⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. ¡Un viaje invernal a Giraffe Manor para una sesión de fotos definitivamente vale la pena! Menos concurrido, hermosos paisajes, iluminación suave y un 100% de éxito en las fotos. El bosque de bambú, envuelto en niebla, es como un cuento de hadas; cada fotograma es digno de un fondo de pantalla. El equipo de fotografía es profesional y eficiente, con una composición impecable y un sentido estético que permite capturar retratos impresionantes sin esfuerzo. Las interacciones con los animales son suaves y divertidas, creando imágenes vívidas y llenas de historia. El parque es limpio, cómodo y está bien equipado, lo que lo convierte en una visita relajante. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Qiandao Lake. The room was absolutely stunning, and the lake view was breathtaking. One of the most special features of the room was the bathroom design — the bathtub was positioned so that you could relax while enjoying the beautiful lake scenery, which made for a truly memorable experience. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I also loved the hotel's interior design, which features a lot of natural wood, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the property. The breakfast offered a good selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. There is also a nice local Chinese restaurant nearby where you can try the region's famous fish, which I highly recommend. The only downside was transportation. Unfortunately, I missed my train because we were unable to get a taxi for about 40 minutes. Even though I tried to arrange transportation in advance, it was still not enough. The hotel does not provide a taxi service, so I would strongly recommend allowing plenty of extra time if you need to catch a train or have a fixed schedule. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and I had an amazing stay. I would happily return in the future ☺️

El hotel está muy bien reformado, con una renovación casi total que elimina cualquier rastro de un hotel antiguo; el propietario invirtió mucho. Para un edificio de 22 plantas, cuenta con 5 ascensores y, al parecer, no hay oficinas. En cuanto a la habitación, las instalaciones son muy adecuadas. Aunque el tamaño de la estructura original no se puede cambiar, tiene todo lo necesario. Lo único que falta son los indicadores en los ascensores. Desayuno: Para el precio, realmente tiene de todo, incluyendo varias estaciones de comida recién hecha como fideos y youtiao, y el sabor es delicioso. Diría que es mejor que el del Marriott de Yiwu. El único inconveniente es el personal de servicio, que no está bien capacitado; durante la media hora que estuve desayunando, vi a la misma mujer y al mismo hombre charlando en voz baja y holgazaneando. La limpieza (housekeeping) es bastante buena en general, aunque el sofá quizás necesite una revisión más exhaustiva en el futuro. Que te pongan 4 botellas de Nongfu Spring evita tener que pedir agua constantemente, lo cual es un plus. La tetera y las tazas de té son bonitas y de buena calidad, y las tazas de café del desayuno también son excelentes. La parte de la recepción también merece un elogio; el servicio de mayordomo por WeChat es muy atento. El robot de reparto de comida a domicilio es muy rápido, no sé si es por el pedido o por la velocidad del robot. En cualquier caso, es más rápido de lo que esperaba. Además, está justo al lado de Yiwu Tiandi. Si se mejora un poco el servicio del personal del desayuno, este hotel podría ofrecer un precio entre 50 y 150 yuanes menos que el Marriott y aun así valdría mucho la pena alojarse.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . I look forward to staying at Pan Pacific Ningbo again and seeing you on my next visit.

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

這次入住安吉金銀島航海度假酒店體驗感滿分！整體最讓人滿意的就是衞生與服務兩大方面。客房打掃得乾乾淨淨，床鋪整潔鬆軟，衞浴區域無污漬異味，公共區域也打理得一塵不染，細節之處都能看出用心。酒店工作人員態度親切熱情，辦理入住高效快捷，有任何需求都能及時響應，貼心又周到。住宿裝修真的很特別，佈置也給人一種前所未有的新鮮感，特別是那個船頭船尾的休閑地，讓人留戀忘返。當信步走在園區內小道上，邊上的桃子已經熟了，邊走邊采邊吃，好像來到了果園。工作人員告訴我，十月柿子熟了，好期待再次入住，再次漫步這花果山[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]

Here’s a polished review you can post: I recently stayed at VOCO Hotel at Thousand Island Lake over the weekend, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with amazing scenery around the lake. The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and professional, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was also one of the highlights — a great variety of food and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. However, there were a few things I found disappointing. Trip advertises several “free gift coupons,” but in reality they mostly feel like a strategy to encourage you to spend more money rather than actual complimentary benefits. It was a bit misleading. Another thing that felt excessive was the hotel photo service. They give you only 3 free pictures, and if you want additional ones, they charge ¥80 per extra photo, which I honestly find quite exorbitant for simple pictures. Aside from these issues, the hotel experience itself was wonderful, and I would still recommend it for the cleanliness, location, service, and overall comfort.

La ubicación de Banyan Tree es excelente y el entorno es hermoso. Pero el servicio realmente no es digno del precio y las vistas. Si el niño pide zapatillas el primer día, la respuesta es que cada habitación viene con dos pares de zapatillas de serie. ¿Por qué otros hoteles de Banyan Tree no tienen esta regla? El padre del niño volvió a llamar y se lo entregó nuevamente. ¿Es porque estaba esperando que alguien ordenara la comida? Al día siguiente no me dieron café, bolsitas de té ni zapatillas, y no sacaron la basura en el momento de la apertura de la habitación. Tuve que descubrir que no necesitaba nada de lo que necesitaba. Al hacer el check out, el niño pensó que me lo daría. un pequeño obsequio como otros Banyan Trees, pero resultó que ni siquiera pregunté sobre mi experiencia durante la estadía. Las cosas no eran valiosas y la clave fue que no me sentí muy bien. Aunque personalmente me gusta el estilo de Banyan Tree, no lo volveré a elegir.
