I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

El Hotel Mitsui Garden siempre es mi primera opción cuando viajo a Japón. El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Nagoya, pero la zona circundante es animada, con numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia, lo que lo hace muy práctico. Esta vez, me alojé tres noches en una habitación de lujo en la planta superior. La habitación era cómoda, con sofá y dos baños amplios. El hotel cuenta con un gran baño público; aunque no es un balneario, es algo que me entusiasma y un lugar para relajarme por las noches. El desayuno incluye cuatro platos principales, además de ensalada, postre y bebidas: una experiencia saludable y variada todos los días.

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

The location is superb, right at JR Nagoya Station, which makes it a good base for exploring the area. Deco style of the place is slightly dated, but the upkeep and cleaniness is still good. The room is spacious as well. Would stay again if in Nagoya.

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

The hotel is situated at a great location where the subway at Fushimi was just 200 metres away. The car park was a great convenience if you drive. The room facilités were great with everything we needed during our stay there. Will definitely consider this hotel if we are back again in Nagoya.

Am surprised at home near this hotel is from the train station and more so its sheltered all the way. This is so so helpful for us as it was pouring on the first night when we arrived. The hotel staff is very friendly and we got a room with super nice view. The room was huge as compared to many hotels in Japan and I love the concept. Lots of spaces for our big luggages to open up easily for packing and we so LOvE the view.. the night view was amazing. When we switched off the room lights, we got the night view of the city landscape and my boy doesn’t want to check out of the hotel! We will definitely come back again❤️

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, justo encima de la estación Toyohashi. Aunque las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, el tamaño de la habitación es más grande que el promedio. Solo toma 20 minutos conducir hasta Bentenjima para ver los fuegos artificiales. Como hotel de tránsito, es muy rentable.
