The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

We enjoyed our stay at Doubletree Hotel by Hilton. Service staffs were attentive to our needs and questions. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many selection of different cuisines. Definitely will visit Surabaya and stay at Doubletree Hotel again.

The hotel room was large, clean n all amenities available. However the carpet of the room had a stale smell on the first day but bearable. Breakfast had asian spread but definitely food was not fresh. The salad n fruits didn't look as it was done in the morning. The soup was not piping hot. Our friends had a little upset stomach.

Hay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

After settling in, I grew to love the cozy atmosphere—like wrapping myself in a warm blanket. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. La atención a los detalles en el mantenimiento de la limpieza en todo el hotel fue realmente impresionante. Me sentí cómodo saber que la higiene era una prioridad absoluta. La habitación no sólo era tediosa, sino también exudó un sentido de frescura que mejoró mi estancia. En general, recomiendo muy a Shangri-la para cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de lujo y pristina.

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

Great location, clean room, private bath tub in premier room, friendly staffs, free vallet parking, lots of children attraction in weekend But sadly no smoking center /clear restrictions (dining room & lobby), its bit disturbing to bring children Bad experience also when borrowing towel from swimming pool, the staff warn us not to bring the towel back to room, which is very unpleasant (cold and wet)

Localizado en una buena vista en las montañas, la vista es buena y el aire es bueno. Parece que la calidad del agua de la piscina no es buena porque va en la temporada. El alimento no es un buen nivel para recomendar el tipo o el sabor.
