¡Tenemos un fantástico 4-day, 3-night Getaway familiar en este resort! Nuestros niños (6 y 8) amaban las instalaciones, incluyendo el club infantil (completamente, aunque opcionalmente, con una tarifa) y piscinas (tanto de nuestra villa como del bar de la playa tiigo). La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero no perfecta, pero el servicio y las instalaciones de la habitación son muy agradables. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. ¡Nos gustaría tener más días para probar todas las actividades familiares y al aire libre, y recomendaríamos y volveríamos!

Overall, the stay has been pleasant. The seaview room has been comfy and good. There are some room for improvement: 1) the reception staff promised to send me the room key when I highlighted that Im having lunch at Goji restaurant. He failed to remember and I ended up going to retrieve myself at the check in counter. 2) the mini-bar was not stock up during the check in, the fridge is empty except for a can of beer. 3) the rain shower head when used produce a screeching noise, need some servicing. The breakfast team have been exceptionally impressive. They are very attentive and provide immaculate service. Star team!

Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

It was generally a nice stay but several small disappointments added up and we conclude we would stay elsewhere if we returned to Bintan (although probably not soon). - we were fortunate to get the room early at check-in (~1230pm) cos the room was ready. - F&B team had the most hiccups. we had late lunch on the first day - the restaurant was not busy but they could not cope with orders. we waited over 40mins and other tables that came later were served before us. food was not even piping hot when it arrived, which is weird—was it sitting around and just not served?? - subsequent days’ breakfast at the same and only restaurant also always had something up. e.g. long waits, forgotten orders, and when we asked about items, two of them would turn up. that said, all the staff were super nice, and we’re grateful — albeit still disappointed. - the room was very pretty but there’s an impractical design flaw on the hanging lamp on the bedside. it rattles every now and then due to the AC. i ignored it fine but it drove my husband mad 😅 he had to cushion it with a hand towel. - the in-room phone was also strange. we had to try many times to dial ‘0’ for guest services — there’s no other number to call. it sometimes sounded like it was ringing/connecting but nothing was happening. - housekeeping didn’t clean our room the whole time we were out on day 2. only came when we were back resting at 5+pm. - indigo doesn’t allow sharing of facilities with sister hotel, which frankly is a missed opportunity these days. i’ve lost count of the number of resorts who do it and market it as a plus point. it almost seems weird that they don’t when it’s virtually connected to IHG. - hadn’t realise this but they don’t brand themselves as a family hotel so there’s no kids club. don’t pick this place if u need a place to entertain your kids. i was surprised that a beach resort didn’t have a kids club 😆 - the hotel wanted to impose a surcharge on my 5yo who was sharing the same room same bed and not (in my opinion) consuming significantly more resources than another guest who may have been just a couple without a kid. we’ve been to many other properties that brag a “kids stay free” concept unless u ask for an extra pullaway bed. anyways, while the charge is relatively common, when asked about what the charge goes toward, the explanation i was offered was weak. and after the stay, all the more i didn’t feel there was much to justify this so called additional charge.

3D2N stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Complimentary shuttle bus to hotel & ferry terminal. Excellent services from all Natra Bintan hotel's staff, they were so warm & welcoming! Our room was decorated & a slice of cake was provided. Breakfast spread was gd & delicious, room was clean, staffs always make up room daily so if you do not want to make up room better put the ”Do not disturb” sign on door handle. Cannot hear neighbours, but you do hear aeroplane flying noise in the middle of night, birds chipping at 6am plus so if you are a light sleeper then you might find it hard to get a gd sleep. Hotel provides buggy services to bring us to room, different parts of Treasure Bay. 20% off activities at Treasure Bay for being Natra guests. Only 3 restaurants which are at Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay activity centre. Had western lunch at Anmon hotel once but food was average, Natra's food was much better. Will definitely consider Natra for our next Bintin trip due to the excellent staffs!

Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre. The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉

The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... I play golf at the nearby Laguna Bintan Golf Course and have returned again to stay at Angsana Bintan. A special mention to the main restaurant manager at Angsana who is very attentive and helpful. The spa at Angsana Bintan is great and the masseurs and staff provide a very good service. One issue is that they charge you if you take away the bedroom slippers and the beach slippers without actually telling you in advance. I was almost caught out to pay about 20USD for this which is a bit preposterous for a 5 star hotel! My room had twin beds of generous size each with lots of room to move around, a working desk, a lounging sofa and a balcony with furniture. The room offered a great view of the beach and the sea. En el barco de la nave, la experiencia es totalmente nueva. La tripulación del hotel organizó una visita en los barcos a diferentes compartimentos , tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar la sala de motores en la cubierta superior y muchas otras habitaciones que son normalmente limitadas para los pasajeros en un barco de vela. La historia del barco fue muy bien explicada por la tripulación del hotel.. Los alimentos servidos son deliciosos también. En general es un agradable escondite de una vida urbana aburrida y aburrida

Grand Lagoi ofrece servicios de transporte gratuitos a la llegada y a la salida. Si bien Grand Lagoi está situado al lado de Plaza Lagoi, Plaza Lagoi no tiene nada que ofrecer dado que todos los inquilinos ya han cerrado (lamentablemente). Por lo tanto, te quedan opciones de comida limitadas si no te aventuras a salir del hotel. Por lo demás, las habitaciones están limpias y son espaciosas. Las camas están bien, pero en general están bien. El servicio también es bueno. Mi familia y yo nos alojamos aquí durante 2 noches y creo que ese es el máximo de días :)

Excellent service from all the team there no matter the department.. Excellent if you're looking for a very private, relaxing getaway. Stayed for 2 days, 1 night. They're kind enough to let us have an early check-in and late checkout at 5 pm with a small top-up, which I felt was fair.We enjoyed ourselves just being in the villa. The toilet has a slight drainage smell, which can be quite overpowering at certain times, but no problem, we just closed the door when not in use. A cockroach came to visit us in the toilet at night, but it's understandable as it has an open concept toilet. Food prices, in my opinion, are at a very high side, even for a resort. The breakfast buffet was good even though I saw a few unfavourable comments here. The only thing that I felt was a downside for our trip is the food prices. Sure, you can have a choice of venturing out to get food, but sometimes you just want to be indoors in the beautiful villa

Had a very good stay in Banyan Tree, we like the spacious villa either our own jacuzzi. Room was clean and appreciate the staff to prepare our room for night setup, with the mosquito nets and cools. Food was good and had good selection too. Spa massage was also good. You can ask the buggy to drive you anywhere within the resort and their sister hotels. Staffs are all friendly and always greet with a smile. Just take note a lots of insects so bring your insect repellent. And don’t have complimentary shuttle from ferry terminal, its chargeable. The TV is old model so cant cast your phone to watch Netflix. The telephone line will cutoff during rainy days, however, whatsapp service and will still be contactable with the reception. Overall a good stay if you want a private and relaxing holiday.

El hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. Sin embargo, el mayor inconveniente es la sección de comida y bebida. Para un hotel que opera en una categoría de precio tan alta, el restaurante es una verdadera decepción, tal vez incluso la única razón para no volver. Sí, el personal en todas partes es muy amable, atento y se esfuerza por conocerlo por su nombre de pila desde el principio, pero toda la sección de comida y bebida necesita muchas mejoras para acercarse siquiera a un servicio con estrellas. Sí, las bebidas están bien preparadas (supongo que se puede esperar a precios de más de 20 dólares estadounidenses), pero el servicio del restaurante realmente carece de lo necesario. La comida, por cara que sea, carece de cualquier tipo de imaginación, carece de toques especiales y, sin duda, no representa la cocina indonesia en ninguna forma. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

View from apartment was good. Not sufficient utensils. Only spoons and no forks. Sofa and single mattress stained. Found rubbish inside and under coffee table not cleaned. Wall socket beside sofa not working. Communication with staff was good!
