Enclavado en las montañas y en un bello pueblito, este hotel es sin duda el mejor de Karlovy Vivary. Cuenta con extraordinario servicio , buenos restaurantes, café con extraordinaria pastelería y la mejor ubicación en el lugar. Vista al paseo del Río y prácticamente sobre el, tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes a un lado del hotel. Su servicio es muy bueno y además de la visita al pueblo, puede hacer Hicking si le gusta. Preciosas rutas maravillosamente bien marcadas esperándole para el Hicking. La comida es buena y la atención igual. Si viene a Karlovy Vivary este es el lugar ideal.

Acogemos con satisfacción el hotel, que es realmente 4 villas interconectadas. El cuarto era amplio y elegante. Grande piscina, 2 saunas y piscinas. Sala para sentarse fuera en el jardín. La comida era buena. El hotel está muy bien situado, el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El estacionamiento es un poco caro pero poco más que otra opción cerca. Centro es 10-15 min a pie. Me sentía agradable para poder dejar el negocio atrás, retornar la colina al hotel. Un trato de quedarse aquí, sentirse como un parque de fiestas en las colinas.

Irish people are well known for their warm welcome and great hospitality, so when we travel to a new place and receive even more than expected it is truly appreciated. Metin our head waiter could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend.

Muy Mala experiencia el día de mi cumpleaños . Mi chica me quiso dar una sorpresa reservando este hotel .Antes de la salida , y antes de hacer el checkout , ella llamó a recepción para preguntar si nos podían guardar las maletas porque teníamos la intención de hacernos un masaje en el Spa del hotel ,la mujer de recepción Jana Paluskova , de muy malas formas y de forma muy desagradable nos dijo que no sabía si sería posible y en todo caso lo tenía que preguntar .Después de esperar la consulta nos dijo que finalmente si podían guardar la maleta desde las 12:00h hasta las 14:00h haciéndonos un gran favor pero ni un minuto más tarde de las 14:00h . A pesar de esto decidimos quedarnos y cuando bajamos , el comportamiento del chico que había en la recepción y esta mujer mayor de recepción fue muy desagradable , parecía que estaban molestos por algún motivo y como si nos estuvieran haciendo el favor de nuestras vidas por guardarnos las maletas , la sugerencia de ellos fue quedaros hasta las 14:00h en la habitación y os cobramos suplemento . Cosa que no tenía ningún sentido porque no íbamos a estar ya en la habitación y solo pedíamos que nos guardaran la maleta mientras nos gastábamos el dinero en un masaje en su hotel .Nos hicieron pasar por una situación muy desagradable y tomamos la decisión de No quedarnos en el Spa . Subimos nuevamente a la habitación (11:15h)para ducharnos y cambiarnos , y mientras nos estábamos cambiando , de repente entraron dos chicas de limpieza sin nosotros autorizarles el paso y al grito CONTROL DE MINIBAR como si fuesen policías haciendo un registro en ese instante ( muy surrealista) .Obviamente enviadas por el personal de recepción. Ni el peor Motel de carretera haría este tipo de cosas , ya que roza el límite de lo denunciable , este hotel por este tipo de situaciones es penoso y no merece la categoría que en su día le otorgaron , nadie en su sano juicio recomendaría este hotel o volvería nuevamente . A las 12:00 h bajamos hacer el checkout y anunciar al personal que dejaríamos una reseña por la increíble y a la vez horrible experiencia vivida en este día de mi cumpleaños que se supone que debería de haber sido especial . Nota : También destacar que la limpieza de la habitación no era correcta (había pelos negros que no eran nuestros tanto en la ducha como en el interior de la cama a la llegada )

my husband and I recently stayed for 2 weeks at this fabulous hotel with intensive trea**ent option and full board. It was our 1st time in this place and we flew over the ocean to enjoy it and indeed, we enjoyed our stay and trea**ent immensly! Staff is amazing, especially Manager Filip at the reception, he is definitely worth a promotion! He is so friendly, helpful and has a very nice personality! Also waitresses at the retaurant- Matia and Olga deserve a compliment for sure! Very nice service all the time! Antonina at the spa reception does a great job too! Once a week they have a live music in the bar, need to book the seats in advance As for the trea**ent itself-they have fabulous facilities and everything is well organized. We included all we could get as well paid extra for creosauna. It was our first time using it and we found it quite refreshing. The accomodations we got was Junior suite facing the garden and we found it very nice and useful. The windows can be open in each room and we had a balcony too. my only complaint is the hours of operation of sauna and steam room as well roman baths-they close them at 9 pm which we find very early as it is impossible to enjoy them right after the full dinner . If they can extend it to 10 pm -would be a much better option. Also temperature of the water in jacuzzi is very low-quite cold, not even warm! other than than -its was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it! Bring a couple of metal water bottles with you as you will need to get different types of mineral water each day and having bottles really helps. Parking in front of the hotel is free but limited. We arrived in the mid of April when it was not that busy.

