The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

Pros: 1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped. 2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served. 3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas. 4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas). 5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries. Cons: 1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

En general, nuestra estancia fue agradable, y la chalet se acercó a las fotos. Pero, I’d rate it 3.5 stars due to poor value for the peak-season price. Instrucciones de check-in no estaban claras, leaving us to search for our villa in the cold. No había manuales para el calefactor, el caldero o el lavadero, y el caldero se mantuvo desactivado inesperadamente. Estos manuales / mejoras / atención a los detalles deberían ser fáciles de reparar para la empresa de gestión, pero una gran supervisión para una empresa que se orgulle de la hospitalidad.

Este es el mejor hotel que hemos estado leyendo. Si está leyendo este examen, significa que ya decidió ir al centro de no donde Japón. Byaku más o menos posee la ciudad. Hay otros ryokans pero en ningún lugar cerca de la calidad de esto. También tienen el único restaurante abierto tarde y es increíble!!! Además, reservarlo en un viernes/sábado/suneta para que pueda disfrutar de la cerveza de sake junto a las primaveras calientes. También obtenga habitaciones con tu propio Onsen, vale la pena que el público no co género

La habitación parece bastante elegante, pero el baño es pequeño y escaso...El diseño de la suite es extraño. El cuarto de baño no se descongela, el salón de estar se descongela... El servicio es realmente bueno, ¡vamos al escenario de esquí en cualquier momento! El restaurante es francés, puede comer ligeramente, la comida es buena!

雖然酒店名字裏寫着輕井澤，但其實是在隔壁的御代田町（當地人也和我吐槽，因為衹寫御代田就沒有人來），從輕井澤打車到酒店是6-7000日元。酒店安排的接駁出租車，衹能到御代田站（坐信濃鐵路，距離輕井澤三站）來接。 告訴酒店要給媽媽過生日，準備了賀卡，甜點和小熊毛巾，但對比前幾家入住的，價格沒有那麼高的酒店來説，似乎有點廉價。 房間冰箱內的軟飲和酒精飲料是不額外收費的，根據人數供應，我們四人入住就有（四瓶當地的蘋果汁、四瓶當地的桃子汁、四聽三得利烏龍茶、四瓶巴黎水、四罐輕井澤啤酒、四罐惠比壽啤酒和兩瓶當地的起泡酒），供應的內容和其他相同價位的日式酒店會提供酩悦香檳比，也有些一般。 晚餐內容足夠，也很好吃，最後會有主廚來見面。 烤棉花糖的活動是17：00-19：00。 第二天早上11：00退房，酒店也提供免費送到御代田站的服務。
