gave us Ryukyu King Team clothing. My daughter left her clothes and glasses in the public bath, but when I went to the reception the next day, they had them safely kept, which I was very grateful for.

The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night.

The hotel is really far away from the city and the restaurants are always fully booked during the busy holidays. During our stay, the weather was not good so we have to stay indoor for activities but there are only limited activities for children and the gym closed too early. However the view of the hotel is superb. Recommend to go there at summer time.

Just one time only even the resort have a good sunset spot. Slowly check-in .take long time if compare to other 5 stars hotel. The breakfast service on the first day was quite cumbersome due to the multi-step queueing process. However, I noticed a significant improvement on the second day as the procedures were simplified. It seems the hotel took guest feedback into account. I don't like service in Italian restaurant but the taste is good. please noted : 1,000 ¥ / night for parking

Hotel Hewitte Resort Naha Nuestro primer hotel en Okinawa. Está a unos 15 minutos en monorraíl del aeropuerto a la estación de Anri, y desde allí se llega caminando en 3-5 minutos. El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias, pero las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas; no había suficiente espacio para extender nuestras maletas. Sin embargo, para nuestro grupo de 3 adultos y 1 niño, las camas eran cómodas y suficientes para dormir. También hay una bañera para relajarse. El desayuno del hotel incluye la opción de preparar tus propias hamburguesas, lo cual es un punto a favor, pero solo está disponible en el restaurante de la planta baja. El otro restaurante tiene una selección más reducida y menos mesas. Hay una piscina infinita en la azotea, pero tiene un costo adicional. Llovió el segundo día, así que solo pudimos tomar fotos. En general, el hotel es tranquilo, el aire acondicionado funciona bien y hay un deshumidificador, ¡genial! 👍🏽 Está un poco lejos de la calle Kokusai, así que necesitarás coche. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento de pago por 1500 yenes la noche, y también hay opciones de aparcamiento más económicas en las inmediaciones.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

El paisaje en las habitaciones más baratas estará un poco sesgado ~ Pero no importa ~ No afectará tu estado de ánimo para pasar el fin de semana felizmente ~ Lo mejor es ir a la piscina después de mayo... Abril todavía hace un poco de frío. No comí el desayuno de la celebridad de Internet. Siento que por muy rico que sea el desayuno para más de 200 personas, no vale la pena desayunar a este precio ~. A 5 –10 minutos a pie de la calle principal. Las opciones de desayuno buffet estaban bien, y la comida estaba bien. El personal habla inglés, hace el check-in fácil. Las habitaciones son razonablemente asequibles, lo que hace una buena opción para un corto estadía en Naha.

Room is clean and spacious, has great view of the ocean. Hotel provides convenient free parking. Will definitely stay here again.
