It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

The hotel is situated right beside the airport which was very convenient for us as we had early flight to catch. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The staff were nice and were extremely helpful. They were even able to provide birthday amenities for my partner’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: -Hotel is located close to the airport -Service is impeccable, any requests was attended within 15mins - The breakfast buffet was the highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the guy worked the tea corner & the manager in that space, they were very attentive & helpful - The water pressure in the shower was amazing, housekeeping staff were also very fast to respond -The bed & pillow was comfortable - The staff at the reception were very helpful & friendly - As a solo female traveller, I felt safe Cons - The rooms are dated, in need of a up-haul. There are visible wear and tear, stains on the carpet, sofa etc. It doesn't measure up to 5 star hotel standards internationally especially for the price paid. - Didn't have a great view from my room. In overall, it was a great stay regardless and I would definitely return during my next trip to India. Thank you!

I would say it’s one of the best location in Mumbai to stay. Sea view room was amazing with a view of marine drive. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety!

Our 5 day stay at the Taj Mahal Tower was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up in the Jaguar till we were dropped off at the airport, everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing. In particular I would like to mention Ms. Shifabano Masalawala - Guest Relations who did a fantastic job of taking care of the special occasion we were celebrating. The service at the Wellness Centre and the Salon was thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. The service and the special celebration in the Gazebo by the pool was absolutely beautiful and memorable. The breakfast and room service at odd times was also of the highest quality. If I was rate our stay at the Taj Mahal Tower, I would give it a 10/10. We will definitely return and stay for longer next time. A huge Thank You to the Staff for truly the best 5 days we have spent in our travels.

Este encantador hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal es muy cálido y amable y cuida bien de su huésped. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas y me recuerdan 5 estrellas desde el fondo de los 90. Un buen lugar para acoger bodas, ya que tienen mucho espacio para organizar todas las diversas funciones, etc. El hotel tiene un diseño de hotel que ofrece una gran cantidad de servicios. Recomiendo realmente a los propietarios/***acomodar otro ascensor y la escalera de la escalera, ya que el diseño del hotel es tal que las habitaciones están muy lejos del principal ascensor y se convierte en un problema para viajar de una extremidad a otra

I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay at the st Regis Mumbai. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms were bigger than the average rooms in Mumbai for the same rate. The view from our room was also breathtaking. Would definitely come back the. Next time I visit Mumbai

El hotel es un hotel histórico y ícone en el sur de Mumbai, frente a la puerta de la India. El servicio era amable, pero las solicitudes de la habitación fueron un poco lentas para responder y no nos encontramos con el «butler» que se suponía que se nos podía disponer durante toda nuestra estancia. Había algunas obras de construcción que se habían producido en el techo directamente sobre nuestra habitación durante nuestra estadía que era devastadoramente alto, tomó 3 llamadas al escritorio delantero para obtener una resolución que era decepcionante. A este nivel de hotel, habría esperado al menos una advertencia antes de que comenzara el trabajo y un plan sobre cómo mitigar sus efectos sobre nosotros sin que tengamos que quejarnos. El hotel de la ciudad de Taj no es un hotel de la ciudad de Taj, sino un hotel de la ciudad de Taj.

El hotel es bueno en todos los aspectos, la ubicación es buena, hay un gran centro comercial al lado, hay un patio de comidas como una gran época en el primer piso del centro comercial, hay muchas opciones de comida para elegir, y un supermercado. Fácil de viajar.

Como de costumbre, Taj es, propiedad fantástica.

La habitación era espaciosa y tranquila. La estructura no parece bien ***tenida en las partes comunes, la moqueta sucia, una lámpara en la habitación no se apagaba. La cocina a la vista del restaurante es desordenada y poco higiénica, se ven muros sucios y desgarrados. El desayuno es variado y bueno.

El hotel era bueno en términos de limpieza y comida.. sólo el personal estaba poco confuso y lento.. en general un buen hotel para permanecer en..

Cerca del hotel se encuentra la estación de tren, ¡no hay forma de pasear por la noche, por supuesto! Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas y el desayuno es abundante.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

El hotel está cerca de la zona de la fábrica, pero hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en las colinas. El Aircond en la habitación no es coherente y el limpieza de la toalla puede mejorar especialmente la piscina. El desayuno es bueno.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

La ubicación está en el sur de Navi Mumbai. La ubicación está relativamente sesgada. Hay algunos departamentos gubernamentales alrededor. Las habitaciones son grandes y las instalaciones y servicios también son buenos.

It's good experiences to stay. staff are friendly and facility are well maintained 

I really feel there should be some decrease in the room rate as it's too high even on weekdays. The overall stay was really good but I was really unhappy with the no entry of Auto Rickshaw inside the property. My mom is a senior citizen with 2 hip replacements. I was being told Rick is not allowed inside so I had to make her walk inside completely. Kindly relook and rethink about it before somebody is being stopped in future. Even at reception i was being informed Visitors are not allowed which was very shocking I had booked 2 Deluxe twins after checking details. I did book as I am a Platinum member and food package was available to book. After entering the room I didn't see a bathtub in the bath room which was very strange which was clearly mentioned in facilities. Later I did check for a room upgrade for atleast 1 room as I mentioned I am a Platinum member but the staff clearly denied it which was again upsetting for me. Iron bed was missing in both rooms. Please give atleast room slippers For Lunch i did order Dal Khichdi, Biryani and Poori Bhaji all was super yummy and instructions were very well followed by the staff, even the quantity was also good as per the prices but the issue i had was when the food came i was being ask to pay first which was very really weird. I did check with the guy can't I pay at the time of check out while settling the bills. He is like NO. I was really unhappy with this kind of rule which i haven't heard My stay included the Lunch or Dinner plan so I decided to go for Dinner with my family. The restaurant was very good with an amazing and welcoming staff specially Biswajit was very kind and helpful till the end and dinner food was just yummmm. Thank you Chef Vikram was such good taste and dishes we ordered Keeping in mind the outstanding dinner, the morning breakfast wasn't that great in taste and wasn't a lavish spread. Idli weren't soft at all and Sabudana Khichdi was oily. The only items I liked were crispy Dosa and Thin parathas. Breakfast would have included Upma, Medu vada, Seviyan upma and Poha for sure The overall stay in Seven Eleven was good but the authorities really need to look into above pointers for sure to make it more better
