«Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.»

«Repeated customer at Adams. The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard. Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh. Nice flowers at lobby. The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience.  Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty. Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.  - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay. -The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday. -For the coctails at socci restaurant where not using geniuine brands making them undrinkable. For 13 euros per coctail,  i do deserve original rum in my drink. -The service at socci restaurant was incosistent depending which shift was working everyday. The one philippino lady was lovely but the next day the other eastern european waitress never smiled and was very “stiff”. Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the coffee from the maschine was bitter and bad quality. -The glasshouse restaurant is nice but very expensive as every restaurant in the hotel. For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks. Also at night its difficult to find the switch lights wc button at the electronic lights board. Not everything should be modern, keep things simple.  Overall I do liked my stay in general and I will return.»

«Este es nuestro tercer año que reservamos vacaciones con este hotel.En general estamos satisfechos con la alojamiento y las instalaciones que ofrece el hotel.Cocina es profesional y generosa.El desayuno tiene una variedad de cosas para todos los sabores, Aunque las pasteles no son la mejor calidad.La comida del restaurante principal (antaeus) es muy buena y saborosa.Una de las desventajas del hotel son las habitaciones, algunas habitaciones no se renovan por lo que esto es una cosa que puede mejorarse.Finalmente la mejor cosa en El hotel es el piso, es muy grande y hay suficientes camas de sol alrededor de la piscina.»

Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Everything has been designed with outstanding taste and attention to detail. The level of cleanliness throughout the property, including all public areas and facilities, is among the highest I have ever experienced. It is evident that no compromises were made in terms of quality, comfort, and maintenance. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to lower the volume of the music around the swimming pool. The music was quite loud throughout the day and at times made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Apart from that, everything was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable vacation.»

«Hotel de lujo 5*. Nos quedamos por 2 noches y tuvimos un tiempo muy agradable y relajado. Está muy bonito diseño, piscina y vistas a ella es increíble, bonito balcón con grandes sillas, me gustaba una ventana en un baño que puede cerrar si quieres. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación está muy tranquila y el orador en el baño está muy bien añadido. El hotel es muy fresco, abierto, las habitaciones todavía huelen como nuevos muebles. La ubicación es agradable! Llevó literalmente 5-7 min a llegar a la calle de los bares y 5 min abajo a la playa (en el bar de la playa de Kaliva), tiene una carretera directa a través del estacionamiento junto al supermercado rojo, que no vimos al principio. Todo está realmente diseñado para dos. Muchas parejas, bonito contingente, no niños y relajación completa. Recomiendo visitar para asegurar ❤️ y impresionantes fotos como un plus. »
