Recientemente me disfruté de una estancia fantástica en el Courtyard del Marriott Nagoya Hotel, y quiero destacar algunos servicios excepcionales que hacen nuestra visita memorable. Gerente de funciones Sr. Andei Ho Un momento de espera de nuestra visita fue cuando el Sr. Andei Ho, el Manager de Deuda, vino a ayudarnos durante una de nuestras noches en el hotel. Cuando volvimos de un día fuera y tuvimos que almacenar algunas propiedades en el concierto, el Sr. Andei nos acercó y nos comunicó en Cantonesa. Su amable deseo y disposición a ayudarnos realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Asistencia proactiva Después de nuestra salida, el Sr. Andei nos notó tratando de llamar a un Uber en el lobby y proactivamente ofreció ayuda llamando a un taxi en vez de eso. I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

El Hotel Mitsui Garden siempre es mi primera opción cuando viajo a Japón. El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Nagoya, pero la zona circundante es animada, con numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia, lo que lo hace muy práctico. We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

We had a great stay at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel with our family and really enjoyed our time there. The location is hard to beat — it's right above Nagoya Station and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, department stores, and shopping malls. It made everything so easy, whether we were heading out for sightseeing, grabbing a quick meal, or doing a bit of shopping. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring Nagoya. The hotel itself was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and welcoming throughout our stay. The staff were also great — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The only small downside was the parking, which was a little confusing to figure out at first. Some clearer directions for hotel guests would make the experience even smoother. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and lots of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Nagoya! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

The hotel is situated at a great location where the subway at Fushimi was just 200 metres away. The car park was a great convenience if you drive. The room facilités were great with everything we needed during our stay there. Will definitely consider this hotel if we are back again in Nagoya.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, justo encima de la estación Toyohashi. Aunque las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, el tamaño de la habitación es más grande que el promedio. Solo toma 20 minutos conducir hasta Bentenjima para ver los fuegos artificiales. Como hotel de tránsito, es muy rentable.
