I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. La comida de panadero ha sido un poco amarga debido a las diferentes especias utilizadas en la cocina de la India del Sur. En general, un gran hotel y es un tranquilo estar en el gran lobby de alto techo.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Los cursos de yoga y los de Zimbabwe no están allí, pero pretenden estar allí. Le pedí 4 veces que se obtuvieran los horarios por correo electrónico pero ese correo nunca llegó . Tenga cuidado porque la seguridad en la piscina es como una decoración porque todo el mundo puede entrar sin tener la tarjeta de habitación en la zona de la piscina saltando en mientras algunos clientes entran. Y quizás hay una colaboración con el personal porque en realidad en estos vestidos de cobarde cómo pueden pasar desobservable incluso la puerta principal de la recepción del hotel! Tienen políticas estrictas de cancelación que normalmente todos los demás maridos del mundo tienen.. Especialmente con clientes que tienen diamantes y genio de viaje de alto nivel como clientes VIP .no consideran que han permanecido durante toda la semana 7 días y puede ocurrir que el último día algo impredecible puede ocurrir. El servicio 24 /7 es sólo una cosa falsa causa si llamas a las 10 horas normales la persona que va a recoger el teléfono después de una larga espera que todavía te hacen esperar la mañana siguiente para que la persona interesada venga a preguntar. Dicen ”Te llamaremos de nuevo, pero esa llamada nunca viene” .

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Indian hospitality at its finest! From check in till check out we were taken care of like family. Staying at Taj is a once in a lifetime memory, every visitor to India must experience it. The history (120 years) the grandeur, legendary Taj service, food.. above all the staff. You must book the heritage tour, you will be astonished to learn about the history and bravery of its staff. Try booking a window table at the Sea Lounge Cafe for Afternoon Tea. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Taj and we cant wait to back!

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

Es una excelente experiencia para permanecer en este acogedor hotel vibe como este. Tosum y el escritorio frontal ❤️ El alimento es bueno como siempre, pero es muy caro para eso. Nada especial. La habitación es limpia los guardaespaldas son veri friendly 🫶 Así que creo que estoy ansioso de volver a este hotel otra vez 😘

El hotel es un hotel con una gran calidad de servicio y un servicio profesional.  No nos gustaba la limpieza del hotel y de las habitaciones - había pedazos de suciedad desde el pasillo hasta la habitación. Nos encanta la ducha - poderosa y sin clones. La comida también era buena - ordenamos servicio de habitaciones. Las porciones son enormes y sabor aceptable.
