我不知道為何看到有人因為只給一瓶水而負評。在歐洲一般都喝水龍頭水，酒店也在水龍頭告知水是可以直接喝的。 這個酒店除了位置不是非常市中心（但到哪裡都是走路能到的距離，包含地鐵站），其他一切都很好。 距離大街的房間可能不是非常安靜，但還在能接受的噪音範圍。房間空調制冷正常，風聲很小。 備品完整，包含牙刷牙膏、拖鞋等。設施與清潔很棒，國際標準。服務一流。枕頭有兩種尺寸，高軟or硬薄，這一點很多星級酒店都還要另外叫房務送。很加分。 總體來說我花90美元（含10歐的城市稅）訂購到一晚，非常超值。房間本身有150-180美元的價值。（只要你願意多走10分鐘）

Had a few hours between connecting flights from Athens airport, so booking a night at the Sofitel was the best option to avoid non-hotel room surprises and miscommunication with apartment owners after a 14 hour flight. The distance from the terminal gates was literally across the street which was what I had hoped for. The cons: I came in with a 25Kg suitcase which was visually apparently heavy after a long flight and the hotel booked me the farthest room on my floor. Ok, no big deal. I’m young and strong. The first thing I wanted to do was just lie down on the bed to unwind after a long flight. I pulled up the tucked blanket to find that the bed sheets were stained near the pillows. Not something I would expect from a luxury hotel. Now I’m thinking if the sheets were even clean and what was the nature of the stains. Being extremely tired, I let it go and slept far from the stains. Went to take a shower. Two minutes in, I noticed the water not draining and water level rising. Had to shorten my shower time and abort with soapy feet to let the water drain before flooding the shower. Exited the room in the morning for my flight and noticed that the door was actually not locked while I was sleeping because the latch was stuck in the door. I feel that I would have just left the hotel a note on the shower and door and not write this review but the stained bed cover is unacceptable for the price I paid.

Highlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

Viajé para una boda. Nos alojamos en el hotel por unas 3 noches y fue perfecto. El lugar está impecable, el desayuno estuvo divino con mucha variedad y las instalaciones son impresionantes. En mi opinión, hay espacio para un poco más de equipamiento en el gimnasio, pero esa es una observación menor. Las vistas desde este hotel son impresionantes.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ UBICADO EN UNA EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN EN LA PLAZA KARAISKAKI, CERCA DE TRANSPORTE (METRO, BUS, TAXI). MUY CERCA DE LA ZONA DE PSYRI, MONASTIRAKI, CENTRO. SOBRE EL SERVICIO: negativamente 1. ORIGINALMENTE NOS DIERON UNA HABITACIÓN CON VISTA LATERAL A LA ACRÓPOLIS. DESPUÉS DE QUE LOS NOTÉ Y ME DIJERON QUE LO ARREGLARÍAN EN LA TARDE, ESTO SÓLO FUE DESPUÉS DE MIS REPETIDAS LLAMADAS A LA RECEPCIÓN. LA NUEVA HABITACIÓN TENÍA UNA EXCELENTE VISTA DE LA ACRÓPOLIS DE ATENAS, TAL COMO PAGÉ. 2. LA PRIMERA HABITACIÓN QUE TENEMOS TENÍA UNA PUERTA DEL BAÑO ”SOPLADA” QUE NO SE CERRABA. 3. LA LIMPIEZA DEL PISO FUE INACEPTABLE, CON MUCHA PELUCA, QUE NO SE RECOGIÓ EN NINGUNO DE LOS SIGUIENTES DÍAS. POSITIVO 1. EL SERVICIO DIRECTO DE LA RECEPCIÓN A LA PREGUNTA DE HABITACIÓN SURGIDA EN LA TARDE. 2. EL SERVICIO AMBABLE DE TODO EL PERSONAL EN EL DESAYUNO 3. GRAN VARIEDAD DE ACCESORIOS PARA EL DESAYUNO 4. This hotel has an excellent location, metro station right in front as well as other transportation. The accomodation are regular ones, compensated by excellent breakfast service. The setback goes to cleanliness and facilities conditions.

Lovely, well located, modern boutique hotel in the center city. Staff was excellent in every aspect. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a smaller hotel.

El desayuno es un desayuno típico griego. No había Wi-Fi en la habitación o la señal era muy pobre, así que activé el roaming durante todo el viaje. Salí a las 11 en punto. Como tenía mucho equipaje y no tuve tiempo de empacarlo, pregunté si podía salir a las 12 en punto, pero me negaron. El servicio brindado por los caballeros de la recepción fue muy bueno. Estaban muy entusiasmados al guardar el equipaje y ayudar a moverlo. La habitación es relativamente grande, las instalaciones son normales, nivel doméstico de tres o cuatro estrellas.

De service was super 👍 De receptiemedewerkers waren stuk voor stuk zeer vriendelijk, meedenkend en servicegericht. Helaas waren het zwembad en de Spa niet in gebruik Ivm verbouwing. Van de Spa wisten we dat, het binnenbad zou echter open zijn. Dat was een tegenvaller voor ons, hadden het hotel hier speciaal op uitgezocht. Maar de aangeboden oplossing (gratis gebruik van taxi of fiets) maakte dit voor 95% goed. We hebben heel lekker gegeten, het was n beetje jammer dat we de enige gasten waren.