Sehr schön neu renoviertes Hotel. Ruhig zum grünen Park gelegen. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, super Betten, schönes Bad, separat WC, Minibar etc, alles was man braucht. (Tolle Kosmetikprodukte von Molton Brown im Bad) Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, im Speisesaal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück (mit Espressomaschine, nicht nur Filterkaffee) warmen Speisen etc. Waren zum Abendessen auch im Haus und hatten à la Carte. Speisesaal wirkte gediegen, neues Mobiliar, dezente Musik im Hintergrund. Nur die Dekoration war etwas nüchtern, überall nur gleichgrosse Spiegel an den weissen Wänden und etwa vier kleinere Topfpflanzen verteilt in einem grossen Raum. Da könnte es mehr Pflanzen und einige Bilder vertragen. Essen war ausgezeichnet, Wiener Schnitzel schmeckte nach Butter (ist nicht oft der Fall) mit sehr gutem Kartoffelsalat. Gnocchi mit Pilzsauce waren ebenfalls delikat. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht, aber eine Liste lag im Zimmer auf. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, zum Weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. This place has a lovely Spa area with wide range of procedures. Hotel staff were taking care of us (group of 10 people). Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing and again the chef's were excellent and always found the way to cook for one of my client a gluten and lactose free dishes. Rooms are well equipped and overall we had a great experience. Short walk to the city centre where you can be amazed by nice parks and thermal waters. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

I'm currently staying at the Olympic Palace and booked it because the reviews were so good - not because it looked amazing or because the price was good - neither was the case. I just wanted the nicest hotel in town besides Pupp. Unfortunately, this hotel was way below even a four star standard. We paid 300 euro/night and called ahead to ask if we could pay a bit extra to upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. They offered a Deluxe Room with a Balcony for 20 euro extra per night. When we arrived at midnight, there was only one poor woman at the reception who was brand new on the job. She tried so hard but it took 10 minutes just to process our documents and then when I confirmed it would be a Deluxe Room with Balcony, she said no - but that we were charged the 20 euros anyways. When I asked about the larger room, she said it would be over 100 euro/night and would take a very long time to get us in a room like this. We just wanted to sleep so took the small room, which was not very nice. The shower head did not work the entire time, neither did the AC. My assistant called ahead to book a spa afternoon for us and ask what the spa would recommend. We tried calling the spa the day-of and they never picked up. We went down and were told to return in our robes. There was no spa reception. We were told to go back up to our room and find the paper with our spa confirmations and go directly to those rooms. It was the most rushed massage I've ever had - even before my back hit the bed, it started on my feet. It was a fine massage, but not what I'd expect from a spa hotel. Afterwards, the spa staff had recommended the ”salt room” - we were excited, thinking this must be some kind of salt scrubbing room or unique experience. No. It was a room with fake salt hanging from the ceiling, very cold AC, and beds with dirty blankets thrown over us, sitting in lawn chairs. It was supposed to be a 45 min experience - just sitting in the chairs doing nothing. We left immediately. The spa team, when we finally found them, said ”it's supposed to be like smelling the salt in the ocean” - it was a hilarious excuse for a spa treatment, which we're still laughing about. They tried to charge 30 euro for this. The pool person (once we found him) also said the pool was thermal waters. They were not. The service here is limited, the property is nothing special, the price is high compared to the rest of the town, the spa is not nice, spa staff are nowhere to be found, the system is confusing, and it was by no means relaxing.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. In unserem Zimmer gab es z.B. nur heisses Wasser in den Lavabos, nicht aber in der Dusche. Der Hotelmanager offerierte uns sofort umstandslos ein zweites Zimmer zum Duschen und liess schon am anderen Morgen einen Sanitär kommen, der den Schaden reparierte. ABER · Wir verbrachten hier 4 Tage. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Da fragt man sich natürlich schon, warum das so ist. Schon am Anreisetag mussten wir von unterwegs aus vor 15h nicht nur melden, ob wir im Hotel essen, sondern auch, was wir essen möchten. Als wir dann ankamen, verstanden wir, wieso. Wir waren ja eben die einzigen Gäste... serviert wurden wir völlig unprofessionell, aber überfreundlich und beflissen vom Hotelmanager persönlich. Will man das wirklich, wenn man ein 5 Sterne Wellness und Golf Hotel besucht? Sauna und Dampfbad hätte es zwar gegeben, aber nur auf Voranmeldung und gegen Gebühr. Wieso ist denn am Hotel Wellness angeschrieben? Ich buchte eine Hotstone Massage - mehr um zu schauen, ob es das hier wirklich gibt. Ja, es gab es. aber ich hatte das Gefühl, die an sich nette Masseuse, die nut tschechisch sprach, habe das noch nicht so oft gemacht. Sie tat mir leid; denn sie gab sich Mühe. Es war aber weder entspannend noch angenehm: statt sanfter Musik in nettem Raum hörte man nur den angestrengten Atem der Masseuse, während man in einem kargen Raum liegend viel zu heftig massiert wurde. Das Restaurant, auf dem wegweisenden Plakat gross als ”Castle Restaurant” angeschrieben, kann nicht wirklich besucht werden. Man muss sich ja bis 15 h mit Menüwahl angemeldet haben. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist klein, das Servierte recht, aber nicht wirklich gut. Das Café, von dem auf einer Schiefertafel vor dem Hotel steht, es wäre von 11h bis 17h geöffnet, ist leer und unbedient. Schade um das wirklich sehr schöne Gebäude, das bis ins Detail liebevoll (wenn auch eher kitschig) eingerichtet ist. Wer einmal eine zeitlang völlig alleine ein ganzes Schloss bewohnen will, kann ja hier mal buchen. Wer sich in einem 5 Sterne Haus entspannen und verwöhnen lassen will, sollte hier nicht hingehen. Wie kann so ein Hotel überhaupt überleben???
