Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

El hotel tiene una estancia maravillosa. El asistente de la empresa Xiao Yan y su personal han ofrecido un excelente servicio durante toda nuestra visita. El hotel está situado en el corazón del nuevo barrio cerca de la plaza Wanda, y ofrece vistas nocturnas hermosas. Las zonas de baño secas y húmedas separadas fueron especialmente convenientes y concienciales. Las cenas nocturnas son muy calientes y satisfactorias, y el desayuno fue excepcional con una gran variedad de opciones. Nos quedaremos aquí la próxima vez que visitemos Xining.

Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.

Excellent location. Worth the price. Varied breakfast options. Recommended for families. Parking underground option little inconvenient and parking fees for hotel stay is expensive and shocking. Otherwise room is spacious enough and clean. Staff were helpful and check in and out process was quick and seamless.

一進酒店大廳就給人一種很乾凈舒適，前台小姐姐熱心服務辦理入住，還熱心的送了歡迎曲奇和水果，告知了早餐用餐時間和位置，來這邊有點缺氧，前台小姐姐送來了氧氣瓶和紅景天。早餐很豐富，菜品比其他酒店的要好吃，種類多，服務也很熱情，一進西餐廳服務員就主動詢問我有什麼忌口的，詢問咖啡紅茶。房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜，位置也很方便，性價比超高，床品舒服，設施齊全，值得推薦～性價比拉滿，出行住宿首選！

酒店地理位置很好，位於中關村管委會旁邊，離機場和高鐵站都進，加上酒店有免費的接送機服務，挺方便的，入住前GRO小井提前聯繫核對預訂訊息。問詢是否需要接送機服務。挺好的，到店以後小井熱情接待，前台也很棒，還給送了特色小酸奶，很快辦理完入住，小井幫忙拉行李。服務很細節，到房間以後，很寬敞，很安靜，衞生乾淨，燈光温和，房間遇到了點小問題，反饋給小哥哥，也給及時處理了，早餐種類多，是自助餐，味道好吃。青海之旅最後一站，這家酒店各方面都挺好，來年有機會到青海還會選擇這家酒店。點贊。

Un agradecimiento especial a Tina Tuo por su servicio entusiasta, profesional, meticuloso y atento. El check-in fue eficiente y sin problemas. Nos informó proactivamente sobre los servicios para el mal de altura (Rhodiola rosea, humidificador), respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y fue muy reactiva. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, con un elegante estilo tibetano. El atento servicio de Tina hizo que nuestro viaje fuera mucho más agradable. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Sin duda, volveremos a elegir este lugar la próxima vez que visitemos Xining.

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.
