«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. «We stayed 4 nights as a family with two children. Overall: an excellent family resort with genuinely outstanding staff — the friendliness was consistent everywhere we went, from check-in to restaurants to the spa, across the entire stay. Check-in & room: Check-in was long but handled in a friendly manner. Executive Suite 7501 is very spacious with a large bathroom and a very large balcony. Ideal layout for a family of four. Pools: Very large swimming pools with separate areas for kids and adults — this separation worked well for us. Damar Restaurant: We ate here for the Saturday ”Surf & Sear Live Robata Night” and daily breakfast. The dinner buffet is the widest I have seen in a hotel — huge variety, delicious and freshly cooked, in a cozy atmosphere with very attentive staff who helped us in every way. Kids ate free at the themed night (printed on the bill), drinks were included in the buffet price (iced tea, cold brew, iced latte, ginger fizz), and the ALL Accor membership 10% F&B discount was honored. One honest caveat: the advertised live robata grilling counter was absent our night because the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so it was effectively buffet-only and busy — if you're booking specifically for the live-grill experience, confirm no private event is scheduled. Breakfast (also at Damar): wide variety, same friendly staff, but very crowded on Sunday morning — noticeably calmer on weekdays. The resort clearly runs at full capacity on weekends with the Jakarta crowd. Mad Cow (steakhouse, Level 6): Quiet, relaxed atmosphere on our Sunday visit. Steaks are grilled on an open station, staff were very friendly and helped us choose. Fresh juices were good. Note it's a premium-priced venue — imported Australian 450g cuts at steakhouse prices — and alcohol-free per local regulations (mocktails and juices only). Spa: Very clean and relaxing. We took two treatments — a 90-minute Traditional Balinese massage and a 60-minute Deep Tissue — both excellent. Padi Pool & Bar: Good mocktail selection for a pool day. Practical notes: the resort suits families exceptionally well; GrabFood delivers to the lobby if you want variety; folio can be pre-settled the evening before an early checkout, which made our 06:30 departure effortless; roughly 2 hours from CGK airport (use the Kunciran toll route to avoid Jakarta traffic). Verdict: The staff make this resort — every single venue, every single day. We'd return.»

«The hotel is relatively brand new, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities in the hotel is very large and clean, as well the gym facilities are also great and spacious. The hotel is considered luxurious. However, the location is quite isolated so we could only reach the hotel if we have a private car, and the location surrounding is quite far from Lembang city center. As for the quality of food in the restaurant for breakfast, I think it should be improved from the taste and variant, since this is considered as 5 star hotel. However, as overall this hotel is great, moreover the price is also affordable.»

«Adora su piscina de arena y la variedad de actividades infantiles. El campo de juego era limpio, enorme con poco arcade. La ubicación era perfecta justo al lado de la maldita Trans. Sólo una segunda sugerencia para este hotel : 1. El desayuno era bueno pero muy ocupado en el largo fin de semana, incluso si ya hizo un lote de desayuno, pero aún no encontré un asiento al principio. Encuentro un alimento vacío como carbonara, pero no hay refil para eso. La gente que me precede todavía en el restaurante tan muy lleno. 2. El lobby es una sala de fumadores, que no es un hotel muy amigable para niños. Una vez que espero el check out tiempo que puedo oler un humo espeso en mi nariz. En general, todo su personal fue increíble.»
