After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

It’s a non-smoking hotel, but everyone smokes in the hotel. There are even ashtrays at the lift lobby on every floor. I get that it’s a cultural thing, but I believe the hotel can do more to establish the non-smoking rule at the hotel. The room is a little old and cigarette smell actually entered our room through the bathroom ventilation system. I would not stay here again unless there are no better options.

Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again.

It was our first family trip with our newborn baby and the service at ShangriLa was perfect. Kitty contacted us through WeChat and she arranged everything in the room perfectly, including a baby bed and a sterilizer for the milk bottles. 😊👍 thanks a lot for having us and making our stay in Shenyang so easy.

This marks my third visit to Conrad Shenyang, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced. It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

En particular, el servicio de la hermana de Seda de la recepción es muy atento y atendiendo positivamente a las necesidades de los clientes, muy profesional. La primera estancia experimentó un buen sentido. El cuarto de baño con autoayuda en el quinto piso es muy conveniente. El tercer piso tiene una gran área de fitness, además de servicio de comida robótica, la ubicación está muy cerca de la metro

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

Estaba impresionado con este hotel. Pensé que la habitación de vapor y los tubos calientes/refrigerados eran excelentes. Un tratamiento durante el tiempo de invierno. La habitación era muy limpia y las camas estaban cómodas. Muy tranquilas en la noche. Caterings para desayunos para sabores asiáticos pero me gustaba. El café era excelente.
