¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, nos ha mejorado a una habitación con vistas al mar con hermosa vista. Leah fue muy útil para responder a todas las preguntas y compartir recomendaciones para una buena comida marina cercana! Gracias por una hermosa estancia. Volvería.

Este hotel es hermoso, pero tiene una necesidad seria de reparaciones. No tenía mucho alrededor. La playa es hermosa. Si pudiera hacer alguna mantenimiento sería un hotel excelente. También café, no podía conseguir café en cualquier lugar, pero en el muy alto y chaotico desayuno y era un mal café. Las tierras son simplemente hermosas, pero puede ver las cracas relacionadas con la edad en lugares. Este hotel podría ser simplemente fabuloso si se da un poco de amor. El hotel tiene una zona agradable, incluyendo un asiento exterior para comprar café o té para disfrutar de ese mar hermoso. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Great location near the airport with convenient transportation and easy access to nearby areas. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers, families, and friends.

La ubicación y las instalaciones eran fantásticas. Este hotel es ideal para que la familia se relaje durante sus vacaciones. La encargada, Cindy, hizo un trabajo excelente; nos recordó nuestros vales para la cena y revisó nuestras pertenencias con amabilidad. Sin duda, volveremos y esperamos que puedan ofrecer más variedad de comidas en los bufés de la cena.

¡Este hotel realmente merece un elogio! En primer lugar, la higiene es excelente: la habitación está limpia y ordenada, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. Respondieron rápidamente a todas las solicitudes y brindaron un servicio muy atento. La experiencia en general fue genial. La experiencia fue muy buena, ya que es mi segunda vez en esta marca del hotel.  1- después de tomar un baño , hubo un mal olor cuando terminé .  2- Ordené un cojín y me dijeron que tenía que esperar 5 minutos. Pero terminaré llamando dos veces antes de que lo reciba. 30 m.  3- el servicio al desayuno , en la piscina era perfecto , el personal era tan útil , agradable y cuidadoso .  4- el hotel nos da dos bebidas como regalo .  Lo visitaré de nuevo , pero espero que puedan arreglar estos dos sondos , pero todavía me encanta .

La habitación es relativamente grande. Me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales y vistas a la ciudad. La cama es más grande que una individual, probablemente una individual. La habitación está en el ala antigua, pero al menos no da la sensación de ser antigua y, sorprendentemente, la estancia fue bastante agradable. El ala Valley es la más nueva. Este hotel parece ser un popular hotel de conferencias. Durante mis 4 o 5 días de estancia, siempre se celebraba una conferencia. El hotel cuenta con taxis más grandes con capacidad para 5 o 6 personas. El taxi funciona con taxímetro, así que el precio era razonable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto al centro comercial MixC. Hay muchos restaurantes en el centro comercial donde cenamos. También había muchas panaderías y un supermercado. También están los típicos McDonald's, Starbucks y Luckin' Coffee. También había una nueva tienda Songmont que abrió recientemente en el centro comercial. Para desayunar, hay un callejón detrás del hotel donde probamos los dumplings y los fideos para desayunar/almorzar. Buen precio, unos 100 yuanes para 5 personas. Barato y bueno.
