The hotel location is fine. The hotel staffs were nice. And the room is clean. Just when showering always found out that no matter how we close the door , water still leaked outside. Only stay here one night that was not a big deal.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

Salir para jugar al hotel Liston International, ver las puntuaciones es muy bueno, descubrir que realmente hay muchas sorpresas después de la estadía, hay dos en el salón, el tercer piso puede estacionar y luego hacer el estadía, el hotel tiene una caja de clientes especiales, muy seguro. La zona de la habitación es muy buena, la higiene también es muy limpia, la vista es muy amplia, el servicio de flores de la hermana de la recepción cuando se retira de la habitación es entusiasta, en el corazón nos ha dado el billete de estacionamiento, nos ha informado de la comida cercana, la experiencia de estadía es muy buena, recomenda que todos eligen!

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

The pros: it’s attached to a high end mall it has a top of the line automatic bidet as it’s part of Marriott group, interior of room is reminiscent of its sister brand, the EDITION has a beautiful executive lounge Service and lift arrival is always prompt Bellboys and L1 aunties are helpful, earnest and friendly Byredo toiletries The cons: Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night One of my wash sinks was clogged The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

晚上吃飯打車回來無意中看到一些制服着裝的人在門口迎接才留心看了一下是指定接待點 整棟樓是像一個綜合mall的感覺，住宿衹是其中一部分。一樓就內設了南達奶業的售賣點早八晚十，很方便住客。 一樓有超大一面牆的行李寄存櫃，震撼。可惜的是幾次在前台都感覺他們人手不是很夠，排隊時間比較長，不過服務態度可以一直維持很好很不容易。 酒店硬件和備品平心而論確實挺不錯的，裝修是比較老式的那種賓館，木質的櫃子，稍微有點味道，設施可能不是特別新，但是整體感覺OK的。 洗髮水沐浴露不是很貴的牌子但是用着舒服，沐浴露好像是pmpm的，吹風機也是新配的基礎款，配的拖鞋特別厚實質量很好，超越很多高價酒店。 下次來喀什還會考慮繼續住這裏的，在古城旁邊貴的酒店住了一晚感覺除了地理位置並沒有贏這家很多的點。

They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

Antes de venir a la cafetería, todos dijeron que el restaurante ”Hotel Jiejian Kojita” de Coca-Cola estaba comiendo muy rico. ¡Al final del viaje de cinco días, debemos aprobar la frase: ”¡El nombre es real, no es falso!” 👍 El desayuno no sólo tiene un hermoso ”cérebro de coroa y de cepillo”, sino que incluso las barras de aceite son bombas de los propios hoteles, no las barras de semiacabado del supermercado! ¡Estos detalles reflejan el amor y la responsabilidad seria de los empleados del hotel por el trabajo. En cuanto al entorno, las instalaciones y los servicios de saneamiento de los hoteles, se cumplen plenamente los criterios de los hoteles de cinco estrellas. En particular, la recepción Kaka, Bina, Deck y los maestros eléctricos desconocidos, el servicio es entusiasta y cuidadoso. Cada día es brillante, o cuando regresa del campo de nieve, siempre se puede ver a ese Sr. Zheng, que es amable y más temprano que el pollo 🐔, que le acoge con un sonrisa, que hace que la esquí se desconecte mucho y tiene una sensación de regreso. 👍 (El hotel de la zona de Jiangyuan del General Mountain debería aprender de usted) sugiere a los amigos de la nieve que se queden en el ”hotel de la zona de Jiangyuan” una noche antes de salir del mar de Cocoa, tratarse bien y trabajar bien. ☕️ 🍗 🍻
